I have a small office in the city of Eastvale and for a while I've been thinking of hiring a…read morecleaning service to allow me to spend more time with my family 3 out of 5 days a week. After long days from work I dreaded having to empty trash bins, clean the bathroom and pas the vacuum. I requested a quote from several cleaning service companies for my 1200 square foot office. Most of them came back around $140.00-$160.00. Tiny Office Maids were generous enough to offer me their promotion of $99.00 for under 1000 square feet. Wow, now that's a great price. The staff is professional and courteous but most of all, they're hones. Tiny Office Maids, you have made me a very happy customer.

We had very few issues with cleaning quality over the course of our relationship with Tiny Office…read moreMaids and the reason for my review is to note the low integrity level of the business and caution business patrons of Tiny Office Maids who have an alarm service. The cleaning staff consistently set off false alarms and summoned emergency services to our location. Rather than calling our internal 24/7 point of contact to call off the emergency service, they would jump on the phone with someone on their end. This incurred several false alarm charges from our city that could have been prevented by following our simple instruction to call us should they accidently trigger the alarm. In the midst of the city sending out these false alarm bills to us, we discontinued services with Tiny Office Maids due to budget restrictions on our end. Upon reaching out to Jerry Vasquez of Tiny Office Maids about the false alarm bills he seemed very understanding and apologetic. He asked for the bills and was provided with everything requested. Upon Jerry's review of the false alarm dates, he accepted the charges as their responsibility, but asked if the payment could be split into two installments. We split the payment into two and since then, Jerry and all of his office staff we have ever interacted with are M.I.A. No response, no updates on payment expectations etc. We are very disappointed and have unfortunately removed this fellow small business from considerations for a future relationship or any referrals to our fellow small business contacts in need of cleaning service. I cannot confidently say this company would do the right thing in any situation following this experience. Just because we are no longer a client does not warrant them lying and subsequently trying to dodge their responsibility in this matter.

This team is by far the best choice, and I have used multiple cleaning services over the years, it does not get better than this. Maricela and her team are absolutely amazing. Really quick on communications and responses, showed up early, and at a much better value than others in the area. They showed up fully equipped and asked a few questions and got to work immediately. The house is sparkling clean in a way that I haven't seen in a long time. There were sections and piles of clothes I was tearing my hair out over that they went and took care of without my needing to ask! I can't tell you how much I appreciate them and how happy I am with their work. Extremely respectful to anything and everything they touched, everything is shining squeaky clean and smells fantastic, and best part? My cat loves them. Animals know something we humans don't and my cat was a happy camper. I cannot recommend this team and company enough. I almost don't want to write a review so I can keep them exclusive, but they're so great I have to share. Book them! You won't regret it! Also, I sent requests and inquiries through Yelp's project function. Other people were either more expensive, or flakey. I literally had another company (very well reviewed too) tell me they had booked me for Monday morning at 9am, just for them to forget about me. Not these guys, Maricela's team was very easy to communicate with and quick on the response for calls and texts. Truly unbelievable and what a great experience. Thank you so much Maricela's and team! Edit: after reading the 1 star reviews, just gonna put this out there: There are some spiteful and angry people out there. If people buy fake reviews, it certainly isn't this team. Probably some of the "higher rated" guys that are sound salesy and "closers" on the phone. I thought that guy was going to be solid, nope. I'm not a fake review. Here's my happy cat to prove it.

It's really disappointing that I feel the need to write this. I had high hopes due to their amazing…read morereviews, but I really should've listened to the one bad review they have since my experience is similar. I called on a Friday to inquire about cleaning services then confirmed over text a Monday at 3pm appointment. She texts me Monday morning saying that her other client before me requested additional services, so she asked if I wanted her to come at 10am the next day. I was already annoyed because I took Monday off work to clean and organize. I replied asking if she could come after her first appointment. No reply. I followed up 2.5 hours later. She replied she was busy. I sent a follow up text almost four hours later. She said she could come around 1pm on Tuesday (next day). At 11:30am on Tuesday, I text to confirm. She says she's at a meeting at her son's school, but yes. At 1:37pm, I ask if she's coming soon. She says she's waiting on her son's teacher for the meeting. I say I understand, but it would be great if she could keep me updated with timing. She did not reply. I check in at 3:40pm. No response again. I call at 4:01pm. She does not pick up. I end up cancelling the appointment even though I doubt she was ever planning to come. Unless there's an explanation, it seems like she lied. She said she was at the meeting at 11:30am then says she's waiting for the meeting with the teacher at 1:54pm. As you can see in the texts I uploaded, she fails to communicate and update me in a timely manner.. or at all really. This experience was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would've happily paid more to another company from the start to guarantee the service I requested. EDIT: Maricela's daughter and husband called to make things right, which I appreciate, but I decided to book another house cleaner. Also, 6 reviews were posted after I posted my review lol. Within the past 3 hours. Clearly they're faking reviews because some of the posters have only ever posted once. They're trying to drown my review. And as to Maricela's response, you should've communicated to me that you weren't able to come, which you did not today. Proof in the screenshots. I am empathetic to your situation, but don't say you can do something you can't.
