This is totally a sports bar vibe. I can totally see this place hopping on game day. Lots of tvs surrounding the perimeter. All except one had some sort of sporting event on. The line TV had Stars wars on - go figure. We were a group of 4 adults and two toddlers. We walked in right at 11:05 am, just as it opened. Service was meh. Considering we were first in the restaurant, you would think the food (at least the appetizer & salad) would have come out faster. The server came thrice to the table, to take our orders, bring the drinks and to bring the check. The bus boys (?) brought out all the food. We had to flag someone down to ask for extra napkins, beverages and to go boxes. The food was plentiful. Salty Pig - rich, thick crust pizza. Margherita, Pepperoni and Meat Lovers (personal size from the lunch menu), two orders of tots, onion rings and a Caesar salad. SO much food! Leftovers for days! Overall, food was good. I really wanted to love this place, especially since it recently opened, and I definitely think it has potential. We were seated immediately, which was a great start. Our group ordered a beer, a cocktail, and a soda. When we asked about what beer was available, our waiter seemed a little irritated by the question and told us he would need to ask the manager about our beer choice. Since the restaurant is new, I completely understand that everyone is still learning, but the interaction made us feel like we were inconveniencing him rather than being welcomed guests. A little more familiarity with the drink menu or simply a friendlier response while finding out would have made a big difference. The beer and cocktail came out, but unfortunately the soda didn't arrive until about 15 minutes later. We also ordered just one dessert to share, and that took quite a while to come out as well. Since we weren't ordering a full meal and only had drinks and one dessert, the amount of waiting was surprising. I really do want to give this place another chance because new restaurants always have some things to work through when they first open. My biggest suggestions would be improving staff knowledge of the drink offerings, attentiveness, and overall service timing. A friendly and helpful attitude goes a long way, especially when customers are excited to try a new place. Hopefully these are just opening growing pains because I'd love to come back and have a better experience next time. read more

I really wanted to like Bricks Corner Pizza because the atmosphere has a cool vibe and the restaurant has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The service was poor from start to finish. We only saw our server once after our order was taken and had to flag down another employee just to get our check. We never received a drink refill, and the employee we asked for the check actually asked if we wanted a refill while we were already paying and getting ready to leave, which felt a little too late. The timing of the food was also frustrating. We waited about 45 minutes for our appetizer, only for it to come out at the exact same time as our pizza, defeating the purpose of ordering an appetizer first. As for the pizza itself, it wasn't good. The dough was undercooked while the outside crust was burnt. After trying a couple of bites, we ended up not eating the rest. It's disappointing because the restaurant has a great atmosphere and a lot of potential, but between the poor service, long wait, and disappointing food, this wasn't an experience we'd want to repeat. read more

I was excited to see they opened on this end of the valley and ordered to go. I live about 12 minutes from the location. Unfortunately the food quality DOES NOT hold up for takeout orders. The deep dish pizza was soggy, the meatballs on the meatball burrata app were cold and the cheese had cooled into one big clump, and the arugula on my thin crust margarita pizza was wilted and to be honest just made the pizza gross and inedible. Maybe they can switch up some Togo packaging to make things a little more sustainable. Lesson learned for a $60 Togo order that was really bad. I totally recommend eating in the restaurant. The WVC location looks a bit bigger, vibe seemed really cool, lots of TV's and a cool spot to catch a game. read more

Delicious pizzas. The italian sausage crust for the keto and gluten free was delicious, though they definitely should sell it in the personal pan size. The Carolina BBQ chicken was delicious but did need more bbq sauce. The cheese mushroom agoo thin crust was really good as well. It did take awhile for them to come out though. Our waitress was nice and attentive. I give 4 stars mainly because the 3 of the 4 bathrooms were really dirty. The rest of the restaurant was clean. So just skip the bathrooms and you're all good. We reserved the private room for our big party. No extra charge for that which was just the beginning of the awesomeness. Micah our server and helpers were great. Kind and attentive from start to finish. We tried three different apps, all delicious. My favorite was the crunchy onion rings with two sauces. Such interesting pizzas here from thin crust cheese for the kids to new faves like a Birria sirlion and The Sausage King of Chicago. We just ordered a variety to share. All perfectly cooked with generous toppings. I preferred the thinner crust although many of us loved the thick Detroit style. A few shared the banana cream pie-decadently delicious at the end. It was so fun to try so many items and choose our favorites. Another great thing was the check. Prices were reasonable for sure. I can't wait to come back and try some of the non pizza offerings soon. Thanks for a great meal! read more

If you're going to offer customers the option to pay by QR code, you need to have a reliable way to verify those payments on your end. Chasing a customer out to their car and asking whether they paid is not acceptable customer service. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only issue with my visit. The service overall was not particularly good, and I also ordered a pizza with a gluten-free crust that did not appear to be gluten-free, which left me questioning whether my order had been prepared correctly. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. I would expect the payment process to be properly set up so customers aren't made to feel as though they are being accused of leaving without paying. read more

Just opened West Valley location. It has the most unique pizza in Utah! They have a bar, numerous TV's, a waiting line on Friday night. The prices are reasonable, the staff is great. Too noisy for my ears. read more

This was our first time at the restaurant and had high hopes. Our waitress Danielle let us know she was new but had a positive attitude. It all went down hill when we let her know that we didn't care for the salad we ordered. At that point her attitude did a full 180 and she got an attitude when she asked if we wanted to speak with the manager. When the manager came over he asked for feedback on the food and then took the salad off the check and asked if we wanted a box for the rest. We said yes and he said ok and walked away. Danielle came back with no box but had the pay kiosk with her. She said "are you done"? And we said yes we were ready to pay. Our check was just under $20 so we handed her a $20. She again got an attitude saying she didn't have change, I said that's ok, she then rolled her eyes and walked away. We put cash on the table for a tip and waited another 10 minutes for our box that never came. At this point she was actively avoiding us so we took her tip back and left. First off the menu and the pictures of their food looks good but i am here to tell you the food was amazing. we started out with the meatballs and warm burrata cheese OMG! we couldn't get enough of this, the tomato sauce that drenched covered the meatballs you could put it on a boot and i would eat it, it's that good. For the Pizza we ordered the BC Special Meat and i don't believe i will eat pizza anywhere else, this pizza if your a meat lover is the best - mic drop. read more

We got sat down pretty quick and there were 3 groups of people who got sat down after us and got their service before we did. we were there for 15 minutes and not a single person came up to us. we got up and told the host about what happened and they were dismissive about it. we left. so disappointed! read more
