I tried Rekindle Coffee based on the ratings. I am highly disappointed. The matcha had no flavor. My plain bagel was also disappointing.

I walked in before 5 other people and I was still waiting for my hot coffee. All these other people as I watched had something special because it was Halloween so is it so it's a special drink. I waited at least 25 minutes. I don't believe I will be going here again. read more

I came here for breakfast with my friends on Saturday and ordered 3 items for a total of $27 so kind of steep to start off. The customer service is the reason for the low review. Alex (as stated on the receipt) took my order and seemed annoyed to start off, as mentioned in other reviews. It was my first time so I had questions but she answered with a sigh. I personally don't like working in customer service either so I chose not to work in it anymore. I proceeded to ask if one of their drinks was on the sweeter side which she assured me and said yes. When I received my drink it was very tart so I built the courage to ask if there was any way to replace my drink (I would have taken no as an answer) but Alex proceeded to look confused and in a condensing tone said "Well since it was what you ordered you would have to pay for a second drink." A simple no sorry not in our policy would have sufficed but she was condescending twice. My friend went and asked the same question to a different server since the drink was $6 and not as advertised. She was understanding and treated my friend respectfully. We would have not asked again if Alex respectfully said no. Overall I thought hm maybe she was having a bad day but something felt off because Alex treated the people in front of me and my friend respectfully when they ordered before me. I would like to come back since the cookies were really good everything else I'd say is not worth your time, especially if you're a person of color since it's the only difference I noticed! read more

I loved their halloween spirit with the pumpkin and ghost pastries and their ginormous cookies and brownies. I already had coffee earlier in the morning so I ordered one of their signature tea, the seredipty which is a blueberry and lavender drink. The lid was not secure at all and when I swooshed my drink, I spilled a little. I also got the ham and cheese croissant and it was amazing! I loved how the croissant was toasted before they put it together. There is bar seating and small outdoor seating, plenty seats enough for everyone. They also sell merch. read more

I am a Starbucks customer; I happen to drive by Rekindle and decided to stop by and try it out, not knowing what to expect. I was greeted by a young man at the register with a big smile, might have been new or training, but he was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They have a variety of pasties including vegan options, which is great, I noticed they also have quiche. The place is a little hidden but a place I will visit again not only for the coffee and pastries but for the wonderful customer service and smile as soon as I opened the door. Overall, this coffee spot was very cute inside and I loved all the Halloween decorations. The service was nice and patient as I was asking for a couple recommendations. There was a lot of pastries, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, etc. to choose from. The Macadamia nut latte was really good 5/5. I enjoyed it, it was the perfect amount of sweet. They also had a variety of milk options. I got the peanut butter bar, 3/5. It taste more like a slice of chocolate cake than a peanut butter bar. I got the jalapeño cheese bagel, I took a few bites and it was good... Until I noticed a strand of hair in the cream cheese. We really wanted to like this place because we enjoy supporting small, locally owned coffee shops and don't mind paying higher prices for good quality. Unfortunately, this one just wasn't worth the time or the price. The cashier was very unwelcoming we stood in front of him for about three minutes before even being acknowledged. When my boyfriend said "Hey, how's it going?" he was completely ignored until I stepped up and looked directly at him. Not a great first impressionThe food also disappointed us. The ham and cheese wasn't worth the price, and we waited around 15 minutes for it. When it was finally ready, it was just left on the counter no one asked if we needed napkins or checked in at all. It felt like we were being ignored again.On the bright side, my coffee banana pie was good, but my boyfriend's coconut pie blended drink wasn't. huge fan of your coffee! been coming here regularly for the last year or so and it's been my favorite latte and cold brew in town. but I gotta say y'all need new cups and / or lids. they don't seal properly and haven't for many months. I keep on forgetting this and have stained multiple shirts on my morning commute to the 9 to 5. my boss is not pleased with these stains my boss and I have a lot we need to figure out, but if I could stop staining my polos I think it would go a long way. otherwise I may have to settle for lesser coffee served in superior cups with lids that don't leak latte all over me and my truck's interior. read more

