It really doesn't matter how careful you are with your iPhone, or whether you always keep it in your Otter Box case; sooner or later you will take it out of its "shatter-proof" case, love how light and thin it feels free of its protective shell, and inevitably that will be the time it slips from your fingers, crashes to the ground and now you have a shattered screen. This happened to me today at 4:50PM. In panic mode, I immediately googled iPhone repair shops and found "Best AZ iPhone/iPad Repair." The location itself may not be the fanciest, but the customer service was exceptional; the price, very reasonable & the result, FLAWLESS! This place is open longer than its competitors, which was a big plus for me because I work until 6PM, and it would take me at least 30 minutes to get there from my work location. I called them, and they must have sensed my concern, because they graciously offered to wait for me, regardless of whether I got there right before they closed. I arrived at their location at 6:32PM, and my phone was good as new by 6:55PM--that's amazing! They were quick, professional, and offered terrific customer service. I such a great experience and would/WILL recommend this little shop to everyone I come across whose screen cracks or shatters, or any other malfunction that's eventually bound to befall an iPhone or iPad. If you're as attached to your phone as I am, knowing there's a place out there that is willing to go above and beyond to make your little crisis go away is so relieving! Visit this location. Extremely satisfied with all levels of service. I had a very bad week with 3 broken Ipad screens and 1 Iphone, don't ask how, just know it was a bad week. I contacted IREELZ and spoke with DImitri. After verbally talking about the very competitive pricing, I took my units in for repairs. He was very professional and detailed in his work. Got all of my units back much quicker than anticipated and the quality of work he did was unmatched. He paid attention to detail and made sure the work he was doing was to ensure the life of the product. Things like grinding the chassis down to eliminate play of the glass forming a week spot that would in the future break. This man knows what he is doing and knows what he can and cannot do. I was lucky enough to know about Best AZ iPhone and iPad Repair through a friend of mine and took my iPad to them. They had a friendly and professional staff and fast service. I was able to drop off my iPad with them in AM and pick up on lunch time. It looked brand new!! They were able to change the broken screen and fix some of the dents in the corners. I did some research and Best AZ Iphone repair had the lowest prices so I decided to stop by. As soon as I walked in, everyone was very friendly. I dropped off my shattered Iphone 4s and it looked good as new in about 30 minutes. The customer service was amazing and I would highly recommend this repair shop! I have terrible luck with phones so I have been to quite a few shops around the valley.. This was definitely the fastest and they really care about their customers! The gentleman that helped me a few months ago was absolutely AMAZING! He was friendly, answered all my questions as it was his very own phone. This place did not try to get more money out of me. They genuinely wanted to fix what I needed them to fix and that was my shattered screen. No yellow screen! No bubbles on the screen protector. My phone was back in PERFECT shape when I got it back. Finally i came across this place and they told me that they will fix mine for a very good price, i was very happy cuz my update isn't up till next year and i wasn't about to pay 200$ for a new one . anyways they did a great job ! very nice and very professional , they knew what they were talking about. Friendly fast service @ affordable prices. I took my Ipad 2 in for a nasty crack, and they made it look good as new for under a hundred bucks. Anywhere else wanted much more for the repair. The service was speedy as well, and I got my device back that same day too, all within a few hours. Considering the damage I had on it, I expected to have to leave it overnight, so it was surprising to get it back the same day. I absolutely recommend this shop! read more

Took my iPad mini in to see if they would be able to repair my screen that I had just totally shattered on my tile floor. I was pleasantly greeted and was told that they would have it back to me in about an hour. They were great!! These guys are the best! Broke my charger off in my ipad, emailed them, they emailed back within a half hour, quoted a rate that was half of what others were charging. They let me use my yelp coupon on top of that, no problems. Dropped it off and it was ready in an hour. All the guys were very friendly and helpful. Great prices.
