The Office was super organized with a courteously chic waiting area designed to help me get settled in peacefully. Hung had a clipboard with a sheet ready to fill in all my personal information and I delighted in the cute plants, pop culture toys, and fun selection of interesting Magazines laid out for us to enjoy. Hung modeled an energetically welcoming and helpful attitude that put me instantly at ease, and informed me he would reach out and let me know what the problem with my Chromebook was once it was officially diagnosed. A few hours later I received wonderful news that there was nothing wrong with my Chromebook at all and the battery just needed extra charging! I'm very grateful for how honest ITC is and their patience in helping us understand how our Computers work. PC House has been in business for years and Human Computer gets parts from them and Best Buy uses these guys. PC House cares about their customer base. Everybody else just wants your cash. We call and explain the problem with the laptop to the owner, Gilbert. He meets us at the shop, takes the laptop but doesn't pop off the back off for a 10-sec look. He hands my son a form to fill out saying that it would be $65. Luckily we pressed him on what we got for $65. FOR $65 he turns the laptop over pulls the back off (screws already removed BTW) looks at the port. Which needs to be soldered back on. IF we decide to have him do solder it back on, that will be at least $160. It is not a complicated task. I know, I have done it before. We walked away

Both repairs were completed quickly, and everything worked perfectly. A few months later, my laptop touchpad started acting up again, so I took it back. He inspected it, explained the issue, and replaced the part again under warranty at no charge. I didn't even realize the repair was still covered. What I appreciate most is his honesty. He always takes the time to explain what's wrong, gives honest advice about whether a computer is worth repairing, and never tries to sell you something you don't need. That's hard to find these days. Both of my computers are now working like new again. Instead of trying to upsell me or charge me an arm and a leg to fix it, he immediately advised me that it would not be worth my time or money to try to fix it. After trying new parts Nials replaced a few of the electrical boards and did not fix the problem. Nials was kind enough to offer me a rebuilt Larger tv with a warranty. We said YES and when we picked up the tv he was kind enough to program while we were there. It was at such a good price.
