Good food, pretty location. The breakfast on Saturday is so good. Huevos rancheros is the best!

I have suffered numerous traumatizing experiences at this absolutely awful establishment, for instance, they have accused me of shoplifting, they have messed up numerous meals, and the owner recently made sexual remarks to my friends mother. They honestly try to be more than they are, the workers are incredibly rude, and on occasion make up a policy whenever they choose. On their official website they state in a video speaking with the owner that " it's a fun, classic, and FAMILY environment. " but recently, they have made a new rule stating "No one under the age of 15 May enter the ridge, without a parent." This is complete and utter garbage! But then again, why should I support this horrible business? They do not deserve to be here in Suncrest! With our help we should get this horrible cafe closed for good! read more

My family heard that The Ridge was doing an Easter Sunday brunch until 2. I called in advance, they said they do not do reservations but were able to accommodate my party of 6. We came in after church, 1:10. The place was very busy but a booth was available. Instead of a kind greeting the lady at the counter barked that they will be closing the kitchen at 1:30. Ok, plenty of time. My kids and I sat down, mulled over the menu for a couple minutes, and she returned to say they will be closing the kitchen in 10 minutes. It was 1:15. I got up to place my order and she interrupted my order to take an incoming call. She told them that they were closed already. The food was just ok but she completely ruined my experience. I'm not sure of her name-older, heavier, blonde woman but she is rude. I'm done going in there and being treated like they are inconvenienced by my presence. read more

The owner of this establishment is extremely rude and does not care about loyal customers. We have been going to this restaurant since its opening and have never been treated well by him. He has told us now to "not come back" in a very childish way. He will not give an explanation, he is just plain rude. People like this should not own a business, they have no idea what customer loyalty and satisfaction means. DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS KIND OF TREATMENT. read more

The views are unbeatable when you head up to the ridge. I've eaten there twice in the 2 weeks they've been open. The lasagna was just okay, but the pizza was great! My wife really liked the fish and chips as well. Even my kids are fans. The market also had a surprisingly broad selection of products with very reasonable prices. read more

My wife and I love the Ridge Market & Café..The location, ambience, and food is simply world class in every respect. The Ridge Market and Cafe is set in a park like setting, with a view of both Salt Lake and Utah Valley, atop of Suncrest, in Draper Utah. Just the humble opinion of a Retired Navy Captain, who has eaten in a lot of restaurants around the world, but the Ridge Market & Café is my number one restaurant! Lastly, I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff at the Ridge Market & Cafe for making us feel like family, every time we visit. If you are looking for a unique and very enjoyable family friendly place to go for breakfast, lunch or dinner, then the Ridge Market & Café is your only choice! Keep on charging Cal, you and your staff of culinary miracle workers will always be number one from my perspective. read more

Ambience is nice; food is okay. We tried the blanco pizza and the turkey french dip sandwich but didn't love either. Disappointing for all the hype. read more

When we first walked in the prices seemed high, but once we began eating we understood. Top quality ingredients, and good chefs. I loved eating here and wish I lived close enough to come in more often. read more

The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. The green chili fries were flavorful and crispy! My wife ordered the ridge burger and it was delicious! I got the eggs Benedict which was ok. The eggs were overdone and the sauce was very thick... It is a great little place to look out for a view and a quiet lunch. read more

Our favorite brunch spot! They never disappoint and we go a few times a month for breakfast and dinner. We love The Ridge and the staff is always great :) read more

Best service I've ever had. The owner came up to me after I had ordered food and waited on my every need. The atmosphere is very classy with fantastic music. The fish and chips were high quality halibut and were probably some of the best I've ever had. Fantastic restaurant and they even have a bar! read more

Setting was beautiful, relaxing and open. Food was delicious. The flourless chocolate cake was divine! Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the staff seemed emotionless, therefore unfriendly. You order at the desk then sit wherever, so thankfully did not have to deal with them much. The girl who took our oder was complaining to another about not having contact with people. Best to keep drama away from clients, and put on something resembly a smile. However, I would still go back, the food, location and general ambience are worth it. read more

Had a great breakfast here! We're going to make this a regular. So nice to have a local place for a good meal.

Great place for brunch. You order at the counter than they deliver your food to your table. I had fish tacos which were okay but needed a bit more flavor. The fish was fried. My husband had a burger which looked fantastic. We will definitely be back. read more

The atmosphere and beauty alone is worth the drive up here! Food was fantastic and staff was all really helpful and nice. Love that you can order a drink and sit out on the patio and enjoy some family time with delicious food! read more

Great little place out of the way. Good food, nice service, and a pastry selection. Approved.

