We usually dine in and it's been good. Today we ordered out and the food was very different The wings tasted old. I order A side Caesar salad. The lettuce was brown and wilted and the croutons were stale. I spend $56.00 and called to complian only about the salad. Was told I can only get a refund if I go back to the restaurant and bring back the salad. You would think that after spending 56.00 dollars and charged 6.00 for the salad they would refund my money. Service at this location is always pretty good. The food needs a little help. We got some wings and a salad. The wings were very dry, so they weren't freshly cooked. We asked for some extra sauce and that helped. They need to update this location. For gods sake, please wipe off the salt and pepper shakers they are sooo gross with dried food and sauce on them. We had a group of 11 people heading to a Spring Training game, not sure if this person was a manager or not but as the doors were unlocked to open the restaurant the first words out of this persons mouth were "Do you have a reservation, for this many people we need a reservation" We were only there to drink, no food. There were 2 other people in this restaurant at that time. Truly disappointed in how we were treated at an initial interaction as a patron at a restaurant. I ordered their pound of boneless honey BBQ wings. They were chewy and not hot as in temperature. They were more like room temperature. The boneless wings were small and looked like strips of chicken. I ordered them with "Saucey" selected. They barely had any sauce on them. It looked like someone barely drizzled sauce on them. The sauce was good and the chicken tasted good but they were chewy. I will never order wings from here again. They were utter crap. Buffalo Wild Wings has better boneless wings. Our server Chelsea is always a sweetheart!! She is fast, friendly, upbeat and attentive to her customers. The rest of the place has definitely gone down hill from last year. It always seems extra hot inside, dirty and just not "well kept. I think it is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL for anyone who calls themselves a manager to sit at the establishment they work for in uniform drinking alcohol. The staff besides Chelsea all stand around looking at eachothers phones, including the secondary manager who wears a baseball hat and looks about 2, when floors have food on them, the patio has dirty cups, the tables are sticky and did I mention it was like 90 degrees in there!!! Clean up the place, show pride in the job. Its sad we used to Like it here but there's plenty of other wing places around. The 2 male managers and bad bar tender make this place a 1 star. read more

These were like KFC wings with sauce on them. And the sauces were nothing to call home about , either. We tried the hot wings. Average. I got some Jalapeno wings, they had no flavor at all, just dry, fried, breaded chicken wings. Also tried their super hot flavors but really, not worth the trip. We ordered for delivery, wrong pizza delivered. Unfortunately, we ordered through Postmates and they essentially comped us for the missing toppings. Problem with that? That leaves a plain cheese pizza! Never again will we order from native or Postmates. We also ordered two Native cookie sundaes that looked like two burned pieces of toast. They actually looked like half cookies. Didn't expect this....$80 order ruined with this response from Native "I can't do anything about this since it was Postmates that you ordered from" Does it really take an act from God to get a full refund or get another pizza or cookies delivered?
