Called these people because I needed to have a rental property cleaned quickly. told representative what i needed done and that I had $1500 to work with. She said great, we'll have a team of 2 out there tomorrow morning. Our family was in absolute shock when a member passed recently . He had suffered a fatal heart attack but had not been found for a few days. We were informed by police that we needed a bio-cleanup team to come before we could safely be back in our home. We had a estranged family member die. The body wasn't found for 2+ weeks and he had a giant hoarding problem. There was drastic damage due to the decomposition and following pest infestation. Stacy's team was very quick to respond and inspect the site. She gave a quote which is a lot lower than other cleaning services. She took care of the whole place over a few days. Everything was cleared out and cleaned spic and span. She was able to get rid of most the decomposition odor. I wasn't sure if insurance would cover it, she said we can work out a payment plan if it didn't. Afterwards she took care of all the insurance issues and we only had to pay our deductible.
