I really like their shaved ice. I know it is not the typical shaved ice. I think they call it something else. Bingsoo maybe. I like that it is soft and sweet with flavor. The typical shaved ice are hard little ice chucks with no flavor. They have different types. There is a fruit one with mango and strawberry. They also have a tiramisu flavor. I think they also have an Oreo one. The golden fish buns are good too. I like they are a little crispy on the outside. This is in the hmart food court. It is hard to find a seat there. Can be really noisy and crowded.
I LOVE Snowtime, their snow is so worth it. They DON'T skimp on the toppings like some other places. Their mango snow is my favorite, it comes with super fresh mango pieces, some cheesecake chunks and some cream. I don't remember what exactly is in it since it looks like it might be a new addition to the menu but if you love mangos then get it, you won't regret it. It's sugary addiction. Snowtime, I hope you never change!! Their custard filled fishes are also yummy! Friendly service, they honored my request to add boba as a topping :) Located in Hmart food court, so it's noisy and good luck on finding parking on the weekend but go anyway!
Snowtime was right across the street from our AirB&B neighborhood, we kept seeing everyone we went someplace so we just knew we had to check it out when wanted a sweet treat. Bing Su is frozen milk shaved and then topped with fresh fruit, sauces & pieces of cheesecake, brownie or mochi. Like a Korean shaved ice or an Asian sundae. Fun treat & not too too sweet. Tons of preselected bowls to choose from or make your own...my daughter chose this preselected bowl by the business & I must say it was really good, we were able to eat the whole small together which is pretty big! Small is 15oz container but they small, regular & large sizes. They also have Tai yaki which are fish shaped waffles that can be soft serve ice which they had 6 flavors to choose from and can be topped with an array of things like Oreo bits, tiny macarons, mochi & MORE. Fun place to take the family. You order at the counter & they give you a buzzer that rings when your order is ready. Lots of tables for indoor seating so you can eat your treat right there or take it to go. They are right next door to a Korean restaurant, Gogi & a sushi bar with a conveyer belt. Lots of great eating options!
While it is not very likely we will be getting any atmospheric snow in the Phoenix area anytime soon at least one can indulge in a snowy shaved ice treat at Snowtime. This Snowtime location is located within the H Mart food court and is one of the farthest shops from the entrance. I had the seasonal apple cinnamon snow and the little one had a fish cone with taro soft serve. We both thoroughly enjoyed our desserts! Service was friendly and very nice. I love this H Mart location because the service at Snowtime is always quick and dependable when you are craving a sweet treat. The ice cream tastes even better in their fresh fish cones, especially if you get a Nutella filled center that adds just the right amount of sweetness. The matcha ice cream is rich, smooth and perfectly balanced. Watching the staff make the fish cones right in front of you def adds to the experience. The warm cone with the cold ice cream creates the perfect contrast, though you may have to eat it quickly or share with a friend. Every time I bring someone new they love it. Snowtime is a cute dessert stand conveniently located in the food court area in the same building as H-Mart grocery store. This is one of those places that I frequent for very specific items whenever I'm in the area. These items include brown sugar milk tea boba, taro milk tea, and fish buns with custard filling. Sometimes I also get their soft serve depending on who I'm with since they're big enough to share. None of these items I've mentioned are too sweet which is a plus. I don't know why but this is one of the only shops where I know my body can tolerate drinking brown sugar milk tea without feeling unwell afterwards, so kudos to them! I also would like to mention that if you do order the brown sugar milk tea, it does sometimes take a little longer if they have to make a fresh batch of boba, but I don't mind because its always warm, with the perfect amount of chewiness. Their service can be a hit or miss but they have always been friendly overall whenever I've been. Since their shop is located in the food court, there's lots of seating options available, but if you go during prime time then it'll be more difficult to find an open spot.
After eating a savory meal at another establishment in this food court, we needed to follow up with a lil sweet treat. My family had never tried bingsu, so we were intrigued to say the least. We're suckers for anything chocolate, so instead of the usual fruity toppings, we opted for the Choco Butter Bliss which has snickers, brownies, graham crackers, and caramel sauce on top. One thing about bingsu which I guess we were no aware of was that the toppings are only on top, and not mixed into the whole dish. Of course you can mix it in yourself but we did not think that far ahead. We devoured the toppings on top and then was left with nothing but shaved ice for the remainder of eating it. Sad to say, we didn't feel like eating a bunch of sweetened ice (we're ice cream fanatics, not ice fanatics), so we didn't finish all of it. It was a massive serving, but we really would've loved it if the toppings were more mixed in.
The service was quick and easy! The cashier was so kind and very patient with us. The shop was clean and smelled soooo good! Our fish bread was hot and hit the spot. It wasn't too sweet, it was warm and tasted perfect with the nice cold vanilla scoop on it. Definitely a must try! I'm craving more of the fish looking bread !
Had a sweet tooth after having lunch at the nearby restaurant and it hit the spot! We got a fish cone (~$7.49) with custard, taro/matcha ice cream with 2 toppings (mochi and taro dust). Additional topping costs extra but 2 was perfect. The ice cream was so delicious, not super sweet. I recommend eating right away if you get a fish cone! The bottom started dripping pretty quickly. The cashier was really nice and welcoming. The service is a bit slow but it was quite busy.
On a sweltering July afternoon, I found myself at Snowtime staring down the cooling soft serve opportunities. I settled for a matcha-taro swirl in a fish cone (is there any other way to get a Snowtime cone?!) in a cup ('cos I know how messy I can be). And it delivered. Cool, soft, creamy and with just a bit of bitterness from the matcha and a nice mix of flavors from the swirl. The fish cone was nice and crispy in the outside and a little chewy on the inside. A great way to cool down before heading back out into the blinding Phoenix heat. If you're looking for a cool treat, try Snowtime for a delicious snack!
I've only been to Snowtime a couple of times but always order ice-cream inside of the fish cone. This one was a matcha flavored ice cream with fruity pebble dust powered on the outside. We didn't get any filling but I would definitely recommend adding a filling because by the time we got to the fish cone (which is a soft- bready cone with a little thickness to it) it was pretty soggy inside and didn't taste very good. I think if I had added a Nutella filling it would've been more enjoyable! A cute spot to grab a quick dessert. I plan to go back and try some of their other fun desserts.

