The food was absolutely amazing!! The customer service was even better. From the time we walked in, to the time we left - it was fantastic. Noah was our server and he made our experience very special. Latty come over and check on us as well. She made wonderful conversation. Definitely made us feel special and welcome. Great job!! We started out with drinks - ice tea, smoothies, and Diet Coke. Our glasses were never empty. Then, we ordered an appetizer - crab queso dip with colorful tortilla chips. This dip had large chunks of crab mixed in with their signature queso. And let's not forget their signature biscuits - AMAZING! Next, we ordered our entrees. I ordered the crab feast. This comes with one pound of crab, your choice of sauce, crispy potatoes and my choice of a side dish. I choose asparagus with crab meat on top. This is part of the crab IFY special. The sauce I chose was roasted garlic, but I mixed it with their signature hot honey. I took two sauce and put them together -- AMAZING! Everyone at the table was reaching into get my specialty sauce to dip their crab. My sister chose the same thing, but her side dish was a baked potato fully loaded. My niece did the same thing as us, but did asparagus with no crab. My son ordered the Seafood Boil. This dish not only smelt yummy, the presentation was AMAZING! Reservation 5 Star, we were seated promptly. 1 star for over all experienced. Our order was taken 7:03pm. We have to ask for straw, my suggestion is as soon as you served drinks bring straws along with you. I want to give Jillian our server 4 Stars, a little smile would be perfect. Our food was served 7:46pm, 44 minutes after. Thank you for the Manager for giving us 10% discount and I acknowledge him for apologizing to us because our order took forever to be served. I am not sure how long is Jillian working in the restaurant, but he does not have any back up help, a little compassion for someone struggling and overwhelmed server would be good too. This visit was disappointing. I usually come with a group of ladies. We are all breast cancer survivors. I ended up being the only one able to make it. I was seated at a booth between the bar and the main dining room. I was told the server, Vlad, would be with me shortly. At least 10 minutes passed and a party of 2 were seated in the bar. The server promptly took there drink order. He then noticed me sitting in an isolated booth. He took my drink order. He came back with the drinks. He stopped at that party of 2, with their drinks and a basket of bread. He finally came to my table and took my drink order. I was ready to order, so he took my order. The bread they served was a little crispy but kind they provided that complimentary, their pricing is on the higher end but the quality of food was good. 4/20/26 So wifey has been wanting to come here for a while. 1st timers here at this location. When we lived in Cali we had been . We were greeted immediately by Javier and he was very professional and took us to our seats and let us know about the specials. Lindsey was our server and she was amazing , Very attentive . She got us our drinks and brought out fresh hot cheddar biscuits and they were delicious. I had a Smoked Old Fashioned and it was delicious. For dinner I had the fish and chips. Fantastic Service from Sarah T! We had such a great experience tonight, and a huge part of that was our server, Sarah T. She was attentive, kind, and honestly one of the best servers we've ever had. She really knew the menu and was so helpful with everything we asked. We definitely ran her around a bit with requests, but she handled it like an absolute champion and never missed a beat. Our food was also super good! We ordered two seafood boils, the salmon balsamic bowl, the shrimp meal with coconut sauce, and kids chicken tenders, and everything came out delicious. We went to dinner at Red Lobster last night and like many of the restaurants in town, they were plenty busy on a Friday night , but when our 3-person party walked in, we were easily accommodated at a nearby booth. Our server, Nicole appeared to drop off some complimentary cheddar bay biscuits and took our drink and appetizer orders-- we ordered a Pepsi Zero, a Diet Pepsi and an iced tea but decided to skip out on appetizers so we can focus on entrees. For our entrees,my compatriots ordered the smaller portions of the Lobster and Shrimp Linguini Alfredo while I opted for the Weekday Shrimp Trio (shrimp linguini Alfredo, popcorn shrimp, shrimp scampi with a side of fries). All our entrees were scrumptious and the smaller portions were perfect for my sister and niece who had smaller appetites. I tried my best but I had popcorn shrimp and fries leftover; there was so much food. Overall, we had a very pleasant meal; the food was yummy and the service was friendly. Although not as good as another establishment's seafood boil (IYKYK,) it was good and it filled me up. I do think they need to work on their seafood boil flavor because it wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. I want to try the boil on our next visit to see if it's gotten better. Every year we come here when my son turns another year older, he will never miss his opportunity to come to Red lobster. It's his favorite. We made our reservations. Only had to wait like 10 minutes but the weight is always worth it. The service was excellent. The food is even better. My son always orders crab, lobster and more crab. We had a party of eight and they were on top of us. We didn't want for anything. The service was excellent. Appetizers drinks were excellent and my filet mignon that I ordered was cooked to perfection My grandson also ordered the filet mignon but they didn't cook his as much as he wanted it so that was probably my only disappointment was he had to wait while they sent his plate back. I must say that the food at this particular red lobster has recently become absolutely delicious.. We had not been going there for quite a while and we had quit going,, but tried it a bit back and loved it. We went last night after I had outpatient surgery. We both had one of