Came here and have to say was not impressed, I got the strawberry matcha latte, and the taste just didn't hit. They made it in 1 minute so my hopes of it being good was not there, and after tasting it, it was extreamly powdery. The strawberry mix they used had no fresh strawberry. The drink came out to be 7.25$ but on the menu it shows the price as 5.80, not sure how why it was 2$ more... The inside was quiet and didn't have any music playing and overall it didn't feel very clean inside as well. I came here a few years back and the quality had dropped off significantly.

This was a $8 scoop of Vegan Pistachio Ice Cream... that is absolutely ridiculous... I was hoping for something bigger than a sauce cup. Also...My husband asked for a custom ice cream and she made her own type of ice cream with nothing he asked for in it.

I'm disappointed in the food and the boba. The total was $27 for chicken that tastes funny and dry. The drink was too sweet and the Bobo was hard and not sweet. I ended up not drinking it and the food I ended up tossing it. It didn't look like the picture at all. The chicken had a couple brunt pieces. The staff is super friendly though.

Such delicious and creamy icecream! We got the cookie crumble special and it craved each sweet craving I had! It was a little pricey for the size and what it was, but it was well crafted. They had a cute decorated wall where you can take nice pictures too and many seats inside. Cute place to catch up with grabs and grab something sweet!

Hard and thin gummies that supposed to be for the Fruity Tootie Ice Cream

Waste of money for the ice cream. Paid $9 for one cup of ice cream when it's suppose to come with cone. Has two broken screens in the waiting area. Workers are nice tho. The fruity ice cream had hard gummies, not because of the cold and they were thin, paper thin.. Has to be new management and transitioning into something else with a whole kitchen in the waiting area.

We came here after we ate dinner and there were not too many people here. The menu had drinks and ice cream and of course we decided to get both to try. We ordered the Vanilla with captain crunch berries and strawberries and a single Tiramisu for ice cream. For the drinks, we ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and Matcha Latte. The ice cream came out first then the drinks came out second. The ice cream was delicious and either flavor would be good to order. The Jasmine Milk Tea with boba tasted good to me as well as the Matcha Latte. The boba was soft and chewy which was good. I'll be back to try other drinks and ice cream!

This is a nice spot to grab a dessert treat right off the 101 in Scottsdale. Rewind is a sister store to Pokitrition and is located right next to them. They have two concepts at Rewind - cereal infused ice cream and layered drinks with or without matcha with boba add-ons. I love this concept as I grew up up eating big bowls of cereal while watching Saturday morning cartoons as a kid. Rewind has a nice variety of ice cream flavors plus toppings to choose from. I got a double scoop of Bourbon Caramel Toffee Crunch and Thai Tea when I stopped in. You can't go wrong with drinks choices here as the menu has tons of regular teas and milk teas, matcha and blended drink options to choose from. Make it an evening and grab a sushi burrito at Pokitrition and then head over to Rewind for a delicious treat afterwards.

Stopped by after Black Friday Shopping and it was a treat. They were out of chrysanthemum tea and almond milk, so we got the taro tea (no caffeine) and the matcha coffee 25% sweet with coconut milk and boba. The boba is sweet like brown sugar, so I could have gone no added sweetness with the coconut milk, but their matcha and coffee are the stars. I drink black coffee so don't really like my boba drinks super sweet. Really yummy though. I'd be back just for that! They also have a bunch of soft serve, matcha, bourbon caramel toffee, honey lavender, Thai tea. I'd come back just to try some of those!

We wanted some dessert after dinner and this was nearby so we came here. There were a few other people ahead of us but service was friendly and we got our treats in an appropriate amount of time. Since it was late, I didn't want a drink with caffeine but ended up ordering the Vietnamese Coffee ice cream flavor? Whoops. My friend got their caramel toffee crunch flavor with cheesecake bites, and I added honey boba to mine. I suppose we could've gotten a double scoop and saved some money but we didn't think about that. My scoop didn't really taste like coffee? And the boba was just okay, less chewy than I prefer but maybe due to being on top of cold ice cream. The toffee flavor was too sweet for me but my friend enjoyed it. Also a bit on the pricey side. Maybe their drinks are different so I'll have to try one next time.

