    Fixings for cracking

First things first, the service was exceptional from the hostess to the waitress. Both were very friendly and offered suggestions when I was incredibly indecisive. Our drinks were never empty left waiting to ask for a refill, and the food service from the kitchen was well paced. Though, I will say that we were not impressed with the food. For "very spicy," I didn't taste a thing which was pretty surprising; unless I'm dead inside which is a possibility. I know I am a fan of spice so my tolerance is higher, but you'd think I would feel a little mouth burn? Definitely stick to Angry Crab Shack if you want a seafood boil with spice. The seafood did taste fresh for a land-locked state and was great for someone who usually sticks to a vegetarian diet. Overall, this is a very large restaurant if you need a larger party for a celebration or even just a date night like I did. Definitely recommend happy hour as the Tito's Twisted Strawberry Lemonade for $5 was a splendid way to beat the heat at a great price! And you can't forget their famous cheddar bay biscuits. These always draw me in from time to time through the years.

We were looking for a place to have dinner on NYE's that wasn't crazy busy or crazy expensive. We were driving by Red Lobster and decided to have dinner there. It has been a few years since I've been to Red Lobster but I'm glad I went back. They offer daily specials and that day's special was steak & lobster for $29.99. Both my steak and lobster were great. My significant other enjoyed his lobster & shrimp pasta. Our server was amazing. She checked on us often and just made the experience great. I will definitely be back, especially on Wednesday fir their steak & lobster special.

The Mariana Boil Bag with roasted garlic, and original spice. Enough for two.

Really excited to eat here, after a 3 year absence and seeing the commercials. Our server Alan, was excellent. We only ordered one entree: the mariner boil bag with roasted garlic, original spice. Enough for two people. The oily bag arrived hot with two small weird looking lobsters, dozen shrimp, two pieces of corn, two small 3-leg crab legs, and potato halves. Taste was okay, but too oily. Would not order again. I received the cheesecake with a strawberry sauce as a birthday gift. Red Lobster should consider letting the Cheesecake Factory take over this responsibly. .

I was happy and appreciative that Red Lobster was open on Christmas Day. I really appreciate these restaurants that stay open for people in teeny tiny families like me, and especially people in teeny tiny families who hate to cook. We have gone out for Christmas dinner every single year for the last 35 years. I normally like Red Lobster, and today was no exception. I did order a little differently than usual, but it was good. First of all, the Cheddar Bay biscuits are so delicious - - buttery and cheesy and just so good. Only one of us ordered a cocktail, the Ruby mule, but I tasted it. It was delicious! I got grilled rainbow trout with broccoli and a baked potato. Hubby got the shrimp scampi and grilled shrimp. Son, who traded half and half meals with me, got the grilled mahi-mahi. Everything was good. It felt like quite a bit of food. We did see some people order those big platters and omg that's a serious amount of food for one person. Apparently people do it though because many people were ordering those. My only problem with the evening was the service. Our server was nice enough and when we arrived took our order relatively quickly, but once we got our food he did not come back for a long time. In fact we sat after finishing our food for a very long time. I don't want to say that he did a bad job because I'm not sure what staffing was like. He may have had more tables than usual to handle which would explain it, especially in light of the fact that it was Christmas Day and they were very full. Just something to be aware of though. I know Red lobster is in financial trouble and I hope that it is able to fix it and stick around. It's one of those places that's dependable. If you just want some seafood, you know what you're going to get when you come here. Food is a reasonable price and it's good.

    Smiling melted butter

Sooooo... a friend took me to Red Lobster, when I told her I have never been to a Red Lobster in the 23 yrs I lived in the USA. This review isn't about the food but actually something else that made me smile. The food is good and as anything else in this economy not cheap. Even for Red Lobster. The waitress was friendly. I ordered Lobster tail and a sirloin and I came with a little cup of melted butter. When I looked at the melted butter it had a big smile. (See at the picture attached) It made me smile (I know, I'm a sucker, little things in life makes me smile) Carpe diem!

