I have known this company for years they have been serving the community for 25 years. I had a problem with my 45" flat screen so I took it to Nials to take a look at. After trying new parts Nials replaced a few of the electrical boards and did not fix the problem. Nials was kind enough to offer me a rebuilt Larger tv with a warranty. We said YES and when we picked up the tv he was kind enough to program while we were there. It was at such a good price. Once I took it home and installed it I could not be believe the quality of the picture. We recommend this company 100% they are honest kind and great for any electronic equipment. My HP laptop needed some TLC when it wouldn't accept updates and I could not get past the HP diagnostics to correct problems. Upon a referral from family members, I asked Jack if he could help clean it up or I should start looking for a replacement. He's very knowledgeable, understanding and courteous. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I would hate for others to have the same experience I had. I have attached the full story on my experience on the images above. I called on Monday and the guy Told me that right now they have free estimates and to take my tv down to them. The price estimate they gave me Over the phone was around $80-$100 after I dropped it off I received a call a few hours later to say it was going to be $250 I didn't expect it to be that expensive since I was told a different price over the phone, and I wasn't counting on paying that much after I just replaced my old tv. I politely said I couldn't afford it at this time. The guy said I can pick up the tv before 5pm. I went at 4pm and the tv wasn't out back together. Little do I know about tv repair I didn't know they had to take it apart. The guy seemed very bothered at the time and told me To come back another day. I decided to clear my schedule and leave work early today (Wednesday, December 1st) and on my way in the guy brought me my tv, without the cable or the remote. I asked for my TVs cable and he gave me a random cable that's not even for my tv. I added it on the picture above. He then gave me my remote. And told me to not take back the tv or else I would pay them more because it is a lot of work to give a "free estimate" and I asked how much more and he said $250. I then commented "$250 was the original price you gave me" I figured he would say $300 or so. Well just for making that comment some guy in the back walked up to the front mad and said "bottom line do you want to fix it or not" as if I was arguing with the guy I was speaking to before. Then he went on yelling saying how much work it takes and how much their "free estimate" took time away from them. I then walked out to not argue and the guy went on yelling out the door. "YOU DONT WANT TO LITEN THEN GET OUT". Very unprofessional service I. My opinion, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I hope no one has the same experience I just witnessed. read more

I took my TV here to get an estimate. They said that the part for my bad power supply was going to cost almost $500, but they would keep looking for a better price or alterative. They never called me, so when I finally called them, there was no luck. I told them that I would pick up the TV and take care of it myself. I was very busy with work and school so I wasn't able to make it in. Also, the fact that they are closed on Sundays doesn't help. So quite a bit of time has passed before I was able to get it. When I called them, they said that they put my TV in storage. The never even tried calling my before they got rid of it. Then they finally called the storage place and they said that they also got rid of it. So pretty much, the unreliable CTV employees got rid of my TV without notifying me, then their sketchy "storage" place got rid of my TV without notifying them. Fuck this sketchy place. Absolute crooks. My mother called me about her 50 inch dip TV that was up in age. Said she had put close to 600 dollars to get it fixed. It seemed like all it needed was a lamp. From the mess he left on my mother's floor I saw that he had bought an aftermarket dlp projector bulb not the Samsung replacement part. The board had been ripped out the back and needed to be re soddered. He left this mess and said he needed more parts. She was intimidated and asked him not to return. I am beyond upset! It is pathetic that a company would rip off an old lady visit after visit after visit. Not professional, not competent and completely dishonest. I frankly feel I should report them but my mother is uncomfortable and just wants it to go away. I would give then zero stars if I could read more
