He arrived on time and ready to do the job. He was very knowledgeable and installed them both quickly. And he was very neat and cleaned up any mess he made, which was very little. Most importantly, Nathan was very personable and patient and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was careful to ask for our input about placement so that we could get the most enjoyment from the TVs. When he finished each install, he expertly programmed the televisions so they were using their full potential. He also gave us some recommendations for future improvements once our cable system upgrades to fiber optics. It's impossible to recommend Nathan enough for his professionalism and expert knowledge. His prices were very fair and he was very transparent and broke down his charges for us. We appreciated that! If you live in Laguna Woods, he has installed many TVs in the area for many of the residents. He is very patient and trustworthy, which is important to the residents since most tend not to be very knowledgeable about the latest technology and they are , after all, inviting someone into their homes. We will definitely reach out to him again! Thank you, Nathan!
