I was already at Atlantis Casino and wanted some food. Walked around and ran into this place. Walking up there's plenty of seating. Wait a second and you'll be taken to a table. It was late so the menu was limited....but a good selection. I ended up getting the Sweet & Savory Combo....and an Orange Juice. Pancakes were fluffy and good.....bacon and sausage were good. Orange Juice was good....If you're in the area swing by and check it out.

What does a $40 buffet lunch look like in modern day Nevada? At the Atlantis it offers a wide variety of international foods. Salads and fruits is where the buffet typically kicks off, and everything here is fresh and inviting. Along the main line there is Mexican foods, Cheese Station with Caprese Salad, several Asian foods but no sushi, Pizza, a carving station with turkey, ham, sausage, and prime rib, American sides and finally a seafood station. The desert bar has gelato, cotton candy, pies, cupcakes, brownies and more. Coffee, tea, and soft drinks are included. The variety is nice. Everything that is prepared with spices or sauces is on the bland side as if they are cooking for senior citizens that find ketchup too spicy. In my opinion the lack of competition in the buffet space since 2020 is showing. The value for dollar is lacking, even at lunch and with a small locals discount this is now reserved for special occasions as opposed a regular stop. The service from the buffet staff (food stations) is friendly and they obviously take pride in the appearance of their stations. The wait/bus staff is attentive. The furnishings car clean, comfortable and holding up well since the last remodel.

Nice spot inside Atlantis to grab food. Diner type feel with lots of seating (booths and tables). Staff are friendly and we were seated quickly for breakfast. Breakfast is available all day too. The menu had lots of selections. The food was good and came out fast.

Purple Parrot in the Atlantis for late night eating. Have I been here before? I don't know. Seems impossible that I don't remember this coffee shop. It was really really good! Even the service and decor was great. Mmmm, I'll add it to my list of places to eat that are open 24 hours. Had my usual, corned beef and eggs with rye toast. I probably should have tried the hash browns instead of home fries but they were fine.

Late night visit to Purple Parrot. The Caesar salad was delicious. My favorite was the cheese crust accompanied by it. Our child also enjoyed the pasta, feedback he provided was the meat ball size was too big. Making it difficult for him to enjoy. Staff was attentive and helpful when taking our order.

Old time diner feel with many different types of food from breakfast to late night. Quick accurate service with a smile. I chose biscuits and gravy while my wife has Asian chicken salad. All at five in the afternoon. APP doesn't feel like you are in a giant casino. More like a small town diner in a strip mall. Big portions fresh and hot or cold as each should be. You don't have to stay at Atlantis to enjoy APP but if you stay there definitely find the purple bird and eat up.

My favorite breakfast... country fried steak and eggs.

Breakfast at the Purple Parrot... my favorite dish is their country fried steak and eggs. Their gravy is the best. Service is quick and it's spacious inside. It's easy to maneuver with an electric scooter.

Open 24 hours with an extensive menu, so you can't go wrong. The portions are large and my country fried steak came with 2 eggs and hash browns and a biscuit. It was delicious and my only complaint is that there are no microwaves to heat up left overs.

Steak and eggs breakfast with English muffin

I had a craving for some steak and eggs and since I was in the neighborhood, I dropped by Atlantis' Purple Parrot restaurant. It was a bit of a trek from the main parking lot since it clear across the opposite side of the casino. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no queue but the restaurant was full of diners. The cashier/hostess greeted me immediately and since I was a lone diner, I had ample choices where to sit; I chose to sit at the bar in-front of the kitchen. My server, Dahlia, appeared momentarily to take my order: (medium well) steak and (over easy) eggs which was served with a side of hash brown and a choice of toast (English muffin) with your choice of jelly (grape). Most of the food was good but the steak was a little tough; I was practically sawing it. Other than that, service (from Dahlia) was very friendly and efficient; in fact, all the servers and hostesses were super accommodating, the quality of customer service you've come to expect from casino and wished from every other business. Overall, my dining experience was positive, but it would have been better had the steak hadn't been so tough especially since the meal was $30.

We haven't been here in quite a while and sadly my fave Chinese lettuce wraps are no longer on menu However my Road Runner sandwich was still available and still tasty. Breakfast good as well. Server was great - Joe - extremely pleasant, quick and apologetic about menu change. I recommend sitting in his section if possible; you will not be disappointed !

