They suggested an off brand screen , saying they've had great success with them and I would save $100. They also said we could save tax by paying cash, so we did. When I first picked it up, the image was cut off on the side, so they said they had to order another screen. When that was done, I picked it up. It seemed to work, although I had to touch multiple times to put my code in. Foolishly, I paid them the balance of the money, now amounting to $230. That night I found I could not even swipe the screen open. The touchscreen was hardly working at all. They said it might not be compatible, and offered to get an Apple screen, but wanted more money and couldn't guarantee it would work. I ended up going to the Apple Store where it was determined the mother board was bad. I was able to trade in my iPad and bought a new one. I'm convinced they damaged the motherboard while working on the device, and they refused to give us back our money.
