If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please save your money and don't give money to the new people who own this place. I've been here a couple of times in the last couple of months because a friend of mine had a sibling who worked here. The drinks and ice cream were always alright (not something I would spend a ton of money for) but since I went last the prices have skyrocketed and the service has only gone down. Recently, a friend of mine was standing outside waiting when she witnessed the entire work staff walk out and get berated by the manager. When I heard, I had to ask the kid I knew who worked there and I can't believe she had to deal with a nightmare boss before the age of 18. She said that she had never been treated worse and it felt like her and her other high-school aged coworkers were being bullied by a 60 year old woman. The drinks were never anything to write home about, but now that the price of ice cream is 150% of the original I certainly won't be buying from here again and I couldn't give my money knowing that it is going to someone who would mistreat children who are probably working their first jobs. read more

What a fun new idea. It reminds me a lot of Milk in NYC. The ice cream is really Fluffy and enjoyable and has a really nice taste no matter the mix in you get. It is very rare for me to like something for a long period of time, I move on too quick you could say, but ice cream has always been my go-to dessert. Like many people, I'm especially a fan of ice cream that includes surprises inside like cookies and cream, rocky road, pistachio, ect. You can imagine my excitement when I heard that there was an establishment that created custom cereal/ice cream mixtures. Although feeling skeptical at first, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by young cheerful workers and soothing lo-fi music (with an occasional pop hit here and there). The wall facing customers when they enter the store is decorated with leaves and lit up neon lights that spell "Dripp it like it's hot," an original idea that adds a classy ambience to the shop (also perfect for taking pictures). The store isn't very big, but the furnishings are strategically placed to make it feel roomy and it also gives customers the option to enjoy their ice cream sitting on stools, padded chairs, a patio, or even a couch. The oddly satisfying thing about this establishment is that the temperature inside isn't so cold to the point where you feel rushed to leave; a quality that is hard to find with many other ice cream shops in the area. If you tend to have a hard time making decisions when presented with a bunch of choices, then you'll be relieved to hear that there are six "signature" options which feature the most popular mixes so that you don't end up making a bad mix. "Thunder buddies" is my personal favorite which features Reeses puffs, bananas, almonds, and teddy bear graham crackers. Truthfully, I thought that the ice cream wouldn't be much different from that of Cold Stone or any other ice cream competitor, but the cereal gave the ice cream a crunch that can be best described by my significant other as "heavenly." They also gave the ice cream to me exactly as it had appeared on the menu (we could see the workers placing the teddy bear crackers on their feet in the ice cream). While I've never been a fan of chocolate covered cones, people have the option to have their cone dipped in blue or pink chocolate (or both) for an extra dollar. I found it funny at first, but they also have an option to buy a bowl of any of the cereal options for $4.50. Even though that may seem like an unfair price for a bowl of cereal, it makes sense when you realize how desperate someone would have to be to pay $4.50 for a bowl of cereal when they could get a whole box for $3.00. The ice cream cones and milkshakes, however, are a bit more on the pricey side and cost me $5.95 before tax. Keeping the bowls of cereal in mind, you could just go to a supermarket and buy a whole tub of ice cream for the same price BUT you wouldn't easily be able to make a cereal-ice cream as fresh and crunchy as what Dipps gives you. For the experience, quality, and price I would recommend this place for most occasions including dates, family outings, and especially on cheat day! read more

Im a big fan of matcha and this tasted up to par with my last Japan's trip. I could taste the matcha well on the iced matcha latte. I tried their matcha coffee and it was really interesting and good. Im not really a coffee person but i still enjoyed it. I havent tried their ice cream yet but it looked so pretty i might try it next time. Unfortunately I'm going to give about 3 stars. Although the ice cream was very delicious the prices were way over priced- $15.xx for two ice creams. They also aren't the most kid friendly- they do not offer high chairs, which BUMMER! Seriously. I would think a ice cream shop which is every kids dream to be a bit more family friendly. read more

I've been here a few times and the tea is pretty good. We are currently here and it has been over 30 minutes and we are still waiting for our tea. There is only one person working and he continues to take orders even though he was backed up. Probably won't come here again. On a personal note, we didn't care for the music either. read more

I came across this after eating some poke at the same plaza. The brightness and the decor caught my eye. After looking at their simple menu I understood their concept. I chose fruity pebbles for the milkshake mix in and that nostalgia hit me. Oh those kids memories! The milkshake was flavorful and soft. I had a sample of their matcha late and it was on point: not too sweet and strong matcha taste. I tried Dripps for a second time today and I was really impressed by the drink I got. The owner recommended a matcha coffee (I'm usually not a fan of matcha or coffee) and it was surprisingly so good. I'll never drink coffee straight but I took a sip of the coffee before I stirred the drink and I could probably have a whole glass of that cold brew. Considering I was the only order, I think it did take some time. They seemed to crush the matcha powder (or something time consuming) fresh and put it in which is nice to see it be fresh but it took a few minutes for a simple matcha coffee being the only order there. Stopped by Dripps because it was conveniently located near Chandler mall and I've heard many good things about this place. I had their strawberry shortcake ice cream. Super impressed! The ice cream was creamy with the right amount of cereal mixed in to give some crunchiness. The staff was great and the place itself was simple, cute, and clean. Next time, I want to try one of their drink options (they have so many!). Highly recommend visiting! read more

I came in today with two other people. There were no other customers present waiting, so we didn't have to wait terribly long. We immediately appreciated the interior design. The two women in the back came out and greeted us and took our order. I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, one of the people with me ordered jasmine milk tea, and the other person with me ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough milk shake. The person with me did not like their jasmine milk tea, but the other person with me loved their chocolate chip cookie dough shake. I enjoyed the milk tea and felt it had the proper sweetness, nothing too overpowering. I ordered a pink rose milk tea. I loved the floral flavor, but felt the sweetness should have been toned down a little bit. The other person with me whom ordered a jasmine milk tea ordered a Thai iced tea. They said that it was better than a lot of the restaurants we previously ordered Thai tea from. The woman who took my second round of orders encouraged us to try the soft serve the next time we visited and recommended the strawberry shortcake. We will definitely be returning and I look forward to trying the strawberry shortcake. read more
