Carpet Cleaners R us responded immediately after my phone call and showed up to my location with an estimate. My washer and dryer room leaked water and practically exploded. Extremely dirty water was everywhere flooding the entire room almost liked like a swamp and it stained the surrounding carpet too. The whole team is very professional and patiently was present. From the moment I voiced my situation they instantly reached out and took initiative to make things right. They also educated me about the type of carpet I have and cleared the misunderstanding that it would take 36 hours to dry, which was actually 3-6 hours. I live in Mission Valley, and I going to refer ANY/ALL who are in need of hands down the BEST carpet cleaning job I've had to date to Carpet Cleaners R Us!!!!! I was running late, and Henry the owner was so pleasant. He told me not to rush...like most with hectic schedules you over load yourself, but he really meant it. Upon my arrival he was the same nice guy who gave me a great price for my 3-bdr 2nd floor cleaning. Well worth the price...per the quality of the cleaning I had to leave a tip*!* Outside of the awesome customer service my carpet looks really great. He did advised me that he's very particular about cleanliness, and I saw that in the efforts he put in getting those tough "no matter what stains" up as if they had never been. I do try to maintain my own carpet once a month, and then call in the big guys to do the professional job. I'll be using Carpet Cleaners R Us from here on out!!! Henry is very nice/genuine guy...he talked with my daughter/I about life; his wife/family; dog, and kids.
