While my sister and I were staying in Tennessee, a snowstorm had shut down several restaurants. I hadn't eaten at Red Lobster in a long time, so we decided to go there. Because of the storm, there were only two employees running the entire restaurant. There was a wait to be seated, a delay in getting our food, and another wait when it was time to pay. But honestly, we didn't mind given the circumstances. The restaurant didn't have the heater running, so eating inside felt like we were dining outside in the snow. Despite that, the waiter was friendly and attentive, doing the best he could while juggling everything. I absolutely love Red Lobster's biscuits. They were warm, buttery, filled with cheddar, and completely addictive. I ordered the Lobster Lover's Duo, and everything was delicious. I was so full I didn't even have room for dessert. read more

Disappointing Dinner Experience We stopped by Red Lobster in Sevierville, TN during peak dinner hours and were surprised to see only a few cars in the lot--should've taken that as a sign. Our waitress was friendly, but clearly stretched thin trying to cover both the bar and tables. As a result, service suffered--our drinks were only refilled once, and that was right as we were finishing up. Unfortunately, the food didn't redeem the experience. It lacked flavor and tasted like it might've come straight from the freezer. Not sure if this location is just off its game or if Red Lobster overall isn't what it used to be. We won't be rushing back anytime soon. read more

My boyfriend and I went to eat after work, we were both excited to turn out very disappointed. There were maybe 5-8 tables sat in the whole restaurant. So automatically you would think service would be pretty quick. I am a server myself so I understand when things get a little hectic and things take time, but my server had us and 2 other 2tops. We sat with empty drinks, our food took around 30 mins, i got crab legs and he got fish and chips. My crab legs were definitely not fresh, they were very overcooked, and had barely any meat in them at all. His plate was overall decent, untill we got to the COLESLAW. He tried and told me it had a weird tang to it, So i tried it. I almost threw up, it made with expired milk. It was not good. As a local, I dont recommend coming here. read more

We had a great meal at Red Lobster. The food was great. I had the Caribbean Rock Lobster Tail and the Main Lobster Tail with broccoli and baked potato. My wife had the Walts Favorite Shrimp and Shrimp Alfredo, with a baked potato. The service was great. Our server Bradley was very attentive and made our experience very nice. We arrived around 5:30 or so and got seated right away. It was a great experience at this Red Lobster. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

We had lunch today at this Red Lobster:Fish&Chips with mac&cheese and coleslaw and salmon with a baked potato & broccoli. We shared the coleslaw and developed diarrhea about 2 hours afterwards. I called to let them know about the issue, not to claim anything, but to check that coleslaw. Just got a snippy reply about food poisoning occurring at least 6 hrs after consumption ( not true, as it depends on the nature of the food poisoning) and then the lady just hung up on me. Not what I expected as a responds to a call, trying to avoid trouble for them. read more

Every single Red Lobster I go to is trash. The food is literally disgusting. It was also super cold in this one. Maybe I just hate seafood but red lobster is gross and most people know it, which is why the parking lots are always so empty. That was also confusing because our food took awhile to get to us even though it was practically empty here. read more

i went to red lobster a few months ago and i gotta say, it's an experience i'll never forget. when i walked in the staff were so welcoming! saw some lobsters there too and the theme is awesome sauce! really cool and the place was quiet with music in the background. got seated with my parents and the waiter was really kind and sweet! he was patient and gave us some time to pick out what we wanted to eat. the food price per a person can range anywhere between 10-30 dollars. not bad! the waiting time isn't that bad depending on the meal. usually about 10-30 minutes that you have to wait. when my parents and i got our food, it was delicious! juicy, tasty, and just what you want. the bathrooms are really nice too! clean and not messy. the cost wasn't that bad. in total it was around 90 something dollars which ain't that bad! overall, really good place and would come here again! would recommend :) read more

The food was hot and tasted good and the service was pretty fast. However, it was not clean. The table next to ours was filthy when we were sat, and the busser wiped the table with a dry cloth. A couple was sat at that table and asked for it to be wiped down, as it still had food all over it. The waiter came over with dry napkins and wiped the crumbs off. They ordered water and made the decision to leave, and the waters were still sitting there when we left half an hour later. Under that table was a gross pile that needed to be swept and on the other side of our table was a huge puddle with garbage stuck in it that did not get cleaned the whole time we were there. I told my husband it looked like a scene in a training where you need to identify all of the hazards in the room. I wouldn't return to this location even though the food was good due to how dirty it was. read more

