I would say 4.6 because of a few misses but the drinks are great the staff is awesome and the bbq nachos are perfect. The trout dish sauce is too heavy. Sometimes the fish batter on the fish and chips is not done completely. The patty melt is great and the burgers are good but please add a smash burger:). Daughter loves their shrimp and grits. The filet had zero seasoning and was medium rare (ordered medium) sent it back and they gave me the same piece of filet that was already cut into and it was disgusting and tasted gamey. Risotto tasted like milk. No seasoning. Soup cold, pot roast cold and uncooked potatoes. Pork chop was small, dry and flavorless. Portions are small for the price. 1 crab cake for an appetizer! 1??? Everything was terrible. Server started off great but was rude at the end because our food was bad. Didn't apologize or anything. We are overdue for a review. RCB is one of our favorite restaurants in the area. We can not express how much we appreciate the staff and how consistent every meal we have there. We always know when we sit down we are going to enjoy what we are being served. We have so many favorite items. I'll just list a few. A great lunch! Ordered the RCB blackened chicken sandwich with a side salad. My friend ordered the tomato basil soup she raved about. Mine was awesome as well. Just the right amount of heat and the honey mustard sauce hit back perfectly. Our waitress was awesome. Her name was was Lisa. Very sweet and perfect service. Lunch on the patio last week with a friend. The food was very good, the service was excellent and the staff very friendly.

I had my sons rehearsal luncheon here and it was so nice. I rented the private room that holds about 35 people and when I got there everything was set up perfectly. The food is amazing and the service was wonderful. I was so overwhelmed in the moment that unfortunately I didn't take pictures but they did a great job. I probably will never go back again only because I'm a California girl and Georgia ain't it for me at all but if I ever did I would definitely stop by for lunch. My husband and I came here for a date night and left happy customers. I had the smoked pear margarita which was delicious and my husband got a beer. His "The Chop" was really good and although I had to swap out my trout for a burger because it wasn't seasoned well, the service was so wonderful. I have a dairy allergy and the manager, Rebecca came over and went over their allergen menu and offered to specially make any item as needed. Ate outdoors in the cold and loved every bite. The space heaters were spot on. The inside is always so loud it's hard to converse, of course my hearing is about gone, so there is that. Our food: I had the pistachio encrusted grouper with veggies, the better half had a trout and some fingerling potato. Food was so good I wanted to lick the plate before they took it. Def worth the cost- be ready to drop a buck there. If ya can't, the place next door will yell "welcome to MOES" at you then charge about a third as much for food that tastes about a fifth as good. read more

The food was ready on time, and staff was extremely friendly when I walked in to pick up my order. I ordered the RCB Fish Sandwich and the Shrimp and Grits. RCB Fish Sandwich: You have the choice to have your fish, fried, grilled or blackened. I opted for blackened fish with a side of coleslaw. The fish was cooked well, and the sandwich was delicious! The flavors from the pico (on the side) and sauce go very well together. I highly recommend adding avocado for an extra charge. It's worth it! Shrimp and Grits: The grits is super creamy without feeling too heavy! It comes with a decent amount of shrimp. The grits is what really makes the dish, though! We frequent RCB and have been customers for several years, and one thing that is notable is the service-it's always outstanding. Their new space is lovely; it is well thought out and modern. The cocktails are good, as is the food. We love the fried green tomato appetizer and their rosemary bread is delicious. One of my favorites is the French dip sandwich, however I've never ordered anything on the menu I didn't like - airline chicken, hanger steak, crab cakes all excellent. Another thing that is commendable is how they responded to the challenges of the pandemic and not only survived (it was difficult so all businesses) but seemed to thrive because they adapted to the new needs. Stopped in today for lunch. The place was packed around noon so rather than wait for 20-30 mins we grabbed two seats at the bar. The staff was quick to take care of our drink order and kept the glasses full. Food ordering was quick and arrived quickly. Had the blackened chicken sandwich which was very good and a nice portion. Fries crispy and well seasoned. We sat and talked for a while as the crowd left and didn't feel rushed to leave and staff kept the glasses refreshed. Only drawback was upon leaving and seeing an inspection score of 84 at the door. May look to see what caused the deductions and that may be a deciding factor on future visits. read more

A 5 star restaurant in my opinion is one in which every food item is prepared to be the best it can be and the service compliments the food. This local bistro fits that description. We ordered the shrimp and grits and the county fried steak. Though these two dishes my be common on southern style food menu their presentation and attention to detail in regards to flavor and ingredients where we'll done and contained traditional elements along with fresh twist. Our server Rachel noticed that my wife and I ordered with the intent to have a little of each and was thoughtful enough to have the plates spilt in the back. They replaced it and the second wasn't far off but my buddies had finished eating already so I cut my losses and ate it regardless. I made a reservation for 7pm to celebrate with family. The restaurant was very busy on this night. We arrived 5 minutes ahead of our reservation time and checked in. Unfortunately we had to wait over 20 minutes before we were seated. We checked in with the hostess about our table 3 separate times. They sat about 5 tables ahead of us and sat a 7:30 reservation before us. The servers were rushed and drink service was slow. The restaurant was very loud and it was difficult to have a conversation in our little booth. That said, every food dish we ate was amazing and the drinks were excellent. I have a severe gluten allergy. They were able to accommodate my restrictions no problem, communicated clearly, and I did not get sick from gluten! I would recommend this restaurant if you don't mind noise and have a flexible schedule. I'm not sure how they organize their reservation system, but from our experience it didn't seem very trustworthy. I'd like to come back here and give it another try in the future! read more