Snowtime is all the way the end of the food hall, and the smell is wafting in the air of waffles. Smells delightful! Here you can enjoy boba tea drinks, taiyaki (fish waffle cones) with soft serve, snow (shaved ice) bowls and very nice loose leaf iced teas. So far I've only had the loose leaf iced teas and they use Reishi teas which are good quality teas. These iced teas are not flavored with sugary syrup or fruit, it's simply infused tea bags that are brewed over ice. It's so refreshing in the summer! I've been missing out on the more fun items for sure, next visit I'll try one of their dessert type options, probably the taiyaki & ice cream! For now, I've enjoyed all the iced teas I've tried. read more

The taiyaki was quite good overall. The filling was a bit stingy, but the flavor made up for it. We tried the mini taiyaki - three mini ones for $3.59 - and ordered six in total: Nutella, custard, blueberry cream cheese, and red bean. We didn't care too much about the presentation even though it looked messy. Our favorites were the red bean and custard, both of which had great taste and texture. The blueberry cream cheese was also enjoyable, offering a unique and interesting flavor combination. For the price, we were pretty satisfied. After ordering, we were given a buzzer, so we took a quick lap around the food court while waiting. The taiyaki came out hot and fresh, which made a big difference. They definitely wouldn't be as good if they were pre-made. I really appreciated that they were made fresh. The H mart food court was so busy on a Sunday afternoon. read more

Inside H-Mart, this place makes dessert to order. Their service is fast and the snow is truly addicting. Their small is enough for two people and their large for up to 4. Their taiyaki is made fresh and can be filled. read more

This is a great newer addition to the H-Mart food court area. And it's great. Excellent selection of nice ice cold freezer head burn bobas which are great for the 108 degree temperatures. Great ice cream and other sweet deserts. Though I recommend eating inside as the ice cream would be a mess if you tried to take it to your sun baked car. Make sure you avoid the noon rush because the keikis all show up and the line gets long. You know it's good when the Kiki are all excited!!! read more
We wanted dessert and decided to come over to Snowtime. There was no line when we arrived but the food court area had a lot of people. We looked through the menu and decided fairly quickly. We got the fish cone ($6.25) with vanilla chocolate, custard, pocky sticks, and Oreo crumbs. The other fish cone had taro, custard and taro dust. We waited a few minutes because the fish cone was being made fresh. The vanilla chocolate, custard, pocky sticks, and Oreo crumbs was delicious. The other fish cone with taro was also delicious. I would recommend any of those as they were all delicious to me. Snowtime was good and I'll be back in the future! read more
Omg we all got their ice cream my oldest and I got it in the fish cones with Nutella he did vanilla I did mixed. So good I added Oreo and pocky he did Oreo and a macaron such a nice treat. I wanna try their red bean next time. Definitely a nice treat so many options read more

