They were pretty good but I would say I have had better imo . My wife had the 3 diff Shrimp combo and she enjoyed hers. I tried some the shrimp and was fairly tasty. Fantastic Service from Sarah T! We had such a great experience tonight, and a huge part of that was our server, Sarah T. She was attentive, kind, and honestly one of the best servers we've ever had. She really knew the menu and was so helpful with everything we asked. We definitely ran her around a bit with requests, but she handled it like an absolute champion and never missed a beat. Our food was also super good! We ordered two seafood boils, the salmon balsamic bowl, the shrimp meal with coconut sauce, and kids chicken tenders, and everything came out delicious. There were a lot of birthdays happening, so the place was lively and fun, but even with the busy atmosphere Sarah made sure we felt taken care of the whole time. I must say that the food at this particular red lobster has recently become absolutely delicious.. We had not been going there for quite a while and we had quit going,, but tried it a bit back and loved it. We went last night after I had outpatient surgery. We both had one of their lobster fest items. My husband had steak and lobster, and I had the lobster, shrimp, and salmon. I decided to get the rice orzo to go with mine. Oh my gosh, it's so delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly and I ate all of it. I ate half my lobster and I was so thrilled that they cut the lobster so that you could just peel out the pieces instead of fighting with the darn thing. I brought half the lobster, all the shrimp, and the rice orzo home. It's so good that I actually thought about eating it for breakfast but decided to wait. My husband had the steak and lobster and he said that his steak wasn't cooked enough, but he was OK with that because he actually because he could bring most of it home. He had the fries. They had no broccoli, but they let us substitute for asparagus. I will say that the asparagus wasn't cooked well and a couple of the pieces I had were kind of woody. We did bring the asparagus home and I will cook it a bit more. Our server, Tori, was absolutely amazing and one of the sweetest servers I've ever met. This place was jam packed for Mother's Day. The staff was setting great expectations and we were seated in less than 20 minutes when they had said potentially 35-45 minutes. Our server was Sara...who is here Thursday through Sunday....so make sure you ask for her. She was bubbly, energetic, so personable and on top of every moment of our lunch. Although not as good as another establishment's seafood boil (IYKYK,) it was good and it filled me up. I do think they need to work on their seafood boil flavor because it wasn't as flavorful as I thought it would be. I want to try the boil on our next visit to see if it's gotten better. I lured in to ordering take-out from Red Lobster by the promise of a free birthday dessert through their rewards app. When I arrived at the restaurant, they weren't overly busy but there were several cars parked in the lot, a few customers trickling through the door every so often plus a couple of people for their own to-go orders. The hostess/cashier, Emma H. (according to the receipt) greeted me warmly and took my order; aside from mu complimentary birthday dessert (I chose the Chocolate Wave cake & ice cream), I also ordered a bowl of New England Clam Chowder and a medium soda to-go. The wait time was minimal; I received my food quickly. The price tag compared to the portion size was little on the steep side; my total order for the soup, soda and tip came out to $21+. When I arrived at home, my soup size was more a cup rather than a bowl, and the contents of said New England Clam Chowder consisted barely there bits of clam and the watery soup had more of potatoes rather than clam. I felt ripped off overpaying $10.99 for this concoction and $3.99 for the drink. It was pretty disappointing. The Chocolate Wave cake and ice were good; but did the complimentary dessert offset the cost of my soup? I would honestly say no; next time I get a complementary dessert or appetizer; I'f probably not pass on the offer. read more

Every year we come here when my son turns another year older, he will never miss his opportunity to come to Red lobster. It's his favorite. We made our reservations. Only had to wait like 10 minutes but the weight is always worth it. The service was excellent. The food is even better. My son always orders crab, lobster and more crab. We had a party of eight and they were on top of us. We didn't want for anything. The service was excellent. Appetizers drinks were excellent and my filet mignon that I ordered was cooked to perfection My grandson also ordered the filet mignon but they didn't cook his as much as he wanted it so that was probably my only disappointment was he had to wait while they sent his plate back. We live in California and all the Red Lobsters where we lived closed down. So we traveled 3 1/2 hours so I could have my favorite for my birthday. We decided to have lunch here before our drive around Lake Tahoe. We sat at the bar and were the only customers in the bar area. We both ordered Lobster Bisque and salad. My husband asked for Thousand Island dressing and was told they were out of that dressing and could not get it then proceeded to tell him what was available. Then it was my turn, I ordered Blue cheese and was informed that they were also unable to get Blue Cheese dressing and that I would need to make another selection. This was really a strange situation. I would think that instead of 'being out' they could maybe make some? I mean they are a restaurant. After not eating here for years, we came for a February birthday celebration. After our dinner, I'm left feeling indifferent. Overall, just a lackluster experience. The food wasn't bad. It just wasn't something to rave about. However, I took the untraditional route and the steak was cooked surprisingly well! One thing to note, the caesar salad comes with bacon so you may want to skip that if pork isn't your thing. Service took a little longer than expected, and we were the only people in the restaurant. Sadly, I feel this last visit to Red Lobster, was my last visit to Red Lobster. As per my previous reviews over many years, this has always been a fast favorite. I have always rated them as 5 stars. I know they are struggling, I know they revamped their menu, so decided to treat myself and go there for a special steak and lobster lunch. I was there on a Thursday so their special Wednesday price did not apply, I paid the full $39.99. I noticed many of my previous favorites no longer on the menu. I used to love enjoying the hot biscuits and the crisp salad as I waited for my main meal. The biscuits are there but the salad, not. My meal came with two sides and a salad was not an option for me unless I wanted to upgrade for $2.99. I also had options to upgrade the steak for additional $7.99. Made me now wonder about the steak I would be getting without an upgrade. I chose a baked potato and broccoli as my sides. The plate came and looked very good, the lobster tail was a nice size and the plate looked as I had hoped it might. The bad news was the steak was inundated with some spice mix, that was unpleasant and overwhelming and left a burning taste in my mouth. This lovely steak was now a total disappointment and one that I could not enjoy at all, I wrapped it up to take home to my dog after I rinsed it off. As all this was taking place and I realize I have paid $39.99 for a dry baked potato and a lobster tail, the manager on duty was doing her rounds. She asked how everything was. I explained what happened with the steak. She listened and confirmed that indeed they put a seasoning on the steaks (unannounced). I showed her I was taking mine home for the dog. She said to me, next time! I should simply tell them not to put any seasoning on the steak. She smiled as if this was a lovely solution for me. The next time? Sadly there will be no next time. Clearly this was a huge missed opportunity to turn this situation around. read more

