Communication was solid throughout everything was confirmed in writing and by text, and the online process for signing and payment made it easy. On the day of the job, Victor personally arrived with a site manager and crew. Even though the space was only 975 ft, the team came prepared: two trucks plus a van, and a U-Haul for trash removal. The entire crew was professional, friendly, respectful, and approachable. I checked in multiple times during the work day, and each time they showed me progress and asked if it met my expectations. They handled every request I had with a positive attitude and didn't hesitate to address even small extra tasks I included in the quote.