The drinks are beautiful and have layers that make them perfect for Instagram photos. There are also a couple of spots that are also perfect for selfies. One area has greenery on the wall and a lit slogan sign. The other spot is along a wall with wall paper on it that looks like leaves. I got a matcha strawberry drink. It was beautiful, but much too sugary for me. I tried a little sip of each of the layers first, then I stirred it up after that and drank it that way. I was advised by the store employee to stir the drink to best enjoy it. It was funny how I have been told that a lot of people drink layered drinks wrong. Apparently a lot of people drink it like I did at first, by drinking it layer by layer when it is meant to be shaken and consumed with all the layers together. The store is small, which makes sense because it is primarily a drink shop. It was difficult to find parking at the time, maybe because it is in the same plaza as a couple of business companies s well as quite a few other dining shops. The service was quick and fast. It did take a little time to get the drink made, but that was to be expected as it is made by hand to create the layers. The matcha flavor is strong and can be tasted even when the drink is mixed. The strawberry seemed like it was a syrup. I believe they said that they had special milk that they use. The store was pretty clean and quiet. I like quiet stores.

Bad experience from start to finish. They messed up every person's order while I was in there. Made me wait 20 minutes while they were putting out fires and completely lost my order. Hey it happens, but the owner literally starts chasing me through the store making excuses about how she fired all the employees and it was her daughters first day. It was so awkward and uneccesary. At the end the owner brings out 2 shakes as an apology but I don't need an extra shake? She literally walked me out the door apologizing. Worst of all the shake I ordered had the consistency of soup, all milk no ice cream. They sent me home with a spoon and no straw which only made it seem like i was eating cold soup even more. It was pretty expensive, I feel annoyed and ripped off. read more

A couple things to go over. No gloves while putting the cereal on the ice cream after answering the phone. After eating half of the ice cream I look down and there was hair..possible dog. Not percent, in two out of the 6 cones purchased. 4 were eaten by children so who knows. But us adults noticed. No thank you. read more

The drinks here are so creative and so good! I love the ice cream here as well because the mix ins are crunched up and goes great with the ice cream! I love the butterfly rose lemonade but everything I've gotten from here has been pretty great! I love that they're open right now with everything going on! And they provide hand sanitizer AND sanitizer wipes! A little on the pricey side for the drinks but worth it! read more

The rose milk latte was delicious and pretty to look at. The matcha coconut was refreshing without being too sweet the boba was chewy and fresh. Will go again. A little bit of a long wait but I think that is because they were cutting open a coconut. The ice cream looked delicious as well different options. Small menu but since each drink is hand crafted the taste is superb and doesn't need a big menu to compensate. read more

I visited the day after their grand opening and it was still super packed, but worth it for their soft serve with their cinnamon toast mixed in and cheesecake bites on top. I just wish there was more cheesecake bites on top. I also got their rose milk and was slightly disappointed because there just wasn't enough rose for me. However, I will definitely be back to try other drinks and to get more soft serve. The space could be considered small, but has a super photogenic leafy wall for photos. It was also super nice of them to continue their BOGO deal for the week a total steal! read more

Killin it at Dripp's! LA Ktown native traveling south to AZ for vacation with family and who would've thought there would be a dessert gem in this desert! At first glance, the store looks really clean and decorated moderate and appropriate. Alot of cute areas for photo ops(IG Worthy), sit down, relax and study. Being a first timer, the staff there were super friendly when explaining their concept of blending ice cream and treats. Strawberry Shortcake: if Cold Stones was the ice cream mixing giant of the 2000's... Dripps is the ice cream mixing innovators of the future.. seriously. The ice cream was soft and creamy and the flavor profiles of the extra mix ins were delightedly recognizable yet worked well to compliment each other. I really enjoyed all the other extra candy toppings that i got to choose. This treat was just that: A TREAT! Also try the Thunder Buddies! My nephew got it and i loved how well the Reese's blended well with the ice cream! I will definitely be back for more on my next AZ trip, thanks for the awesome visit Dripps! read more