The Ridge doesn't just have amazing food but has great service. The place is to DIE FOR with a kick butt pizza oven too.... Ive been up there at least 20 times, and each time its great! Can have a beer with your lunch or Starbucks coffee with your great breakfast! Not to mention the view is killer! read more

LOVE the ridge! We always order the pizza but pretty much every thing is really good here!

I really enjoyed the halibut fish and chips. Their coleslaw is unique and delicious. They know how to batter and fry their fish! The ridge has a wonderful, beautiful atmosphere. We had a very nice patio dinner. read more

Best Huevos Rancheros in the Western States!!! The crispy tortilla blends really well with the rest of the ingredients. Mix of texture and deliciousness just melts in your mouth. read more

Really want this place to be awesome, it just isn't. The food is okay, but way overpriced. The service/staff would be poorly reviewed at a fast food joint, let alone a place that charges what they do here. With the whole pay at the counter then sit vibe works great it's slow, but when it's busy you have to hover over a table to get one. This doesn't lead to a very enjoyable meal for those waiting or those already seated. Too bad read more

My 1st time up there for brunch it was good a bit too long of a wait & yet not to busy... they could be a bit mote helpful at the cashier for those especially being their 1st time, they had a specials list that was not even brought to my attention & the cashier knew & heard my statement of "I'm not sure what to get?" I'll go back in hopes of a better service experience! read more

Great atmosphere! Wings & Pizza are fantastic. Lasagna wasn't great, however everything else was such a great experience we will definitely be back. read more

I love this place... The pizza is authentic Italy style- thin crust but not too thin where it breaks, just enough spices, not over splurged in tomato sauce and just very flavorful and filing!!! Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead 5 stars- They only have small 16 inches pizza and don't have large than that... read more

We have been to this place two times in the last week. Once for breakfast and again last night for dinner. The food is good and the staff is friendly. As we were leaving, the chef came up to us to introduce himself and chat a bit. He is really nice and has a great sense of humor. So happy to have this neighborhood restaurant and market. It will definitely become a regular spot for us. read more

This place is alright, it's a cute little place in the middle of a tiny mountain community. Worth coming just for the cute nostalgic atmosphere. Everything I've gotten was kind of sub par. I would recommend getting pizza, that always looks great. And their breakfast is supposed to be delicious as well! read more

Food was ok, had to send back the pulled pork. Owner was rude, and ignored us at the dessert counter. With a new owner, might have a chance. read more

Consistent excellent staff....service. Very nice menu selections. Food always excellent. Will continue to be a frequent flyer for lunch and dinner. read more

Best pizza around! Salads, sandwiches, and homemade gelato great too. The setting is very upscale, but casual. The location and the quick, but scenic drive to the top of Suncrest makes you feel like you have left town. Perfect for a date or family outing. read more

Great service, good food. Glad to have a local place close. I had the soup and salad and it was very satisfying. The staff was very accommodating for a large family. Very friendly, very accommodating. The C&C sandwich was delicious as was the lasagna. Next time we will try the ice cream. read more

I'm glad The Ridge has opened. We had a great meal tonight. The C&C sandwich I had was delicious. Great flavors and the chicken was tender and juicy. Yummy sweet potato fries. I would suggest having a separate person taking phone orders. We had to wait at the counter to place our order because of this. They do have some great beers and wines on their bar menu. read more

Food is amazing here, owners really care about what they bring to the table. (Pun intended)

Exceptional food, gorgeous views, fun shop, and phenomenal staff. The location is perfect and the restaurant itself is quaint.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant. I have been loyal to this place for the last year and a half. We always try to park our bikes off to the side and out of the way to never interfere with the customers. Today after our visit, the owner told our company that we are not welcome and to never come back. There were many open tables inside and plenty of room for other patrons. A group of about 60 motorcycles showed up and nothing was said to them about the space they take up but our ten bikes around the back on the patio was too much for him. The staff has always been friendly except for the guy that owns it. I hope this restaurant dies and that owner never runs a restaurant again. Very, very bad customer service by this man. How is my money not good enough for this place? Please don't support this establishment. read more

Food was good but the wait was awful. The reason for the fourth star is really the location. It's beautiful up there.

My husband and I frequent this restaurant quite often. The atmosphere is fun, especially when you can sit outside. The salmon was amazing and the pizza is really good. read more

Breakfast was great! We had waffle, Huevos Rancheros and freshly squeezed orange juice. Super delicious! Going back for the dessert for-sure. They had so many options I wanted to try! read more

Such a fun little place. I loved the outdoor seating; such a great atmosphere! The spinach artichoke dip was to die for. It was super packed, so the service was a little helter-skelter, but for the most part it was great! I'll be back for sure. read more