Be hesitant to get the avocado toast. Instead of one nicely toasted piece of sourdough with a good amount of avocado stacked and presented well, they prepared it barely toasted and floppy with a thin layer of avocado and seasoning. I have been a loyal customer for years but the manager Peyton didn't hear when I ordered Almond milk in my latte and when I caught the error as the barista was going to make my drink she wanted me to go back to the counter and pay for $1 up charge before they would make my drink. Serving customers isn't what it used to be and when I asked if they could not charge me given their error I was given a look and a firm dismissive " I understand" and "no its our policy". Good news is their boss can appreciate them making sure they collect every penny, bad news is their boss hasn't given coaching on them the meaning of loyal customers and genuine kindness . omg!!! i've never tried cold brew before because i was too afraid it'd be too strong. the first sip of this drink was immediately addicting. My husband and I went to Rekindle Coffee for a date this weekend! It was such a cute place decorated for Halloween. I got the Witches Brew and a ham and cheese croissant and he got the dirty Gremlin and Husky Buster. At first they made his drink incorrectly but they were quick and happy to remake it! I enjoyed my seasonal drink and breakfast and he loved his husky Buster sandwich. He said it was definitely a sandwich place. At the register you can also make your own sandwich with whatever you want in it. They have bagels, croissants, cookies and all sorts of pastries! We went here Easter Sunday - so I'm honestly chalking up this review and the awful drinks to whoever's newest on staff being stuck with the holiday shift. We got a cannoli, a large americano, and a hot earl grey lavender latte w/ almond milk. Seating inside and outside, cute and small. Outlets too! Cannoli was fucking delicious - and the cookies they have here are HUGE, so they're definitely doing something right in the dessert department!! The americano came out first - WAYYYY too hot to drink. Coffee is supposed to be hot, maybe only a couple blows needed before drinking. The taste was even more mild and watery than a McDonald's coffee. He usually gets americanos, so espresso with water is something we are used to tasting. The ratio was off here. Maybe one shot of espresso for the whole damn thing. Took off the lid to let it cool, saw how light and watery the color was. Maybe it needed to be stirred? Nope. The latte came out second. Again, WAYYYY too hot to drink. Took my lid off to let it cool. It was curdled throughout. I know almond milk *can* curdle due to the coffee's acidity, but this can be avoided if the milk is added first, and the coffee is slowly added. Or, heating up the milk first, and separately. Even after 5 minutes, it was way too hot to drink. After leaving and dumping the drinks, we saw was curdled throughout, even worse and chunky at the bottom. Walked away super disappointed, a waste of time and money. Went down the street to the circle and got different coffee. Willing to give them another chance (and re-review) in the future, only because the desserts looked fantastic and the cannoli was great. I think this place has potential, and must have great baristas on other days - but whoever was working today was not skilled and must have been new. One of the girls seemed miserable, was talking about how she was making fun of a girl and mimicking her for getting her hair pulled at her game the day before. I get it, working holidays sucks. I have been trying to like this place for a number of years now. My most recent trip was yesterday. While the atmosphere, decor, and food and drink offerings are fun, cute, and festive - the service is consistently cold and aloof. The dead stare and tone that implies that you are inconveniencing the employees is so odd. Every single time I've visited it's been this way, and yesterday was no exception. The person taking my order was rude, the person handing me my baked items was cold, and then I went down to the other end to pick up my drink and there was a drink sitting there that no one had called out. I asked the barista there whose order it was and she replied extremely rudely, "There's no name, it's just a _____ drink" and walked away. $24 on coffee and a couple cookies, and yes I left a tip, but I think this finally sealed the deal for me. There are so many better options in my community including home brewers. Rebecca, if you're still the owner: many, many reviews over the years echo the same feedback I have described here. Is there any point at which you'll address customer service and intentional culture in your place of business? I have never seen you on the premises when I've been there. Terrible service. Came down to see what all the type was on this spot only for the cashier to say they can't sell the pastries to me because if she did that would mean she'd need to bake more. Then when I asked "so you only sell the Halloween pastries on Saturday?" She responded that no they sell everyday but if she sold more today she would need to bake more tomorrow and she doesn't want to. I've never experienced something so lazy in my life. As a last attempt I said "is it because you don't have enough?" And she then stated "no, we have a lot already baked in the back but I'm just not selling more today." My friends and I visited this location after seeing it go viral on TikTok. As soon as we got to the parking lot, we were greeted by the Christmas decor which is beautiful. When you step inside, we were overwhelmed by the amount of delicious pastries and the huge menu of drinks. My friend commented that usually at spots you only find one thing that you like but we couldn't decide. We just decided to make this our spot and come back and try it all. The service here goes above and beyond. The interactions felt like friends conversing and extremely hospitable. Super clean and saw them wiping down the counters. I ordered a cinnamon roll (10000/10) , macadamia white chocolate cookie (100/10) and the butter pecan latte with the foam which was superb. I liked the standard cup size. It's taller than the average cup size at a competitor for a good price. My friends ordered the ham and cheese croissant and it was so flaky and fresh. The muffin I took to go was a hit in my household. The owner was so sweet towards us that she brought us a huge sandwich to split among us . I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I was at laundry mat and hungry I decided to come and try. First impression you walk in super clean, and omg the pastries look amazing, gourmet style. The young lady was sweet that attended me, I told her it was my first time and what were the favorites for tea and sand which. She recommended peach tea and the avocado bacon croissant sandwich. Wow, so, so expensive (7.50 got largest on a lot of the teas as of May 2025). And it's a 'coffee house' that literally has no bathroom at all for customers (how is a place that's licensed to serve food and drinks even allowed to not have customer bathrooms?) So maybe the motto should be: 'drink our coffee, but not too much of it, bc it's really expensive, and also bc--despite the whole caffeine-is-a-diuretic thing--if you drink too much coffee, the best we'll do is to tell you to go next door and ask to use Taco Bell's bathroom'). Also -- they close at 4pm most days of the week, so there's that too.... I thought might be fun to go to once. But I can't imagine for the life of me ever going back a second time. read more