One of the things that is conspicuously absent from the area around my neighborhood is a place to get ice cream. The Dairy Queen and Cold Stone in our area are a little too far away for us to conveniently just go out to get an ice cream. So I was glad to see this place open up essentially across the street from us and I had to give it a try. I discovered that Rewind is yet another restaurant that was apparently inspired by Christina Tosi and her Milk Bar in New York. I ordered a Lychee Matcha and an Ice Cream Swirl with Cookie Crisp cereal and Reese's Cups. This location appeared to be fairly popular, although it was still relatively new when I visited. The service was great and the quality of the items I ordered was very good. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey for it to be a just a neighborhood ice cream shop. Rewind is probably better suited for a high end strip mall or an indoor mall. Good place to bring a date if you want to impress them, though. read more

The rose milk tea latte is my wife's favorite in AZ. I enjoy their immunity-teas. Haven't had an item I didn't like yet. Plenty of parking and seating at this location. The ice cream looks great too but I don't have much of a sweet tooth to try. Looks like you can get it mixed with your favorite cereal. read more

This place was excellent! The boba is high quality, and they give out samples for some of the tea flavors- which I really appreciate!! I got the brown sugar milk tea (dairy free) with boba and it was great. Staff was also very knowledgeable about the flavors offered and their caffeine context. They also have tons of unique flavors, my boyfriend got a captain crunch milkshake and it was really good and we've never had anything else like it! The shop was also very clean and cute, great vibe! Pretty fast service for this COVID19 situation w limited workers. The employees are super friendly and they have plenty of disinfectants when you walk in. Very yummy new build your own cereal soft serve shop! They have so many different mix ins you can choose from (almost all of them Being ice cream) and also a bunch of different toppings. The staff was also very friendly and helpful to new customers. Interior design was so pretty and very bright making me want to stay and eat my soft serve there and hangout. Vegan chocolate from the chest freezer was belle of the samples. Some choices in the windowed freezer had chunky crystals. Sales person "all organic food"delayed taking our mid afternoon order until we were fully informed of all menu offerings. She had long, free flowing curley hair that made me wonder if I'd find some in the ice cream dish. Ambiance was contemporary. read more

It's one of the only places that has a huge variety of matcha infused drinks!! I drive 22 minutes just to have a taste! Can't wait til they open up another location in Scottsdale!!! This place was delightful. Yet unexpected. I've never had cereal ice cream before, but this place is near my house and right by Pokitrition.... so I had to try it out. I let my 11yo order for both of us. We had a cinnamon toast crunch milkshake, and a cookie dough milk shake. I had no idea what to expect, and was very pleasantly surprised. Both were fantastic!!! A little on the pricey side, but worth it for an occasional treat. We'll be back for sure read more

I was really impressed with my whole experience at Rewind! The employees greeted me with kindness and did a fantastic job in explaining the items on their menu. I ordered the matcha ice cream and it turned out to be very delicious. I also love the setting inside where you can get some pretty cool pictures. I think the options are limited here and that limits the business model. This is a rewind business but lacks universal appeal. While cereal and ice cream appeal to some, the business needs to offer more variety for people who do not want more sugar coated cereal in their ice cream, especially at $5.95 for 2 scoops. A customer's glance does not highlight any unique ice cream flavors or any special process in preparation. No one spoke to us as a group of four and no one offered any advice or samples. To be honest, if you're going to sell ice cream you still need to highlight the ice cream. read more

