The only reasons for the for stars is our server, Justus. He turned our meal around after having to deal with a sub-par hostess staff who after telling us 20 mins we waited over an hour!! Then they said "your next" we watched another six tables go before us, ridiculous. However like, I said Justus was absolutely amazing. He was prompt and made the trip worthwhile. read more

Went with family on a Tuesday night with many open tables. Were finally seated after waiting for 45 minutes. Food was good, but service was very, very slow. Two hours later we finished our meal. Took us right at 3 hours at the restaurant, which is ridiculous. Will not go back until they hire some people to work the tables. Dinner should not take more than 2 hours and certainly not 3. We were seated after a bit of a wait, which wasn't an issue bc we knew what the wait would be. We noticed a very strong chemical smell that was borderline overwhelming. As soon as my son and I slid into the booth we felt something sticky on the wall that the booth was against, which was wooden. We pulled our arms away and there was brown wood lacquer all over them. It stained both of our clothes (we were a party of four something is why we were slid all the way over). We asked to be moved and the server was very nice but said there would be another wait. We asked to see the manager just so they would know not to seat anyone else there and the manager on shift that night was extremely rude and almost acted like we were the problem. Not that two customers have wood lacquer on their skin and their clothes. Was never offered anything to wipe off with. Lovely location. Very clean. Happy place with lots of smiles. Servers are very kind and attentive. Raspberry iced tea that they serve are free flow and very refreshing in the hot weather. The lobsters are delicious. The blackened salmon are delicious, too. The clam chowder could use more clams today, though. The pasta also could be tastier. It is rather bland to be honest. But then I guess better rather bland than too salty. But hopefully they can be a little liberal with sea salt on their food next time It is very pricey. But you got quality seafood. This Red Lobster is pitiful. I ordered a steak and lobster meal to-go, it came with no silverware and my food was extremely cold. I was staying in a hotel from out of town, so had to eat my ice cold steak with my fingers, and that's just the start. I requested my sides to be mashed potatoes and garden salad with no croutons. The entire garden salad was smothered in crouton crumbs -- so I couldn't even pick them off. Tossed the salad in the trash. The mashed potatoes were dry and didn't come with sour cream -- which I also requested. Overall, I would give my experience a 0/10 and I paid $50 for everything. I literally could've gotten 7 Chipotle bowls for this same price. Pathetic. read more

***BUG IN OUR FOOD!***We had a green bug in our salad that camouflaged well with the lettuce. When the manager, Andy was contacted about it, she gave us an explanation on how it was a natural occurring incident on lettuce that comes prepackaged from another source. She claimed that the lettuce is washed on site and this was the first time she saw such a bug. It probably was the first time seeing it because all the other people probably ate the bugs without knowing it. The manager had agreed to comp the entire meal, but we instead got a ticket with about only $10.81 off the entire ticket. The manager was contacted again regarding this discrepancy, but she claimed that we misunderstood her. There was no misunderstanding, we basically paid $33.96 for a bug in our salad. read more

This was a very disappointing experience. Red Lobster has recently been sold and it will be interesting to see if the quality and service continues to decline as we experienced this evening. One party ordered tilapia from their fresh fish menu..they were out. Two other guests ordered trout from the fresh fish menu...they were out. I asked for a taste sample of a wine I wasn't familiar with the label and they refused to serve me a taste sample....who does that!!! I will be surprised if this chain makes it. read more

I've had the experience of eating at Red Lobster from Tennessee to Wisconsin and I have to say this location is by far the best Red Lobster yet! Our waitress was really busy but managed to meet our expectations. The hubs got the NY strip and I got the lobster tail and New York strip. Everything was hot and fresh. When we walked in we were barley greeted by the hostess who didn't seem to care about receiving business at all. She just walked us to the table, dropped the menus down and left. So I decided to go to the bar and just get my order to-go and after waiting about 10 minutes for a bartender to come out I quickly realized that she didn't want to be at work either. The service we received to night from all the staff was great. The host got my son a booster seat when he noticed he was cranky when I put him in the high chair. When we walked in the restaurant we were greeted by a very nice hostess and we're seated right away. The reason I'm giving two stars is because our waitress was horrible. From the moment we sat down our waitress, Melissa seemed irritated and it was easy to see she was in a bad mood. We got our drinks and food pretty fast, so everything was fine. But I did not like the taste of my food at all. I ordered off the 4-course meal menu. I got a shrimp and scallop pasta, but it was way too lemony for me. I hate sending food back, and usually just make due, but I didn't even want to try to eat anymore of my food, and so I decided it would be best to order something else. When we kindly explained the situation and asked if it would be possible to get something else, our waitress acted as though we were being ridiculous and said "I don't know, I'll have to go ask" and begrudgingly took my food. I mean, seriously?! It was hard enough to ask, and then she has the nerve to make me feel worse. She came back and said I could, so I told her I would have what my husband got. A nice lady from the kitchen brought my food out and apologized for the other food. I was only more disappointed to find that the waitress had put down a baked potato instead of mashed. But by this point I was too fed up to care. This lady has no business working with customers, if she can't treat customers with respect and kindness, even if she's having a bad day. If I'm going to go to a nice restaurant I expect to receive kind, respectful service. read more

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent lunch at the Red Lobster across from the Tanger Outlet. Our server was Lindsey and she was very helpful and efficient. I wanted the tilapia cooked in a bag which was not on the lunch menu but she knew what I described and made sure I got what I wanted. The food was excellent! Fresh, hot, and cooked to perfection.