    Rear ramp, handicapped

The food and atmosphere was great! Server was excellent! This is my issue this is the handicapped ramp on the side of the facility and the front. Note the special needs spots are in the back of the restaurant, instead of the front of the restaurant. Instead, there are many open spots designed for pick up. The ramp isn't accessible to all special needs people, and the front ramp going on the property is stalled by a curb, the access is just left of the curb. My sister is visibly impaired and had a hard time with both entrances. Special needs and handicapped are not just for wheelchair access, there are other disabilities too. It would be wonderful if the pick up spots and handicapped spots could be swapped

    'Medium' so called meat

Please check your meat before eating! I ordered my son a steak and lobster for the special holiday through Uber at this restaurant. I asked for Medium temp and was delivered raw meat!! This is unacceptable to accept payment for this and in good conscience send it to be eaten.

    Ultimate Endless Shrimp

A lot has changed since my last visit less than a year ago. My favorite dish (one I've ordered for over 3 decades, is gone). I contacted CS and they didn't give me a "why" just a canned response. We came here because I was gifted a gift card. We came for the endless shrimp but seeing it was $27, we both couldn't stomach that price since I don't eat enough to warrant that price tag. Online it said $25 (up from $23 the year before). I ended up ordering the stuffed flounder which I've never ever done but I had no choice since my favorite dish is gone. The stuffed flounder was tasty but the broccoli and masked potatoes were lackluster. My broccoli was also doused with oil (that defeats the purpose of ordering broccoli). The masked potatoes had a crust on them as if they were sitting under a heat lamp. I tried to just focus on the fish. My boyfriend couldn't finish his pasta and I hate that it had to be wasted instead of me being able to take it home (for example). The table menu said "no boxes". So I didn't even want to ask if I could save it from the trash can. How wasteful to not allow boxes in an effort to help reduce needless waste. I hope this policy can be reconsidered. It's not a one size fits all when it comes to people, business, and ethics. There was also an issue with my Rewards and I couldn't use a 10% promo I was emailed. Contacting CS after my visit was left with the same/similar experience as when I emailed about what happened to my classic dish. Unfortunately, this isn't the same Red Lobster I loved since I was a kid. The cheddar bay biscuits weren't even glistening with buttered tops and moist with flavor. They were dry, crumbly and lacking buttery flavor. There was nothing wrong with the service, we are low maintenance guests who don't need a lot other than water and our main dishes. Maybe one day they'll bring back the classic dish I once loved and the online customer service can improve.

    biscuits . Always so good.

Came here for my daughter's 35th birthday because it was one of her favorite restaurants. The restaurant was very inviting and clean. The Manager Connie was so nice and our server Llotel was awesome. She was so attentive and genuinely enjoyed her position with a smile. Haven't been in a restaurant where people were happy to make you feel welcomed. The food was so good. We had the Mariners Boil with sausage, Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms and a Classic Margarita. I definitely recommend visiting this Red Lobster location. Thanks for your kindness.

    Amy F.

Red lobster isn't what it used to be. The food is okay , seems pretty empty these days especially now that the endless shrimp is gone. Ted lobster needs to get hop and add seafood boils to the menu, it's basic now

On a busy Saturday night, he graciously allowed us to push it back by an hour, which we really appreciated. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed. The jungle theme, leopard prints, intimate booths, and dramatic overhead lighting created a fun, unique atmosphere. The service was excellent, the cocktails were delicious, and every dish we ordered was a hit. My son said it may have been the best steak tartare he's ever had (although neither of us was a fan of the plantain chips). It was certainly the best tartare I've had in a very long time, with generous chunks of high-quality steak instead of being overly minced. The baked brie dip was outstanding, the grilled oysters were excellent, and my New York strip was cooked perfectly. My only small criticism is that the oyster appetizer came with just three oysters. For a $19 appetizer, I'd love to see at least four. An even number also makes sharing much easier, although my son generously let me have the extra one! Overall, this is a fantastic concept with great food, great service, and a memorable atmosphere. We can't wait to come back.