Our space features 2 concepts: cereal-infused ice cream made with an aeronautic steel drill, turning it into a super creamy blend of perfection. Additionally, we are a matcha-centric cafe serving premium quality matcha from Japan along with layered drinks that are beautiful to look at and tasty to sip, with boba add-ons. Our guests are able to drill their favorite childhood cereals such as Fruity Pebbles, Cinnamon Toast Crunch or Oreos mixed together with super premium 16% butter fat ice cream and topped off with graham cracker crumbs, gummy bears, chocolate or caramel drizzle and teddy grahams among others! We are featuring layered drinks with Matcha and without, we showcase our MatchaCoffee - layered with cold brew coffee, milk, and matcha. Another popular option is our February special which debuted in February and upon popular request, ended up on our permanent menu! Pink Crush - contains sweet milk, strawberry jasmine green tea, whipped cream with crystal boba! During this December month, we are selling Hot Chocolate Bombs in a lot of flavors such as Cookies & Cream, Candy Cane (Peppermint), Cinnamon, Taro, Matcha, and Hot Chocolate.

I recently tried a boba tea from a popular local spot, and sadly, it was a letdown from start to finish. From the overly sweet flavor to the disappointing texture of the pearls, this drink missed the mark on several levels. Firstly, the sweetness was overwhelming. It felt like I was drinking liquid sugar with a hint of tea, completely masking any subtleties in the tea's flavor profile. This made the entire experience feel artificial and cloying. Secondly, the boba pearls were a major disappointment. They were overly chewy, almost to the point of being rubbery, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the drink. Additionally, some of the pearls were stuck together in clumps, making it difficult to sip the tea without encountering these unpleasant textures. Furthermore, the presentation of the drink was lackluster. The pearls had sunk to the bottom of the cup, and despite stirring, they remained clustered together instead of evenly distributed throughout the drink. This resulted in an uneven distribution of flavor and texture, further detracting from the experience. Overall, my experience with this boba tea was highly unsatisfactory. I recently visited Rewind - Ice Cream + Boba Tea in Chandler, Arizona and while I enjoyed my treats, I must say that I was a bit disappointed with the quality of ingredients used in their creations. We tried the Fruity Tooty in a cup and the Cookie Crumble in a cone, and while they were pretty good, they didn't really stand out as anything special. The ice cream was decent, but didn't blow us away. One thing that really caught my attention was when we saw the owner come in and drop off materials. She brought in a carton of "Great Value" milk, which was the lowest quality milk I have ever seen. This was surprising to me, especially since their website claims that their creations are artisanal and made with high-quality ingredients. It was a little disappointing to see such a low-quality ingredient being used in their products. Overall, I would say that Rewind - Ice Cream + Boba Tea is an okay spot for a sweet treat, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again. My friend and I were eating ramen on ray road and was thinking of going to our usual boba shop afterwards but we noticed this place on google maps, unsure if it was new at the time, and the menu looked pretty decent so we decided to go. Went inside and the interior is really cute and they have a wall with big photos of their drinks which I really appreciated. I ordered the rose milk latte because 1 I really love rose flavored drinks/desserts and 2, the colors of the drink are rose quartz and serenity which are the fandom colors of my favorite group haha. My friend ordered the strawberry crush and although both drinks are pretty good in taste, they were unbelievably too sweet and it's sad because we weren't able to adjust our sweetness. Boba was a nice texture, not too squishy not too hard, but there wasn't a lot of flavor. Rewind is my go to for dessert all the time! I love the signature ice cream menu, the create your own milkshakes, rotating ice cream flavors, and their boba drinks!!! Their seasonal menu gets me excited every time as well. The staff is super friendly and know their menu so well. Sometimes I bring friends over who eat dairy free and Rewind has many different non-dairy alternatives. My favorite ice cream signature is the strawberry shortcake, mint chocolate, and their seasonal pumpkin and orange cream swirl. I was searching for dessert places and this one caught my eye! From the well-lit pictures and the selfie- friendly atmosphere (complete with their very own wall) I was sold. I had to create my own.. I had never heard of a place that combines cereal and with the ice cream ... and it was awesome. I made a Lucky Charms and Gummy Bear masterpiece.
