Caribbean Rock Lobster Tail and Main Lobster Tail with broccoli and baked potato.
Randy G.

We had a great meal at Red Lobster. The food was great. I had the Caribbean Rock Lobster Tail and the Main Lobster Tail with broccoli and baked potato. My wife had the Walts Favorite Shrimp and Shrimp Alfredo, with a baked potato. The service was great. Our server Bradley was very attentive and made our experience very nice. We arrived around 5:30 or so and got seated right away. It was a great experience at this Red Lobster. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Under the table next to ours.

The food was hot and tasted good and the service was pretty fast. However, it was not clean. The table next to ours was filthy when we were sat, and the busser wiped the table with a dry cloth. A couple was sat at that table and asked for it to be wiped down, as it still had food all over it. The waiter came over with dry napkins and wiped the crumbs off. They ordered water and made the decision to leave, and the waters were still sitting there when we left half an hour later. Under that table was a gross pile that needed to be swept and on the other side of our table was a huge puddle with garbage stuck in it that did not get cleaned the whole time we were there. I told my husband it looked like a scene in a training where you need to identify all of the hazards in the room. I wouldn't return to this location even though the food was good due to how dirty it was.

Amazing food and our server was soooo sweet and attentive! They also said we would have a 40min wait but it ended up only being 10! Great place to eat after shopping.

Filet mignon and lobster tail, $41. !!

Service was outstanding and with personal, funny attention from Brent. Time to eat (for slow…read moreeaters) was cheerfully allowed. The food was outstanding. Rich, flavorful, delicious. It's our first anniversary (yes, we're 76 yo but not dead yet) and we're treated to a delicious dessert. I don't eat desserts, ever, but.... . If you ever are anywhere near Gatlinburg, make a beeline to Chesapeake. Best choice EVER!!!

My family came here for my birthday and I was very impressed with how well they accommodated us. Unfortunately we got our days mixed up and our reservation was the following day. However the hostess told us it was not an issue and still seated us right away moving our booking to the correct day. The food came out in a timely manner and our server was very helpful as well. I ordered the seafood lasagna and it was very flavorful. Personally if I were to come back, I'd order another dish that was more filling. The server raved about how good it was and she was correct. It did have a lot of flavor to it. However it lacked seafood in the shells. At some points, I felt as though I was only eating shells and sauce with tomatoes unfortunately. Upon finishing our meal, unfortunately my father became ill after sipping water and going down the wrong pipe. We were so embarrassed seeing as though we were sitting in the middle of everyone dining. However the staff were so kind resulting us that it wasn't the first and dropping everything they were doing to tend to us with wet napkins and checking on my father. While we were deeply embarrassed, it really meant a lot to us that you all made us your priority in that moment and I greatly appreciate you alls service!

We had no wait and we're quickly seated. It's definitely got a tourist vibe to it but we are tourists so we fit right in.

My husband is usually great at picking restaurants, so I'm not sure why I didn't check the Yelp…read morereviews before we chose this one--big mistake. The buffet was around $60 for all-you-can-eat crab legs, which sounded promising. Unfortunately, like many others have mentioned, the crab legs were cold when we first got them. They were overcooked and lacked flavor. We did manage to get a fresher batch later, which was better, but still not great. The promotional video online clearly had some Hollywood magic--what we experienced was far from what was advertised. Overall, the buffet was a letdown. Much of the food wasn't fresh, most dishes were bland, and a few were downright inedible. The crab cakes looked like sausage patties and were just as tough. The fried oysters were slimy and mushy--not the kind of texture you expect, even for oysters. I love fried oysters, but these were a hard pass. The crab-stuffed flounder was bland, though the stuffing tasted more like what a crab cake should taste like. The frog legs were surprisingly decent and did taste like chicken. Mussels and clams were a disappointment. Green beans tasted like they came straight from a can, and the mac and cheese reminded me of frozen Stouffer's. The peel-and-eat shrimp were good, but the raw oysters were a disaster--visually unappealing and smelled off. And yes, September is an "R" month, so they should've been fine. We asked for fresher ones, and what we got still didn't pass the sniff test. I love raw oysters, but I wasn't about to risk it. Vegetable options were limited: mushrooms (which were good), canned green beans, corn on the cob, and fried okra. Service from our waitress, was hit-or-miss and didn't leave a lasting impression. The atmosphere was awkward--no music, just the hum of kitchen staff talking. It felt more like a quiet cafeteria than a lively restaurant. While that made it easy to chat with our party, it also made the overall vibe feel stale. On the plus side, the restaurant was clean. But for the price, it wasn't worth it--and we won't be returning.