We called about half hour before and made a reservation by phone. I was disappointed that my first order choice of the Seabass was unavailable and my second choice of lamb chops was also unavailable. Not sure if this is because it was a Sunday night and/or we made the reservation immediately before showing up. They were also out of the Melted Cast-Iron Brie Small Plate that we were excited about ordering for the table. We loved this restaurant because of the dark and jungle-themed interior. We were excited to see the bold taxidermy featuring the large cats combined with the ornate, gold- framed dapper animal art hanging on the walls. Another reason to love this spot: hidden inside is an entrance to a secret cocktail lounge, or speakeasy, called "Drop Dead Gorgeous." We also appreciated the entire restaurant centering around a glowing, raw wood-fire cooking pit. We could hear and watch our entrées being prepared. What we didn't love so much: the items that we would've liked to have ordered were unavailable. The price to portion ratio in the small bites could also be improved a bit. Great service from our waitress throughout the evening. We ordered: - Fire Roasted Bone Marrow for the table (3/5) - sourdough toast, jalapeño marmalade with demi. I was so excited to try bone marrow for the first time. It was interesting. Sort of like a mix between butter and fat from a steak. It tasted really good with the spicy jalapeño jelly and bread provided. I expected us to be warm and it came out cold. Still not sure if I like it or not. Maybe I'll give it a second try - White Oak Grilled Chicken Skewers (4/5) - served with shiso leaves, kimchi, shishito peppers. kosho aioli, lemon aioli, ssamjung for the table - Very yummy. We enjoyed these. We had actually changed our mind right after initially putting in the milk bread order for the table and they brought out the milk bread so quickly that our waitress said she would give this to us on the house. - Milk Bread for the table (4/5) - miso tomato butter, almond & Kalamata. Even though we changed our mind and got this sent to our table accidentally, I would order this again. It was very delicious and it comes out as an adorable little tomato shaped and colored milk bread with the toppings looking like the stem on top. So tasty and everybody loved it. A little small for our party of five. - Lemongrass Half Chicken (5/5) - Caramelized carrots, kyoto roasted garlic, mashed potatoes & jalapeno jam. Hubs loved this. He said everything was delicious and went well together. - Bomba Rice x2 (5/5) - Risotto, shrimp, linguica, chicken, piquillo peppers, green peas, kosher aioli & Parmesan. My son and his girlfriend both ordered this and said it was very good. - Shishito Caesar Salad add Chicken Skewers (5/5) - bonito, charred shishito peppers, ricotta salata, tapioca chicharron & togarashi. My daughter ordered this and said it was very good. - Spicy Peanut & Tomato Salad add Chicken Skewers (5/5) - peanut dressing, heirloom tomato, baby gem, daikon radish, onion, mala chile, whipped queso de cabra & sour nut. YUMMMM What a creative and unique salad! So glad I tried it. It has unique flavors that work well with each other and a crunch. There's also some heat that goes along with the salad. I was able to withstand it. My son would probably say it's not spicy at all. I'll be craving this salad for months to come. - Dad or Daddy Specialty Cocktail - bright, buzzed & stoned vodka, apricot liqueur, Riesling cordial, ginger, lime, topped with Red Bull Peach Edition (White Peach) - Fruity Mocktail - I asked the waitress if they had any mocktails and she asked me what I liked and gave me examples. Based on what I told her she brought me out a delicious fruity mocktail topped with fresh mint. Parking along the street at metered parking or in parking garage nearby. A few streets away from Tempe Town Lake.

We ordered a few apps to share such as the ceviche and Fried pickles and got a Ruben to share, and I must say, was incredibly tasty, just as good as I remember from our first date Then our server was absolutely incredible and was very and attentive, our drinks never reached under half full before we were asked if we wanted another, nor did our empty plates stay on our table more than 30 seconds, 10 out of 10 experience all the way around Heather, the manager made everything incredibly special for us. When i made the reservation and worked the details out with her, i just expected a table to be reserved, she went way over and beyond to make it such an incredible day for us. Words can not express the gratitude I have 10/10 Experience, if you are thinking about going here, don't think about it, do it.