It was more than enough for two people to share especially since it came with a side and the famous cheddar Bay biscuits! We had a great server who was so attentive. i've had some great experiences here and some poor ones. food is always solid and honestly sometimes better than what i normally expect from red lobster. huge fan of their new seafood boils and the new direction the restaurant has been going in. my main concerns with this location is service. i've come here a good handful of times and recently went for lunch, it was completely dead with only maybe one or two more tables. the service was horrendous, i asked to add extra crab to my boil and asked if i could also get a side or add the other butter flavor and was told no for both of these. never was informed about the sausage option and also wasn't give bibs, gloves, or an extra plate despite sharing the boil. the second time i came though i was told about the add ons and was able to get a side of the other butter. this visit was also significantly more busy, which made me wonder why the last time i asked for these things i was not allowed them. overall still love coming here but feel as if the lunch staff have a much worse attitude than whenever i've come for dinner. read more

My husband and I came here for our 5 year wedding anniversary. We weren't expecting much, since we typically do more fine dining for special occasion, but we were WRONG! I really appreciated that our waitress was able to wait until we were done with our appetizer to bring out our main course, so often I feel overwhelmed and like I need to finish the appetizer fast because now the food is there and it's getting cold. So that was definitely a bonus for me. Our waitress was attentive without being overwhelming. Once we were done eating, she came back and asked us if we were thinking about dessert, so we went ahead and ordered the strawberry cheesecake. When she brought the cheesecake out, she also brought the cutest plate that said happy anniversary, they hand wrote us a card, which was so sweet, and they gave me a little red lobster cocktail shaker and said it is going to be a part of a new drink that they're coming out with soon. The cheesecake was so good and the portion size was actually huge. I am so glad that we decided to go to red lobster for dinner that night. The food was great, the staff was great! I didn't even get pictures of the food because it looked so good, and I was starving haha. When we got the bill, we realized that not only had the manager comped our dessert, but our appetizer as well, which was going above and beyond! My husband, daughter and I came here on Sat for our date night out! The wait was only about 10 mins which was amazing. We ordered the lobster dip as an appetizer and some drinks except my little one she stuck with water of course. The lobster dip was good a bit salty but that's ok it was still tasty! I ordered my daughter the grilled chicken kids meal which she didn't like at all the chicken was very very dry, But she did enjoy the fries. The bread of course is always the best part of the meal! My husband got the salmon lobster and shrimp meal with hush puppies and coleslaw which he said was a 10/10! I ordered the new mariners seafood boil with the Cajun sauce and a side of Parmesan sauce it was absolutely tasty it didn't have much of a Cajun taste more of a black pepper taste but dang it was still so Devine! We had a nice waitress Sarah serving us, she came and gave us a few minutes and helped us with the menu. She was very friendly. Service was a little slow and our salads came with our main meal. The server apologized for it and said it was on him not our waitress. I would have liked to enjoy the salad ahead of our main course. I started on the shrimp as I like my food hot and it was just a bit on the warm side already so picked at the salad then concentrated on my shrimp. I ordered coconut shrimp which came with a sweet sauce and the skewered shrimp which was on a small bed of rice. Both were very tasty as I love shrimp pretty much anyway! My friend ordered two other types of shrimp and was disappointed she didn't get rice with hers so I shared mine. They only give you one side and we both got salads. I went to Red Lobster recently on a Tuesday to try their daily special for the 1lb of snow crab legs. Overall, I was very happy with it! I went around 6:30pm and even at a peak dinner time, we got seated right away. The server was extremely friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was very clean and had lower lighting but it really created a wonderful atmosphere. I opted for the roasted garlic and butter crab legs. What a wonderful flavor combination that was! The crab was juicy, slightly sweet and paired with the garlic and butter perfectly. The crab legs were over crunchy potato wedges that somehow managed to stay crispy even though I had to work through the mount of crab before I could even get to them! Obviously, this was a slightly messy dinner but they provided gloves, a bib, tools to open the crab legs and moistened towelettes for after. For my side, I got the brussel sprouts but honestly didn't have much room for them, however, what I did try was super good. I'd highly recommend taking advantage of the price break for the daily specials. read more
