Sauccie was amazing love her vibe and the vibe of the place was great love the music and the service was very friendly

The customer service was amazing. Our server made sure to check on my friends and I every 30 mins & made sure our food and drinks came out in a timely manner. I tried the fried calamari for happy hour and it was so good with my tequila and club soda drink. It's so convenient that their happy hour specials end late around 8pm. The music was great and I loved that there was indoor and outdoor seating available. A great spot to go in the Buckhead area read more

It's a regular bar trying to charge club prices this isn't 112. This isn't vision. This is not compound. This is an older bar trying to finesse. It's very disrespectful. The lady had an attitude when I came from a Halloween event nearby. Highly recommend do not go if it's not free tickets don't go and leave it there. I think about it. There's way more stuff in the city. At this point, read more

Unfortunately after 2 drinks and eating here I was very sick. The restrooms were full of papertowels and toilets stopped up. It's a small space and dark ambiance but I wouldnt be back. Another person in my party became sick as well. read more

I really liked the vibes here. Its decorated nicely and the music was good. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She was personable and made suggestions and made sure we got everything we needed. So, it really surprised me to learn that servers do not receive the 20 percent gratuity that's added to our bills. How horrible!!! We ended up giving her a separate tip, this is part of the reason for my rating!!! The food was OK. The steak and salmon were delicious. The mashed potatoes were so bad we couldn't eat them. The drinks were good but expensive. Everything was expensive!! We probably won't be back, it's an average spot. read more

I can't say how pleased I was with the wait staff: and especially the manager!! We had a party of 9 (all of us out-of-towners, in for a trade show) booked for dinner. We ordered drinks and appetizers --- The Tuna with sesame was delicious!! And then 6 of our party rudely decided this wasn't the place we should be: & walked out. The 3 of us who remained were treated like kings and a queen; including free dessert ---- a whole story of its own! Do not sleep on the Crème Brulle' donut--- OMG Will make a point to visit this establishment when I return to ATL. read more

Let's start with the fact that I ordered a drink, some wings and a Caesar salad and my bill with 20% gratuity was $99.59. So with that I say the food can't be just ok. The wings tasted bland like no seasoning was used, they were fried and covered in sauce! The salad was ok nothing special. The dressing didn't taste homemade. The space is super small and the decor was underwhelming! read more

Stopped here while on my way to MJQ to celebrate my birthday. It was a really quick stop but both the security guard, Jersey, and the owner, Nafeel, were really accommodating. The dj was also really great. I would definitely come back and also try out a few of Nafeel's other lounges in the area. read more

I enjoyed my experience here. A friend and I came at a very lively time because there was an R&B event going on in underground Atlanta so we were able to sit in their outdoor seating that directly overlooked the R&B festival that was going on and it was very entertaining to say the least. I also liked the menu item options and I love pancakes, so that's what I ordered and I did enjoy them. Our server was also really nice and accommodating so overall I don't really have any major complaints here. I had a good time. read more

This was my first time visiting Utopia Underground. I didn't know it they had a dirty martini on their menu but that's what I really wanted and when I asked the bartender, Paige if she could make a filthy dirty martini she said yes! When I tell you it was so good I ordered another one! She had a great welcoming smile and knew the menu well. I would come back and see her for sure!! The ambiance is beautiful and the DJ was playing my favorite songs! It was definitely a VIBE! Great for date nights or with a group or to wander in solo! read more

Wanna feel like you've stepped into outer space? Then Utopia Lounge ATL is the spot to check out! We visited last weekend while my friend Coco was in town and were immediately blown away by the interior -- it's like dining in another galaxy. From the lighting to the decor, the space theme is on point. This place is definitely a vibe, whether you're planning a cute date night or a fun girls' night out. They also have a really nice outdoor patio, perfect for summer evenings. While we loved the concept and presentation, the drinks could've used a bit more flavor. Hoping they tweak the recipes because the potential is there. Food-wise, the charcuterie board was massive and easily fed both of us. The sliders were super flavorful too, though a dipping sauce would've taken them to the next level. Overall, we really enjoyed the vibes here -- it's officially on our "spin the block" list. Heads up: parking is underground and paid, but there are several spots available nearby. read more