Loving the food court at HMart and Snowtime is a great addition. Currently obsessed with brown sugar boba milk tea. Look at the pictures. How could I not be? It's very sweet, so be sure you're into that! Their soft serve is delicious and for fun get a fish cone that you can fill with red bean paste, Nutella, or custard. Then your soft serve (get matcha) then add a couple toppings! They are obviously popular, so expect a wait. Service is great. Good food takes time to make and they want your drinks and food to be perfect for you. I need them to open a location in north Phoenix!! read more
Located within the H-mart foodcourt, they serve all kinds of yummy sweets. I have very good memories from childhood about golden fish bun and when I saw them making them here, I couldn't resist but stand in line to order one. I had it with their original red beans but they have several other flavors available. I have to say the classic red beans they make here is just right amount of sweetness to it, it matches well with outer shells. First bite of the bun, it brought back my childhood memories with my grandma. Every bite I took, I thought of her and brought some tears in my eyes. Everything they sell looked very yummy, I think this will be my regular stop after shopping at H-Mart. read more

The ice cream looks cute and tastes okay! The pro part is that the dessert is light, and the con is that it's too sweet. Since it's located inside an Asian store, I wasn't expecting something too sweet because I've always found Asian cakes and desserts light with the right amount of sweetness! If you choose a fish cone, it's $6.25, which I think is a little pricey. read more

Finally tried this cool looking dessert place at Hmart. I wanted to try their fish cone ice cream, but about 6 something for a fish cone ice cream feels kinda expensive and there were other things seemed more attractive, so I went for banana split and choco heaven. And I was glad I ordered them. Choco heaven was really like chocolate heaven, there were plenty of chocolate chips, Nutella, and chocolate sauce, and there was a waffle kinda pastry at the bottom. One of the things I HAD to try in my life was a fish cone. They are the cutest!!! Basically it's soft serve ice cream. They have a few flavors. I chose taro. The mini had vanilla. You can choose a filling. I chose red bean and the baby chose nutella. As if that wasn't awesome enough, you get 2 toppings included. I got a strawberry and mini macaron. The mini had pocky and a mini macaron. Also, the people working there were super friendly. I can't wait to go back! read more

Whenever we come to Mesa, specifically H-Mart, we enjoy coming here as we enjoy the Golden Fish Bun. Found out about this about a year ago and come almost every time we come in to H-Mart. Service is good for the most part, just once in a while get the food energy as if the worker doesn't want to be here but today I had bad experience ,spent almost $40 but the grilled cheese fish bun was not completely cooked ,you can see the grilled cheese on ones side and the other side still not completely baked and the batter still there,just feel like wasting money.They're inedible read more

I had the fish cone with green tea soft serve, custard, Oreo crumbs, and mochi. The fish cone was perfect! Warm, chewy inside yet crispy on the outside. I eat slow and the soft serve didn't melt through the cone by the time I was done. I'm not from the area so I usually get Somi Somi in SoCal. I like Snowtime's fish cone slightly better. I haven't tried any of their drinks or snow desserts but will definitely stop by again if I'm ever in the area. I passed by another Snowtime location as we were driving around but this one is located at the food court inside an HMart. It's convenient since you can do your shopping before/after grabbing food and dessert. read more

After shopping at H-Mart, I was feeling quite famished and needed some food and dessert to fulfill that need haha. As some might now, H-Mart offers consumers a wide variety of food options at their food hall. For dessert, I stopped by Showtime since I have had good experience at their other locations. Food and Drink (4/5): I got the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea for my drink and the Boba Bliss for dessert. Both of items I got were equally delicious; however, they were a tad sweet. I know...I know...they are desserts haha. Unlike some other establishments, this Showtime didn't give me the option to change my preferred ice or sweetness level which kinda sucks. I prefer my drinks to not be so sweet; however, it was still good. The boba was nice and soft and the drink had an overall good flavor to it. For the Boba Bliss, it's considered a "snow." The Boba Bliss had brown sugar boba, vanilla-almond cereal, almond flakes, and brown sugar drizzle. It wasn't as pretty as I would like it to be but it was really good. Especially for a hot summer day, this was perfect to cool you down. A variety of different textures made it even better! Service (4/5): Overall, service wasn't too bad. Workers were distracted by one another which resulted in my products coming out slower then expected. Cashier was really nice and attentive. Overall, not the greatest Snowtime experience that I've had but wish it was better. Would come back again though. read more
This is one of the little restaurants in the food court area, inside of H-Mart. They have such cute ice cream options including the very photogenic fish cone! I was pleasantly surprised by how absolutely delicious the cone was too! It's always awesome when the food tastes as good as it looks! My go-to boba drink is a taro milk tea, & their's is one of the best I've had! So sweet & smooth! I'd happily come back here! read more
