I do NOT recommend giving this establishment your business. Parking lot has valet, but you park your own car and they ask for tip for allowing you to park. They have the audacity to automatically charge a 20% gratuity to all orders no matter the size of the party. My daughter went here because their uber driver suggested it and the reviews and food looked amazing. They were very excited to try this place. They sat outside because it was a beautiful day. The patio was busy and the wait staff passed their table many many many times to wait on everyone around them. My daughters table was never acknowledged or spoken too. Not once in 30 minutes. They got up and left and the staff saw them and still no acknowledgment. Hummmmm... Not pointing fingers at the staff judging their group but point made and taken. I placed my order for delivery on Sunday early evening around 7:15 on the restaurant website. Door dash was supposed to deliver it to my AirBNB. They never showed. When I called the restaurant, they put it on door dash and door dash said it was the restaurant's fault. DoorDash refunded my money, keep in mind that it is two hours later and the restaurant said they don't refund anything, even though it was their fault with their website. I am from out of town and unfamiliar with the area, we had to find the restaurant and request they fix the food again. This is ridiculous to even have to request the food again. Food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the loaded bbq nachos, grilled chicken caeser wraps, fried green tomato blt and the baked beans. Everything was cooked to perfection, portions were generous and everything was very flavorful. The staff are very attentive. We had a party of 6 and were seated immediately and served a plate of honey butter cornbread muffins as soon as we sat down. Great atmosphere. Good music. Great staff. All around great experience. I'll definitely hit it up again next time I visit Atlanta. Note - They do offer a hookah service, not my thing but it didn't interfere with my dining experience at all. So when we pulled up, we were very hungry and ready to eat. It was our first time eating here but we were previously told the food was really good. As the car was being parked ($5 valet/parking), I went in to secure the table. They have seating both inside and outside. Due to the social distancing protocol, we were prepared to sit outside, but luckily a table opened up on the inside which we were able to grab. Once we sat down, our waitress was approached by another waitress who informed her (and basically us) that the kitchen was backed up and they were holding on placing any food orders for another 45 minutes. We ultimately decided to stay since we were already there, parking was non-refundable, and our dining choices were getting slimmer due to how late it was. So we ordered some cocktails and ate the cornbread muffins she provided to the table. About 25 minutes later, they were ready to take the food orders, which we both chose the Turkey Ribs with a side of mac and cheese and seasonal vegetables. OMGeeee! I am sooooo glad we didn't leave. The turkey ribs were delicious. The seasonal veggies were not just the typical zuchinni/squash combination, but they were sautéed with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. The restaurant is directly across from the stadium has a full bar and FREE PARKING (already winning). When we walked in we were promptly and pleasantly greeted and advised to sit wherever we like. The waitstaff was attentive and service was fast and the staff was full of great conversation and knew the menu items well as recommendations were spot on and the drinks were mixed delicious. But the food...lemme tell ya smh...patting my foot come back then next day & brought more people with me FIRE DELICIOUSNESS ! Fried Salmon Burgers, Bar-B-Que Ribs, Penne Pasta topped with veggies and a piece of grilled Salmon so perfectly moist I audibly moaned once it hit my taste buds. The billboard caught my eye! I've been wanted to stop in here for a while now and finally had the opportunity to do so for lunch. You seat yourself at a table, booth or bar. I ordered the Restaurant 10 Nashville Hot Catfish with fries and added a side order of the macaroni and cheese. The catfish is not spicy so don't let the name confuse you. It has a Cajun taste. The fries were basic. The macaroni and cheese looks delish, but it was on the bland side. Our waitress was cool. The restaurant is located across the street from the Mercedes Benz Stadium and provides ample TV screens to watch sports. The free parking in the lot is a plus. This is a black-owned establishment and is ran by the same owners of Rosie's Coffee Café (serves breakfast all day) which is located just a short drive on the same street. My wife and I visited for our 23rd anniversary because it was close to our hotel and the write up of the menu looked promising. But we had a disappointing experience. Yes, it was our server's first night as a waiter. He made a few mistakes, but I feel like those things could've been overcome if he and we had been better supported by the restaurant. He was very pleasant and he felt badly. The problem began when an order of fried green tomatoes was delivered to the table. We hadn't ordered this, so he returned them to the kitchen. Several minutes later my salmon entrée was delivered. We were told that my wife's meal would be coming soon. Several updates ensued, but her food still did not appear. We realized that her order of the fried green tomato BLT had been wrongly taken. I ate as slowly as I could, but still, her food didn't arrive. After 20 minutes a manager came to apologize, promised the food was on its way, and offer us a discount on the meal. My wife's food arrived after I had eaten mine, and 25 minutes after I had first started eating. In the meantime I ordered a fried cheesecake for dessert, asking it to be boxed for takeout. Then my wife's meal arrived, but instead of the fried green tomato BLT, she received a salmon BLT. She does not like fish. So we boxed up her meal just as the waiter brought the dessert on a plate to eat in the restaurant. By that point we didn't want to mention anything more about mistakes because it was getting so late and we didn't want to prolong this anymore. When we did get our bill there was no discount, so I asked him about it. He returned with a 25% discount on the BLT only, which seemed like tiny compensation (about $3) on a meal that turned out to be a big disappointment. We paid, tipped well, and left. The food? Salmon was good, vegetable medley was tasty, candied yams were nice, onion rings tasted like they'd been frozen. The restaurant brings you an order of corn bread to start, and that was a nice touch, we enjoyed that, but then things went downhill. Had our entire meal been comped, leaving us to pay for drinks and dessert, and had they left the fried green tomatoes for my wife to eat, things would have been much more accommodating. read more

I keep wanting to like this restaurant and so I keep giving them a shot with a couple months in between visits with the hopes that they get their act together. Sadly, it's always a negative experience with horrible customer service and therefore I am finally writing a review. On my most recent visit, I was told that there were $5 drinks specials on a few liquors including Jameson (the bartender had rattled off the list quickly, but the only one I heard clearly was Jameson). I'm a bourbon and whiskey girl so I thought, "cool!". I ordered a Jameson and then decided to switch it up for my next drink. As I mentioned earlier, the list of $5 liquors was not initially verbalized clearly to me and the bartender was nowhere to be found at that point. Luckily (or so I thought) I saw a sign hanging clearly that had a list of $5 liquors displayed (see picture). Bulleit appeared on that list so, when the bartender resurfaced I ordered a Bulleit. Fast forward to when the bill comes, I see I was charged $14 for the Bulleit ($14 for basic Bulleit??! Where they do that at???). I asked the bartender about this and pointed to the sign where it was advertised as being $5. Her response was "Oh, that's just a Bulleit sign". To which I replied, "well, even if that's the case, the sign is very misleading because there are 4 brands of liquor listed on the sign and someone took the time to WRITE IN chalk, 4 different "$5" next to EACH brand of liquor". Her response was, "I don't know why who was filling out the chalkboard wrote it like that". I reiterated that this signage was misleading and asked to speak to a manager. Well, apparently the manager on duty could care less about good customer service and didn't even bother to stop by. According to the bartender, he told her Bulleit is ALWAYS $14 and they would never sell it for $5. This in and of itself is ludicrous to me because again, I am a bourbon and whiskey girl and go to many establishments all over the city that are known for their extensive bar selection and craft cocktails, and never have I heard of basic Bulleit being $14. IDK who Restaurant 10 thinks they are, but Bulleit is usually not more than $7-$9. This place is absolutely ridiculous and the customer service is non existent. I'm done giving them any more chances and will continue to go elsewhere where my business is clearly appreciated. read more