We traveled from California and this place was referred to us. The waitress was rude, and irritated. At 1point we couldn't find her and asked another server for water and his exact response was I'm not your server but I guess! Really! Finally the bill, would not let you leave a custom tip so you would think if that's the case the customer service would've been much better. The music was good, but it was extremely hot in there. I walked up to the bar and there were seven people standing behind it looking at their phones, not 1 acknowledged me and I had been waiting for my drinks for over 20 minutes.. Customer service goes a long way, especially when it is your job and whoever runs this place needs to ensure that customers are happy, and well taken care of. Def will not be back. read more

Tried their lamb sliders but they were dry and needed seasoning. It came with a Cole slaw that also didn't have a ton of flavor. I also ordered their vodka cream pasta with chicken and the consistency of the noodles was a bit off putting. It had the consistency of noodles that you get out of a can. We also asked for a round of waters and they didn't ask for clarification for tap or bottled water. Generally that means the default is tap water but they handed us 5 small bottles of Fiji water that were 7 dollars each. Overall I'd say the food was mediocre but the thing that put a bad taste in my mouth was the fact that they charge a 20% service charge which does not go to the waitress at all. I've never ever heard of something like this before. It feels extremely bad to pay an additional 40 percent on top of the final bill (20 for service 20 for waitress). Just price it into your food as this just raises all kinds of questions for the customer. "Are they getting us with hidden fees?" "Is the waitress lying?" "Are they taking advantage of the wait staff?" "Is this even legal?" I will not be returning. read more

Let me start by saying this place looks great inside and I thought the vibe was awesome. But I didn't love it. First off, service. We were seated at a table with rice bits all over it and there was food on the seating as well. I had to ask for it to be wiped because apparently they can't see that stuff. Then, my meal came out before my husband's. It should be common sense to time entrees to come out together, right?? Also, it's fancy menu but they serve soda in little plastic cups are you serious? My salmon was overcooked and dry. Asparagus was awesome. Mashed potatoes awesome. That fish though... sad. Husband had chicken and that was fine. His side veggies were wrong though and undercooked. He had raw carrots mixed in with soggy zucchini. Not sure what happened there. Overall I don't think I'd give this place another go. read more

Absolutely unacceptable. We sat at the bar and were completely ignored from the moment we got there. Not a greeting. Not eye contact. Not even a "be right with you." Just flat-out dismissed. Meanwhile, the bartender had no problem drinking behind the bar and pouring free shots for his friends while laughing and socializing. But somehow couldn't acknowledge paying customers sitting right in front of him? It was disrespectful and wildly unprofessional. We waited far longer than we should have, hoping someone would at least recognize we were there. Nothing. We finally walked out because at that point it was clear we were not going to be served. If this is how they treat customers, I can't imagine coming back. The vibe might look cute online, but the service is embarrassing. Do better. read more

There was no AC and it was 98 degrees outside. My friend is in a wheelchair and they at first said there was no way for him to come in because there isn't an accessible entrance. After standing there for a while deciding what to do they say there is an entrance. We eventually get inside and its burning up. There are hardly any lights on. We order and they bring up plastic silverware in a bag like a to go place. For there to be a 20% service fee and reservation deposit we should AT LEAST get real silverware. My friend in a wheelchair asked for the bathroom just for there to be multiple steps to get to the bathroom. So not accessible. Drinks are not very cold as they are service in cans and bottles. Service was below mid and I would not return or recommend the food, staff, drinks, or atmosphere. I would rate 0 if i could read more

Bee is the best! She's attentive and pleasant. A few items (not pictured) we got were SUPERB!!!!!!! The Suko and Bone Marrow were divine!! The dishes were brought out timely, despite it being a BUSY Saturday (go ahead and get a bottle!) and the presentation + taste = on point! I got the vodka pasta (sub shrimp) and it was delicious! I loved the veggie additions, it was so fulling without feeling big backed. The vibes are amazing, the music is just enough and the mixes were good. There's a steady flow of people, but all good vibes! If you're around, hungry and wandering, give Utopia a try! read more

