This brand offers a very high level of consistency as well as customer service. Top quality products at a reasonable price point so to speak, service to buy typically outstanding group of employees. Having been a regular shopper at the location in Sellwood, I was a little concerned I would lose some of that service that I've been accustomed to at the show and location however my fears are put to rest easily on my first visit to the Bend location. My first experience was with one of the management team - Brody - and I cannot day enough great things about my interactions with him. My family and I will be back!

Everyone here treated me like a king. The level of professionalism, friendliness, and kind gesture was unmatched. Flying around the country is a rewarding experience. My time in Bend was incredible, especially when I visited the Nike Store. No tax! Wait, what? No taxes on sneakers. Give me a few pairs haha :). If you're in the area, I highly recommend you make a stop here for an hour and carefully take time to walk the store. The sneaker selection here was unlike any other Nike store I visited outside the Seattle location. I was in awe during my time in-store. Next time I'm in the area, I'll make sure to stop by and say, "hello." 2025 & beyond.

Girl in store says she cannot use it without a PIN, and I have to call customer service - asked her if she could do that, nope. If she had, she would have been instructed to use swipe stripe in back. Drove home, called customer service and they said swipe stripe on back in store would suffice! Grrrr How much fuel, inconvenience, and parking angst all for $50 when I shop there regularly. Nothing offered as a consolation. Bend is hard enough to drive through as it is, parking is a Nightmare at Old Mill, guess we need more people to move here then wonder why it's not paradise anymore.
