Very thorough. The team was very responsive and answered all of our questions. They were also very responsive to our telephone inquires.

What an absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. It's all great and happy if you're willing to commit insurance fraud. If you're not, expect lack of communication, any communication is a "miscommunication", and expect a hefty bill with "creative invoicing". I'm all about saving a buck but at the cost of MY premiums & integrity, no thanks. $300 for some friend plumber to create a fake report to send to insurances. INSANE. Never mind the absolute lack of care for your items when they pack them up. I had my succulent plants thrown in with all my jewelry & bathroom items. Absolutely could've and would've love to pack them up myself and put my plants outside if they listened to our request to not start on Friday and to reschedule to Monday. My partner & I were at work as their team entered my home by telling our roommate they were supposed to be there. Ask for an itemized invoice? Crickets. Try to talk about issues? Deflected to the other 3rd company parties they work with while in your house. I asked over and over for an invoice, gave my email multiple times, nothing. Just to get called 4 days before they decided to consider me late by their AR department. 17,000 in 4 days?! (Master bed) Luckily, Zach (their AR team member) was easy to work with and I was able to have an extra week to pull funds. There are so many more details - I will gladly post our text messages and videos (I have cameras in/out). ** Look at EVERYTHING they make you sign, when they hand you an iPad with only a signature window up & they say oh, that's just x document, ask to see that document first. I asked for an estimate over & over to be told they don't do those they just bill your insurance, just to find out I signed some mysterious 20,000 estimate? Absolutely not, especially when they told me it would be around $8,000 if I paid myself and not go through insurance. He explained I was signing a promise to pay if my insurance doesn't cover and a 3 days before quit contract if I change my mind. * An honest company wouldn't remove or report their 1 star reviews for removal - there is a reason they don't want you to see what others are saying. read more

Beware of this company. We had a small amount of damage from a minor leak that they basically would commit insurance fraud by billing our insurance $20,000. This is a predatory sales outfit. We do not appreciate that our plumber referred us to them for a kickback either. After speaking with our insurance agent he said these companies do this frequently. We were not going to contribute to unethical practices nor get stuck with a big bill after insurance denies the clearly astronomical claim amount. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. What started as a relatively small master bathroom water loss turned into weeks of confusion around billing, scope, and responsibility. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly told different things regarding pricing, insurance, and third-party contractors. After my insurance claim was denied, the pricing discussions changed significantly from what I had been led to expect during the project. The biggest frustration was the lack of transparency surrounding a separate abatement contractor. Their invoice did not surface until after we were already disputing the mitigation bill, and it took numerous conversations to understand who was responsible for what. At various points, we were told the issue would be "taken care of," only to later learn that the contractor was independently owned and billing us directly. The amount of time, effort, and stress required to get clear answers was far beyond what a homeowner should reasonably expect. My advice to anyone considering their services: do not let them pressure you into signing anything, make sure you fully understand every contractor involved, obtain all pricing and responsibilities in writing upfront, and don't rely on verbal assurances when it comes to billing or settlement terms. Get EVERYTHING in writing. read more

The technician wasn't thorough enough in my opinion. He said he didn't see any broken pipes but offered no assistance to find out why there was water all over the floor. read more

I will happily let myself get drafted if the front lines are the reception area of this "business". Professionalism is no where to been seen. They pride themselves on running insurance scams except, spoiler alert, they just scam their clients. I saw a review talking about how someone couldn't get their dogs ashes back since they put all of their stuff in storage?? Good luck even trying to get them on the phone. I'd say it's because they're allergic to money but they just want to run up "late fees" on a bills that they never send. All these 5 stars reviews are bot accounts by the way. I assume it's just random bums the owner paid that he masquerades as his friends. Scam of a business plus Arthur hates women. read more

I had a late home emergency and spoke to multiple contractors. None of the contractors seemed very concerned or available until I reached Freddy Alvidrez from Restorerz. He came out the very next day and assessed the damage. He saw that I had more damage than I had anticipated and he kindly walked me through the home insurance process step by step. Freddy Alvidrez is an amazing Project Manager. I am extremely pleased working with him. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to others. He communicated well, provided updates, and addressed any concerns. Freddy and his team are very punctual and quick to respond. The project was completed faster then I expected. I am definitely going to give Freddy Alvidrez and his team a call for any future projects. read more

UPDATE: Restorez has refunded my deposit. I thought I was going to need their service, but I soon realized I didn't need them after signing the contract. The contract states I am entitled to a full refund of my deposit within 10 days. It has been 2 1/2 months and Restorez is ignoring my phone calls, will not connect me to their Accounts Payable department or a manager. I have left over 15 messages and have not had any return call whatsoever. Soon I will have to file a claim in Small Claims Court. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! read more

Hi. I just wanted to say that Gill Gonzalez and his co worker delivered my household goods to my house yesterday. Of course it was raining, but they worked very well regarding putting together furniture as needed and trying to prevent rain water from destroying the floors. They even helped me with setting up my tv. I could never have done that without them. I also have to give a shout out in regards to how the merchandise was packed in the first place. There was nothing broken and I did have quite a few boxes. I give both Gill and his coworker 5 stars. You not only provide a great service for the community but also have polite and hard working employees. Thank you for helping me in a time that was not pleasant. Your efforts made a bad situation not so awful. I don't think you can give any greater praise than that. I would be remiss if I did not mention the fantastic job Robert did. He was very good at communicating and really got things rolling. I am hoping that slab leaks are in my past, but if anyone needs a referral, I would definitely recommend your company. Thank you. read more

I'm happy to recommend Restorerz emergency services for their professionalism and highly trained technicians as well as customer service representatives that are very kind and courteous dealing with complex technical issues and homeowners insurance lingo. I would like to personally thank Angela, Robert, Freddy, and Jesus to name a few Restorerz staff members for their speedy response to my call for help. They took charge of what needed to be done to prevent further damage to my property. In addition, they reviewed and clarified the insurance coverage applicable to my claim. They took care of all paperwork, needed to document the damage to the insurance company and attended the insurance Agents inspection visit that resulted in approval of my claim. For that, I'm extremely thankful. Their restoration fees are reasonable and they only charge for what's necessary. I appreciate their value. read more

We had some water-damage in our house in couple small areas. The workers were good, polite...went speedily. No heads up that this would be more than 50% more than their estimate (same as appraiser). our home insurance did not cover all that they requested because what they asked for was UNSUBSTANTIATED, beyond normal costs, unnecessary. Home insurance was generous. Restorerz now wants me to pay what they could not substantiate to insurance which is a huge amount. I almost thought Restorerz' explanations to insurance were for the wrong job, so ridiculous,, almost a joke, very untrue. read more

She automatically set up a team to come out same day and evaluate my homes water damage and that's how I met Javier from Restorez ,he very direct with the process , what Restorez does for you .. a lot of times you hear company's we are here for you but forreals Restorez was there for me . They packed out my belongings and removed all the water damage and even came out another day to explain what was found with my insurance adjuster . Restorez has direct contact ,friendly employees , they really know how to get the job done and you are not a job but it's personal quality they have in character that makes you pick Restorez to do your home. They returned my belongings that were in storage , they helped me unbox, unwrap and rearrange to bring my home back to me ! Love how they are so personable .
