We reached out to Home Pro after a previous attempt by an unscrupulous upselling tech from another company. We requested a quote and before long were being told that the entire duct system was full of mold and needed remediation. Home Pro (Matthew) replied to my request rather quickly even though it was after hours and had is on the schedule for the very next day. Even during our brief conversation I had a good feeling. When Matt arrived on time the next day, he validated my gut feeling. He was professional throughout the entire interaction and swiftly advised us that at first glance, he didn't feel like there was a cause for alarm He took air samples that day and got back to us with the best news at the beginning of the next business day. The samples confirmed his initial assessment. His pricing was very reasonable as well Should the need arise in the future, do yourself a solid and reach out to Home Pro. read more

I am so satisfied with my recent communication with home pro. We just moved into a new townhouse and on day 2 I get a horrified call from my wife saying she found mold on the shower window sill. After checking some websites for home mold tests and freaking out about paying almost a thousand dollars for a mold test I found home pro. The price was much more reasonable and I gave them a call, they asked for pictures and I sent a few from my wife. Instead of preying on my fear they said it looked like it could be nothing and to ensure ventilation. I am so glad I reached out them and have some piece of mind from the experts. I appreciate your honesty home pro! read more

Matt came out for an inspection, he was professional and calm. He was able to work with my schedule to get the work done. The whole process was very smooth, the only bright spot to having water problem! He took the time to explain the diagnosis and remediation plan, and his crew was quick and professional as well, in and out with minimal fuss. I am happy I went with his company. read more

We experienced a plumbing leak in an upstairs bathroom that damaged the first floor ceiling. Home Pro responded immediately to our inspection request, had a crew there within 24 hours, and when they completed the project a few days later the area looked as good as new and as if the leak never occurred. The team exceeded all expectations and their pricing was extremely fair. Thank you, Home Pro. read more

Home Pro Environmental was very professional from the first moment we contacted him to the point where we finally closed the bill. Matthew was very patient as we shopped around, but we realized Matthew and Home Pro Environmental was above the others. We also required a contractor; along with the mold removal, we wanted a company to repair what was worked on. Please note that some companies will just remove the mold and not repair the work done, fixing one to find a contractor. He and his team were very clear about the job they were to do, informing us step by step what would be covered and done, and even told us that if they find something else, they will inform us before getting the work done. In this time of the pandemic, they were very considerate and professional. They showed up on time, even confirming the day before of the appointment for the next day. We have nothing but good things to say about Matthew and Home Pro Environmental. Definitely consider them if you have mold removal. Thank you. read more

This is the most honest man I have ever met. I had a small leak under my sink and when the home warranty company came out they said there was mold under my dishwasher. I called Full House Restoration and they wanted $1800.00 to clean the mold and remove the sink cabinet Replacing the cabinet would be extra. I live on a fixed income so to say the least this was very bad news. Wanting to get a 2nd opinion I called HomePro. Matthew came out and said there was some insulation under the dishwasher and some mold due to condensation which was no cause for worry as it could be wiped clean with a cloth and that there was nothing wrong with the cabinet. Thank you Matthew. You are a shing star in this world read more

Larry came to us highly recommended by out realtor, and now I know why. If you want reliable, solid work, this is your guy. Larry and his crews will show up on time, get the job done, with no hidden fees. We bought our townhouse and had an issue with the patio. True to his word, Larry got the work done, addressed the hidden issues, while keeping true to his original estimate. Lastly, Larry and his crew are good guys. As a very satisfied customer, I recommend Larry from Home Pro Environmental completely. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and the great care and attention he took to my situation. Larry was extremely gracious and knowledgeable. He asked me several questions to understand the problems, laid out several scenarios, and walked me through professional solutions and some I could do on my own. Larry is amazing. He truly saved thousands of dollars for us. A water leak while we were out of town. Insurance took hours to get back to me, meanwhile water leaking everywhere. Called Larry he was there within 30 min, before insurance even called me back. He went into action. His staff was effective, efficient and helpful. HomePro saved the day! My tenants called that they were seeing "mold" like substances at the baseboard of one of the rooms and they were concerned about any health effects for their children. I called Home Pro and Matt was able to come out the same day, to examine and test the area. Long story short, the laboratory reports confirmed there was mold. Home Pro provided an affordable estimate for removal and remediation. They were quick to respond to any of my questions. When they performed the work, they were clean, professional and showed up on time. My tenants are happy, so I am happy! Would recommend to any of my friends if they ever have an issue with mold. read more

Needed Larry for a project that involved permits, working with the city building and safety. I almost learned the hard way, if the city finds you doing work without proper permits or proper lab testing, you get huge fines possibly jail time. Now I use him for every job. He beat every competitors price, it was a flat fee, and he wasn't trying to see how much he could get out of me. Larry is affordable, reliable, experienced, extremely knowledgeable, great guy!! Call him for paint testing, lead, asbestos, mold and or humidity issues. Also, any small or large job that you begin, requires permits, always always start with lab testing, it's required. read more