    Country Fried steak

This place is very convenient, especially because it's open late at night. The service is very objective, fast, and straight to the point, which I really appreciate when it is late. The food always comes in great portions and is consistently well made. The Caesar salad with chicken is very good, and the country fried steak is now my favorite dish (this photo is just half of the order). Highly recommend. I just wish I had taken more (and better) pictures to do it justice.

I've been here before and the food is always fantastic! This is so typical of thr 24 hour casino diners. Always great food and good service too. They keep the tables very clean but the bus boy that was vacuuming underneath our table and others around us' was shocking and annoying...it was loud too... I've never had this happen anywhere else, Bad Form!

Our server Eddie and Tovar Maitre d', such attentive service! Eddie was very easy to talk to and we always ask questions just to enjoy the individual varied responses that we get. He was cool as a cucumber and said I picked the two most popular dishes i asked him about, the Chilean Sea-bass bass coming in first and prime rib a close second. He had a nice lighthearted manner. He recommended the Chilean Sea-bass and if you followed my reviews you know this one of my favorite dishes, I've tried to replicate the beautifully perfectly browned finish at home but to no avail,, I figured much easier to have the pros do it! This time the very different the addition was the lobster stuffed squash blossom, I have to say deliciously fried surprisingly light I enjoyed the crunch of the exterior but not so much the filing, the pieces of lobster and cannelloni beans nicely seasoned, enjoyed the sea bass but could only eat half as the bread was so delicious I couldn't stop!. The other dish lamb chops but the highlight of this dish is that you could order instead of mashed potatoes for $3.00 more you could get a baked potato with the works! See the pic, this was no ordinary spud this was a very large potato! However, recently, I've heard some people say it wasn't as good as it used to be . I was there last night. My cocktail was excellent. The flatbread was excellent. But I was totally disappointed in the clams. They were extremely salty, and in my opinion, they needed more butter and wine less salt. And, they were a little chewy. Perhaps since we didn't get there until 5:15, they were cooked early and left on simmer, continuing to cook. I really don't know. I usually order a basket of bread to go with it because the sauce is what makes so good. I ate the bread with butter because it was just too salty. The menu has also changed a bit. I miss the little pork bao buns.

I have been to the other location multiple times but this was my first visit to the Old Town Mall location. My party of four arrived on Father's Day around 9am which is a tricky time on a holiday! On this day I planned to cure my craving of breakfast-house-pancakes and they did not disappoint! I ordered the breakfast plate with two eggs, pancakes and the house-made sausage patty. The pancakes were exactly what I wanted - fluffy and soft with butter and warm maple syrup. The waitress recommended the house-made sausage and it was delish. A little kick to it and very well seasoned. Overall, it was a really lovely breakfast with great service from Lindsay! The prices here can be a little steep. With 4 people, one of whom only ordered toast and coffee, the bill came out to $80 with tip. Not too bad, but on the higher end in my opinion. That said, The Cup Cafe is one of my favorites and I'll definitely be back!

Our server was lovely, newer, but kind with a great sense of humor. The food was good. The salmon and red wine reduction was a very strange combo, skip it. The ambience was nostalgic of fine dining in days past with worn but comfortable seating and pleasant atmosphere. Although, having been too many fun dining establishments, the buses need some training. As they reached across us over us and around us to clear plates and serve. Sadly, the night was abruptly ended as the manager came over. And told us we had to leave because he had another table to seat at ours. There are many ways a manager could do this, and yes, we have been there for a little over two hours, enjoying our time, the service was slow, in a way that encouraged taking your time...a fine dining experience, which generally you would think would be unrushed. We ordered drinks, salad, salads, mains, dessert for 4... No split meals, no split tabs. One credit card and a generous tip. We had already paid the bill and were getting ready to go within the next few minutes because we all needed to be home before 8. The manager came over was extremely unkind and rude in his tone and request. He told me, without provocation, didn't care if we gave him a bad review. And two hours was long enough for dinner. We all walked out in silence, aghast at his terrible manners and words. All that to say, diner beware. This man undid a wonderful evening with a few sharp words and extremely awful service and poor manners. Realizing that had he said it nicely, we would've popped right up. We were already ready to go. And that treating your customers -who just spent a few hundred dollars with you - with respect and warmth versus treating them with contempt and rudeness. We will not be back.