their lobster fest items. My husband had steak and lobster, and I had the lobster, shrimp, and salmon. I decided to get the rice orzo to go with mine. Oh my gosh, it's so delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and I ate all of it. I ate half my lobster and I was so thrilled that they cut the lobster so that you could just peel out the pieces instead of fighting with the darn thing. I brought half the lobster, all the shrimp, and the rice orzo home. It's so good that I actually thought about eating it for breakfast but decided to wait. My husband had the steak and lobster and he said that his steak wasn't cooked enough, but he was OK with that because he actually because he could bring most of it home. He had the fries. They had no broccoli, but they let us substitute for asparagus. I will say that the asparagus wasn't cooked well and a couple of the pieces I had were kind of woody. We did bring the asparagus home and I will cook it a bit more. Our server, Tori, was absolutely amazing and one of the sweetest servers I've ever met. I made a reservation for a party of 14 to come in with my family and celebrate my birthday, I always chose Red Lobster for my birthday dinner because I USED to love the place, However, tonight was beyond a disappointment, service was extremely slow and the server never showed much interest in being attentive and making sure we were having a good experience, we had to go to the bar and get our drinks from there, food took about an hour long and we never got our salads. My husband and I came in for an early dinner on a Wednesday 2026. As far back as the 80's Red Lobster was always our go to. Back then they always brought a basket full of the yummy biscuits. This time we go 2 biscuits. A wonderful salad was always included with our meal. Now salad is extra. The steak and lobster always came with a baked potato. Exceptional service!!! From the hostess to the bartender, all were so wonderful. The hostess was very friendly seating us. Our server Nicole was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Sadly, I feel this last visit to Red Lobster, was my last visit to Red Lobster. As per my previous reviews over many years, this has always been a fast favorite. I have always rated them as 5 stars. I know they are struggling, I know they revamped their menu, so decided to treat myself and go there for a special steak and lobster lunch. I was there on a Thursday so their special Wednesday price did not apply, I paid the full $39.99. I noticed many of my previous favorites no longer on the menu. I used to love enjoying the hot biscuits and the crisp salad as I waited for my main meal. The biscuits are there but the salad, not. My meal came with two sides and a salad was not an option for me unless I wanted to upgrade for $2.99. I also had options to upgrade the steak for additional $7.99. Made me now wonder about the steak I would be getting without an upgrade. I chose a baked potato and broccoli as my sides. The plate came and looked very good, the lobster tail was a nice size and the plate looked as I had hoped it might. The bad news was the steak was inundated with some spice mix, that was unpleasant and overwhelming and left a burning taste in my mouth. This lovely steak was now a total disappointment and one that I could not enjoy at all, I wrapped it up to take home to my dog after I rinsed it off. As all this was taking place and I realize I have paid $39.99 for a dry baked potato and a lobster tail, the manager on duty was doing her rounds. She asked how everything was. I explained what happened with the steak. She listened and confirmed that indeed they put a seasoning on the steaks (unannounced). I showed her I was taking mine home for the dog. She said to me, next time! I should simply tell them not to put any seasoning on the steak. She smiled as if this was a lovely solution for me. The next time? Sadly there will be no next time. This place was jam packed for Mother's Day. The staff was setting great expectations and we were seated in less than 20 minutes when they had said potentially 35-45 minutes. Our server was Sara...who is here Thursday through Sunday....so make sure you ask for her. She was bubbly, energetic, so personable and on top of every moment of our lunch. The food was everything we wanted...my mom was perfectly pleased with all of it. And most of all, Sara made this a perfect lunch. i've had some great experiences here and some poor ones. food is always solid and honestly sometimes better than what i normally expect from red lobster. huge fan of their new seafood boils and the new direction the restaurant has been going in. my main concerns with this location is service. i've come here a good handful of times and recently went for lunch, it was completely dead with only maybe one or two more tables. the service was horrendous, i asked to add extra crab to my boil and asked if i could also get a side or add the other butter flavor and was told no for both of these. never was informed about the sausage option and also wasn't give bibs, gloves, or an extra plate despite sharing the boil. the second time i came though i was told about the add ons and was able to get a side of the other butter. this visit was also significantly more busy, which made me wonder why the last time i asked for these things i was not allowed them. overall still love coming here but feel as if the lunch staff have a much worse attitude than whenever i've come for dinner. read more

The server apologized for it and said it was on him not our waitress. I would have liked to enjoy the salad ahead of our main course. I started on the shrimp as I like my food hot and it was just a bit on the warm side already so picked at the salad then concentrated on my shrimp. I ordered coconut shrimp which came with a sweet sauce and the skewered shrimp which was on a small bed of rice. Both were very tasty as I love shrimp pretty much anyway! My friend ordered two other types of shrimp and was disappointed she didn't get rice with hers so I shared mine. They only give you one side and we both got salads.
