I have never been to a Quaker Steak and Lube in my life, didnt even know what it was! In fact, from the outside, it really looked more like a car service station (so such great decor and theming!). Now, YES. I am obsessed. It's close to Dollywood, and all that theme parky things, but you'll have to drive there. Totally worth it, in my opinion. Such a vast menu, with so many different wing toppings. Family friendly. GET THE POTATO SKINS! Hahaha. Will definitely be back when we are near the area.

The atmosphere is a mechanic or car lovers choice. They even have a car on a lift that you can sit under to eat. The staff is friendly and does their best to take care of you. My partner said the wings were amazing. However, the pulled pork should be removed from the menu - unless you enjoy eating rubber. Honestly. The pulled pork is the one thing that kept this review from being a 5.

Came in and ate, service and food was great. Waitress was kinda in a hurry since it was a hour and half away from closing. 3 of us, and we was ready to leave and the person paying got a phone call right when waitress dropped the check on the table. The person paying gave her the card and she proceeded to do everything there at the table with the card that was gave to her. The person on the phone was slightly occupied on the phone and the waitress handed back the digital card reader and said "sign please".... She went and came back with the receipt and noticed she automatically took 22%. She did this on purpose and notified manager. The manager acted like nothing was wrong.... She knew what she was doing Leandra D was her name.

This place has been a long time favorite of the husband so while in the area he was thrilled to find this location. There was plenty of parking in a private lot. The restaurant was big and had great decor. The service was excellent. The food was hit and fresh but lacking the flavor we remembered. A solid visit. I think we were spoiled at the flagship location.

I've been to a different location before and the wings were good. Everything here was average or below average. The wings were over cooked and under sauced. Not that extra sauce would have saved them. We will be back in town this summer and this is one spot we will avoid.

It's a basic American food kind of place. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Many of the gluten free options on the menu are not when seasoning is added, which most of the foods have. That was very limiting so don't believe the menu, ask about every item.

this place never disappoints, It's amazing! Nice clean restaurant. There is a fast lane section (which is like a fast food restaurant) and also a sit down spot. The customer service is always great,

My husband and I travel often to Gatlinburg/Piegon Forge area. One of the main restaurants my husband and I go to is Quaker Steak and Lube. Their food and their bar drinks are always amazing. It always hits! Prices are reasonable for the amount given. Service is always a 10/10 and the ambiance is great! This place never fails! Honestly I would love to gatekeep this place if I could but this restaurant is a 10000/10! Also, they have a drink that I hope they never take off their menu called JACKED UP HONEY TEA. If I was a drink that's what I would be! Love it here! Will I come back? Yes!

I came on a vacation to Smoky Mountains and ran up on this location for a quick meal. I'm so glad I stopped, it's so cute. Parking was great and plentiful. Upon walking in building the decor is great. It's on the style of NASCAR and speedway. Transportation pieces are everywhere hanging like pictures. Great conversation pieces. They also have an gaming arcade for entertainment purposes . Staff and waitresses were very friendly, approachable and inviting. Got seated quickly. Drinks were great. I got a pina colada frozen rum and my boys got a cream soda float. Food was delicious. I ordered a Panko Shrimp platter with green beans and broccoli. We also ordered boneless chicken wings and and a chicken rice bowl and fried pickles, all were great. Dining area spacious and restrooms were clean as well. No complaints. Great place to stop if you are in the area.

The wings are top notch. The inside has a nice theme; all the cars and motorcycles are neat to look at. It was college football season so lots of fans watching the game on the many tvs.

My wife went with the potato soup. While I went with the custom chicken wings meal. So much flare if you just stop by to see all the cool things inside you won't be disappointed. There is a game room and tv everywhere. My wife also chose the Daytona daiquiri. This is a Military friendly location

We visited while on vacation and we all loved our food! The service was great and our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere was very chill and nearly decorated. We would definitely go back next time we come into town!

Front door. If you saw this, what might you think they have on tv? If you're thinking NASCAR race you're wrong.

Chicken Wings were over cooked dry to the bone. We picked up our food and we were not impressed the fries were soggy. Service was quick.

Eh. We were more fascinated with the Cracker Barrel type theming than the boring wings and burgers.

Great Bottom Line (notes, not exactly) it's actually very scary if an empty dining area is on a 30 minute wait and tables are empty WT%*^, is actually going on in the kitchen. Seven hour drive and other Wyndham Resorts visitors will and should think twice about here when it's actually very convenient. This is my honest opinion while waiting along with family to be seated. In the event we stay I'll update my post. I am not feeling very optimistic at this point. Kudos to our waiter Shawn. He was as accommodating as he possibly could be with the team on the clock tonight. I dare not send anything back to the kitchen scared too. Wings & Burgers,

We went with the Trio Dinner (pork, chicken and ribs) with sides of baked beans and fries, and a Chicken Dinner with baked beans and slaw. The barbecue was reminiscent of what we get back in Texas, with a slight flavor twist--more Tex-Mex at home versus the more straightforward, classic Tennessee-style here. Honestly, there was nothing extraordinary about it--it's what you'd expect from a fast casual barbecue place. It wasn't bad, but we were hoping for something more unique or special, given that we're in Tennessee. It filled us up for a late lunch, but probably won't make a return visit. What really stood out, though, was the warm lady behind the counter. Her genuine Southern hospitality made all the difference here worth the 3-star rating. That's about it--nothing more to add. We'll leave it at that.
