I decided to treat the house for some sit down pizza and google'd "best pizza in Redding CA". A couple places came up, but this was the best one with seating for dining. Once we were there we ordered some wings, bread sticks, and 2 large pizza's. The Sicilian and Garlic chicken pizza was the best pizza I have had in town, the crust is killer, the bread sticks were alright and the hot wings were big, spicy and cooked perfectly. The staff was great and all the food came out in a timely matter. Today we ordered a med Sicilian, wings, and a large Mediterranean for delivery. Both were just as amazing as the pizza we had when we dined in at Ultimate Pizza. I will definitely keep ordering from this guys as long as the pizza taste great. read more

Better than you can hope for. I feel this is the best tasting pizza in Redding. So far I have tried Shasta, Westside, and the pizza place at the Chevron on Airport with the Turboz Deli. That pizza place isn't bad for the money they charge, Westside is no better than Little Caesars, except the certainly do not charge Little Caesar's prices. Shasta is hit or miss. Sometimes it is good, sometimes it isn't. As it cools or is reheated it gets greasy so it needs to be eaten fully when it is delivered. Ultimate is WORTH making the drive from all the way across town on Galaxy/Shasta View. I have eaten it three times and it hasn't let me down yet. Ingredients are high quality and the staff is very friendly. Do yourself a favor and try it for yourself. read more

i've only ever had the take out or delivery so cannot speak to eating at the venue. can't say the idea thrills me, though. for take out and delivery, this pizza is delicious. the crust is perfect, crispy on the outside, soft but not uncooked-gooey, in the inside. normally i do not eat the crust, but with this place... its a must. the ingredients seem very fresh, and i understand they buy their produce locally and organically when they can. they have figured out how to get the "just right" cooking time down. the sauce is delicious as well. you need to really like garlic, cuz it has a substantial garlic punch. garlic gives me heartburn, and i eat this pizza anyway, lol. it is that good. not a sweet sauce, however, just tangy with a bit of bite. prices can be a tad high, but considering the source of the ingrediants, i am willing to pay. look for coupons though. read more

I've only ever gotten delivery and my last order I was placed on hold for over five minutes and forgotten about while I heard the employee asking another employee "what the score was". I called back and said I had been on hold for five minutes and the guy cut me off mid sentence. Said "yeah sorry. What can I get you?"