They served me a rancid steak. Then proceeded to tell me the steak was actually tasting funny bc it had been cross contaminated on the grill. A cook came from the back and told me that the chef cooked my steak on the grill where they cooked the fish and didn't clean it first... which is a damn lie. My steak wasn't fishy it went bad. I'm a chef and I know what rancid meat smells and taste like. I immediately told him I didn't want anything else and I asked to speak with a manager. The manager spoke to me and I told him I didn't want anymore food, I would rather them just comp my friends food instead. So the manager said there was nothing he could do but give me a fresh steak and not charge me. I told him I didn't want any more food. While I was talking with the manager, the cook proceeded to go in the kitchen and bring out another steak after I repeatedly told him I didn't want any food. Eventually, I spoke with a man wearing SHEIN Suit and a bow tie. When I confronted the cook in from of the guy with a bow tie and cheap suit, he confessed I really didn't ask for a second steak he was just trying to be a nice guy and give it to me anyways. Now the plate of food is in front of me which I refused and asked for them to just comp my friend's food instead but they refused and he said it was bc now he is taking a loss on two steaks... how the fuck is that my fault? Not only did you miss out on two steaks tonight now you lost two customers. They ended up just taking off a drink but don't get the seriousness of serving me up rotten steak then blaming it on cross contamination like that shit is better. Someone is gonna get sick in this place bc they people and the management are lazy and only care about making money, not about integrity or taking care of their customer. The decor was cool but the servers looked disheveled. The layout was horrible. They had the walkways blocked with people adding chairs to their tables to accommodate larger parties but it was clearly a fire hazard. The bathroom was nasty and there wasnt even that many people in there smh. Restaurants open and close everyday in Atlanta... this place won't last the year. read more

The food was decent BUT, I feel like I've been had. The waitress said nothing about a 20% service charge already being included. Just handed me the device and said I needed to choose my tip, so naturally I chose 20%. Steak was $37.00. I had 2 Cokes which they charged me $5.00 a piece for (no free refill). I asked for "water". They gave me a bottle of Fiji and charged me $7 for that! What restaurant charges for water? $54 base bill, but by the time I got done adding 20% on top of the 20% service charge they 'forgot' to tell me about, final bill was $81. For one meal for one person... Yeah, I won't be back. read more

In need of a real bar manager and in need of professional bartenders because clearly they don't know how to deal with customers. Or maybe I just have high expectations because never have I been somewhere in a setting like this and there's no manager on duty and the little bartenders just go rogue and they talk down to customers!!! I'm sure they don't get paid enough so the last thing they should do is run customers off being nasty and rude!!! The food is great!!! Can't take that away from them!!! read more

Stumbled across this spot with my buddy. Alysha took great care of us and made awesome drinks, in town for the weekend glad I got me a new spot in the A! read more

The food was a mixed bag -- very nicely flavored pasta with chicken and chipotle cream, but the sauce was too rich. I didn't feel so well after eating it. The rosemary truffle fries likewise very good, but we don't recommend the adobo chicken won ton appetizer -- too pricey for the little you got, and bland flavor. Then there's the 20% service charge, which they make clear on the menu, but when we asked our waitress if she got any of that, she said "no, I make only tip money on top" -- only what's offered in tip on top of the 20% service charge. She may well have been lying, but that's a management problem -- either get rid of the service charge and build it into your food price (much better option, and what the vast majority of restaurants do), or pay your waitstaff from it so your customer doesn't feel obliged to pay doubly for service. But that's exactly what we did; we paid doubly because we felt bad for the waitress. In sum, get rid of the 20% service charge (avoids waitstaff lying, assuming she was lying), do what most restaurants do, and you won't have customers asking questions, or leaving reviews like this one. Having "if you have any questions [about the 20% service charge], please speak with the manager" on your receipt only underscores that you don't want to start unnecessary conversations with your customers. read more

Amazingggg, DJ WAS PERFECT. PASTA WAS 10/10. Please get the Hooka and the service was great .

Will never come here again. I tried to make a reservation for a birthday dinner on a Tuesday and on the website u have to request a reservation. So I did and was never sent a confirmation email. So I tried to call and the number listed either went straight to voicemail or no answer at. So I put in another request for a reservation and again went unconfirmed. So I ended up messaging them on instagram which took me sending multiple messages to get an answer just for my reservation to get confirmed the day before. Then when we arrived they did not have a table big enough for my party. They put us in a corner and I had to ask multiple times for a manger to which he said the best he could do was a table outside after we where an hour into our reservation. The servers acted like we were bothering them Everytime we asked for anything. It was just all around a bad experience. read more

Terry is great and this spot is a vibe! First time visiting and it was amazing. Love it! I recommend for people to visit!

This was genuinely one of the worst establishments I have been to. The service was awful, we sat for nearly 15 minutes before anyone took our drink orders. The food was terrible once it finally arrived, over cooked and flavorless, nearly an hour after we ordered. Mind you there were only two other parties there. My friend's chair literally crumbled under him, throwing him to the floor. it was honestly comical by the end of it. They also add 20% to ALL PARTIES of any size. I would just go to McDonald's. read more
