He resolved about 95% of my problems...all critical issues taken care of, which is great. But there are a few very very minor things that aren't resolved yet. I found Ari on Yelp. My work computer got a virus that I couldn't kick and it prohibited me from doing my work. I called Ari in the late afternoon after battling this thing for a couple hours and he came to me 1st the thing the next day. I'm not sure if he normally works in the field, but I was local so it wasn't a problem. He showed up 30 minutes early which I appreciated because I told him the earlier, the better. I NEEDED to be up and working! Nice guy. Got the job done for less than what most places are charging and he came to me. I called my brother hysterical crying on Saturday when my hard drive crashed and he referred me to Ari. I was afraid I had lost everything including pictures of my cat I had just put to sleep a few days before. He came over immediately. He was very up front and honest about what I was looking at, and that he would do everything he could to retrieve all of my information but wasn't going to give me false hope.
