One of the best service experiences I have had lately. Our server Malik was incredibly genuine and acknowledgeable on the menu. We went on a Wednesday night while it was raining, and the door host held the door open for us as we ran in. The two of us shared the feast plate where u choose two main dishes, two shrimp dishes, and two sides. We chose lobster tail and crab legs as mains and both were great. They brought out separate plates w tools and wet wipes for cracking the crab too. They were out of the bacon wrapped scallops that night, so instead we ordered the Lobster Dip which was perfect. Malik made great cocktail recommendations for us as well. The restaurant played a mix of music from the 90s to todays pop hits at a good volume. Took my best friend for her birthday, as you can see, we absolutely devoured. Jack, out waiter, was AMAZING. Even ran out into the rain to bring us a wallet that was forgotten on the table. He was very sweet as was the rest of the staff. All of the food you see plus 2 drinks was only about $60 WITH TAX AND TIP! A whole pound of crab! Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon - So, I tried all of the meat items and attempted to steal my sisters Lobster Mash Potatoes, but no go, I value my life. The lobster was very good with a firm bright flavor that was not overdone or rubbery. The Salmon,... I should have ordered a side of salmon, because it was perfectly done. I was able to steal about three shrimp and each one did not disappoint. They were well seasoned and cooked thoroughly without being over seared. Well done all the way around. For desert we shared a Vanilla Cheesecake and that is always good. I will have to stop waiting so long to hit the lobster. After many months we decided to try them last Friday night. At first tried to sit us at a small table but I politely asked for a bigger one, he said let get my manager and the manager pointed us to the biggest table. My parents wanted to come to Red Lobster for their 50th anniversary. We go here a little before the dinner rush around 6:15pm. We were seated within 5 minutes. We were greeted by the hostess and was asked if we were celebrating anything and we told her we were celebrating our parents' 50th anniversary and she congratulated them. After we were seated the waitress came by and told our drink orders and also asked if we were celebrating anything and we told her that it was our parents' 50th anniversary and was congratulated. The food food was delicious and prices were reasonable. Overall service was good. I did take 1 star off because we were asked multiple times if we were celebrating anything special, you would think the hostess would pass on to the waitress that we were celebrating our parents' 50th anniversary. Also being asked so many times, you would think that they would offer a discount or a free dessert for celebrating an 50th anniversary there, but there was nothing, so why even ask? There was a table that sat next to us a little later and was also asked if they were celebrating anything special, which they were celebrating a birthday, hope they got something special. Even a congratulations from the restaurant manager and/or cook would have been a nice gesture considering it was a 50th anniversary celebration. I guess the days of great service by a restaurant and offering a free dessert for a celebration is out the door. Had a gift card that we need to use do we decide to use our gift card and sat at the bar for dinner. As we walked in I noticed how nice and clean the entry way was. We took to seats at the bar and Jason H. Greeted us with a friendly smile. He started off with two glasses of water, and then asked us if we wanted something to drink as I was not feeling well but my BF got a jack and Coke. I had some tea. Sitting at Red Lobster, as I type this... First off the food was decent, what you would expect from Red Lobster. But this review is more so for the waitress. Her name is April, and you can totally tell we were treated different. The couple who came after us ordered two ultimate feasts. April was chatting up a storm with them, laughing and everything. Offering them biscuit refills and even pushed them to get more even if they didn't want any so they could take it home with them. We were never offered a biscuit refill. When we thanked her for our drinks she never even responded. We thanked her again for our food and yet no response for that either. If you treat us differently because you think we're not going to tip then that's exactly how we'll treat you. I thought all waitresses knew that you should treat all patrons the same, especially when you rely on tips? I guess not. As a former red lobster server/bar tender/assistant manager, the stars strictly go to our server Stephen and their culinary manager, Arnel. I would've gave five stars but the food wasn't up to par this time around. My parents and I came for lunch around 12pm and were greeted promptly and got sat to our table within five to ten-ish minutes. Our server Stephen did an exceptional job in taking care of us. From being prompt, polite and compassionate to my parents and I. The food was spaced out perfectly without having to wait too long or have the food come out too close to one another. Drinks were served and refilled on time, our requests for small items were brought to us quickly. I overheard the staff saying he had six tables, and for him to be that quick without showing any stress from being in the weeds was amazing. The culinary manager is super professional and for him to walk to the front of house and greet guests shows his dedication and compassion towards his restaurant. The food: I ordered a piece of grilled salmon and a side of wild rice pilaf and a loaded baked potato. The swordfish was not good at all.. very dry, tough, and flavorless. I had to ask for extra scampi butter on the side to add some kind of flavor to it. The rice was hard, but at the least the baked potato never fails. My parents ordered the full salmon New Orleans and lobster tacos. I got to try a bit of both and their entrees did not disappoint; both were rich and flavorful. Red Lobster is a little pricey, but they do have a huge menu with different preparations of seafood, dessert and drinks. Parking isn't an issue here but don't forget to hide all valuable things because that area is a prone to break ins. Anywhooo do I recommend red lobster?