"Move over, coffee. Today is a job for champagne."…read more Oh yeah, we brunchin'! A bunch of us from my spin class decided to get together for a farewell brunch for one of the gals in my Cycle class. She's a snow bird, coming to Arizona for the cooler months, and was headed home for the summer. I ordered the Bloody Goode Time ($14), shared the Porch Teatime ($45) with the table, and I ordered the Porch's Famous Mac + Cheese ($12, cavatappi pasta, four-cheese blend, with toasted parmesan bread crumbs). I had their Bloody Goode Time at their DT Gilbert location and enjoyed it so much that I got it again. It's a super savory drink that feels like a meal in itself. The Porch Teatime, we had green tea shots instead of Jamesame orange, came in a tiny teapot the server poured out into six tiny tea cups. It was adorable. As for the Porch's Famous Mac + Cheese, it was good! The portion size is just right with no leftovers in sight. Never a bad experience at The Porch!

4/11/26: wonderful food, friendly & attentive staff, very colorful decor inside. Their part of a…read moresmall strip mall & they share dining space (and the kitchen?) with the taco place next door. While we were dining, it got very busy & as we were wondering where everyone was going to sit, people started walking through the glass door between the two eateries. Drinks: lots of choices. We opted for the $16 horchata flight (flan, strawberry, mocha, espresso). The former two were my favs because I don't like coffee, but my sister def enjoyed the latter two. Food: hefty breakfast sandwich w/ sausage, cream ala creme (biscuit & fruit), BHH French toast w/ bacon. The sammy was made w/ three eggs so it was a large sammy, kinda messy. I think they need to spread out the eggs a bit more so they cover more space & don't slip out from between the bun as easily. The hashbrowns were perfectly crispy. The French toast was also a hefty serving, especially w/ the bacon tacked on. The biscuit came out w/o the whipped cream, but the young gentleman quickly brought it out when I pointed out it was M.I.A. It was not as sweet as I was expecting; not sure I'd get that again. Service: great. Order at the counter, get a number, sit down, & it's brought to you -- and it was brought out very quickly. There's only one register but as people kept piling in & crowding the front door, the young dude who served us was fast to assist & soon came out w/ a tablet to start taking orders, too. Parking: plenty.

My husband had a breakfast burrito and I opted for the biscuit and gravy breakfast. Everything was fantastic...and particularly delicious after a long night of drinking. Afterwards, he mentioned that he tasted it and agreed about our comments- I appreciate that level of attention. Shortly after, the food arrived. Spicy pork tacos for me, and BLTA for my wife. The tacos looked a little overdressed. I was so wrong. Flavor and texture were balanced perfectly. The tortillas were firm, but again, perfectly suited to the juicy pork, that had a teriyaki vibe. Sprouts, carrot and cucumber toppings worked well, despite my expectations. The BLTA was HUGE. Great flavor. Both entrees were ordered with sweet potato fries. Unusual cut to them, but seasoned perfectly. I paired mine with chipotle aioli and ate every last one. My only complaint is that I'm only spending one evening in the Phoenix area, and won't be back soon. I would eat this food three times a week without hesitation.

I ordered the pesto goat cheese spread with crostini - it was way too think and hard as a rock. Very hard to bite in to. The spread needed salt. We ordered the Pacos Tacos. I took off onions and bacon. My husband had it just the way it comes. We really enjoyed those. The black beans it came with was absolutely delish My daughter and her hubby ordered the grilled cheese. My daughters came with pear spiced bread - tasted like raisin bread - none of us cared for it. Service was good. Not a place we would go back to. I do like that all salads could be turned in to a wrap. The drink menu looked fun. Cute atmosphere- you should secure a reservation.

My drink was good, but this time it was heavier on the lemonade & not the cranberry juice. We always order the pretzel bites & queso. This time the cheese sauce was a bit spicy. We kept waiting for them to come out, but we didn't have them when our meals came. Our server didn't put them in. We had her put them in anyway. They also had a lot of table salt on them this time. Hubby got the traditional wings with blue cheese dressing. I got the fish sandwich and onion rings. I really wanted a fish sandwich. Theirs comes with jalapeño tater sauce. I don't like the taste of jalapeño & I don't like spice. I ordered mine with Mayo & pickles. Hubby liked his wings. I took one bite & spit it out because the fat wasn't rendered. The blue cheese dressing was good & had crumbled blue cheese on top. My fish sandwich was okay. It was a bit over cooked & greasy. The onion rings were okay. Service was super slow as we waited awhile for to go boxes & then again for the check. We will take a break from here for a little while. That's my biggest problem with restaurants; no consistency!