Our 40th Anniversary seafood dinner. $116 dinner for 2. We should have drove through McDonald's for a fish sandwich which would have been superior. Service was terrible, food was terrible. Table look and felt like a child's playpen after they have eaten. Greasy table , salt shaker and booth was sticky. The 1 drink which was supposed to be a margarita, tasted like tequila and water ($8.69) . Two of the most expensive dinners that we splurged for our 40th Anniversary night $40 and $41. The staff clearly showed a lack of training and tips on appearance and hygiene. We have lived here for 26 years and not "well they are tourists and will be gone in a few days " people. Nobody should have to have a dining experience like this. I'm wouldn't be surprised if people that have eaten there have been sick afterwards. Do not bother coming here! Me and my family were in vacation and wanted some sea food. We walked in the hosts were sitting and just talking and ignored us for the first few minutes we were in there then turned around to help. There was about 15 people in the whole restaurant in total and said it would be at least a 15 minute wait. So we waited. Saw ad on TV for lobster fest. Thought we go there for our anniversary. Been a long time Since we tried a red lobster Our server was very nice. However when she asked if everything was alright. When I said " guess it's ok I wouldn't order this again " she had no reply! No can I get you something else ? What's wrong? Nothing ! We ordered stuff mushrooms for appetizer. That was probably only food item That was good. Served hot & fresh. I ordered ceaser salad. Tasteless dressing. Lettuce was so so, cheese shavings were very dry. The cheese biscuits were not fluffy & light but flat & greasy! My husband ordered Fried shrimp, he said it was ok. I realize all food has gone up in prices but $40.00 & up for a lobster tail & shrimp ?!?! I just couldn't bring my self to order it. Had stuff flounder with lobster toppings. We had the best server ever. This was also the best restaurant for covid precautions I've seen all year. Masks worn correctly! We mainly get takeout if we leave the house - or eat outdoors, but we took our daughter for her birthday. We ate a little early to avoid any crowds - but honestly the way they separate the tables it was almost like we had a room to ourselves - the partitions are high. Writing this review before my meal has come out. It's that kind of night. Okay, after salads come out, our waiter straight up disappears for 15+ minutes. We awkwardly fiddle with the straws in our empty cups for a while and watch the table behind us have the most amazing waitress. I have been here on multiple occasions. In spite of a bustling dining area I have received great service every time! The food varies a bit in quality. The green beans are always nice and crispy (I don't like mine southern wilted), but super oily. This time the lobster was a bit overcooked--easy to do on a grill, and the salmon was dry. I probably won't order grilled seafood again--lesson learned. The potatoes were ok, and my drink was properly measured. A very 'corporate' meal. For this trip I would give 3 stars for food, 4 or 4.5 for service. Hence my 4 star rating. On other trips the food has been better. read more

This has to be our favorite fish chain. You can get consistent​ service and quality across this chain. This was our first visit to this location since we've been in the area. We went here one evening after shopping and they closed in an​ hour. The service was good and so was the quality of food. I ordered the Admirals feast. It comes complete with practically​ everything underwater. It has shrimp, scallops, fish, clams, and 2 sides. I may be leaving something out; all I know I have food for days even sharing with the little one. The food came out hot and fresh and I was quite pleased that we chose to go here this evening. We have a reservation with open table, a trusted application that I use all over the entire United States. Today was the first time I have ever been ANYWHERE where they told me that a reservation is NOT a reservation. The hostess said it is CORPORATE POLICY to NOT honor reservations. The manager told me that reservations DO NOT MEAN I have a reserved time. Apparently Webster's dictionary missed this corporate memo. The sole reason why we chose to eat here tonight, instead of a local mom & pop restaurant was because of the crowds and we wanted to avoid long waits. If a business doesn't take reservations, just don't take them. But if you are offering reservations, they should be honored AND management should be more accommodating than dismissive... being told by management that reservations DO NOT mean I have a reserved time is absolutely absurd. read more

Me and my wife went here on the weekend and they were out of oysters, asparagus, crab legs I ordered a piece of grilled salmon that was over cooked the lobster tale that my wife had was tasty but it was as big as an oversized shrimp! Food and prices do not match in this restaurant, it looks like they hire 16-18 year old students working Part-time in the kitchen working of a cheat sheets not caring what goes out of the kitchen instead of having a trained person that works full time as a chef and knows what they are doing. read more
