Delicious, fun and entertaining too! The staff at Napa Valley Lobster are real professionals. If you are searching for the highest food quality, lovely attention to detail and great customer service, give them a call. My husband hired them to cater a " monumental" birthday celebration... they knocked it out of the park! Our guests are still raving about the succulent lobster. Thank you Napa Valley Lobster Co. for helping to make beautiful memories!

I was invited to a lobster feed fundraiser dinner for breast cancer. Napa Valley lobster company catered this event and when I tell you everything was fresh , hot, beautifully prepared mouthwatering and delicious!! I'd never been to a lobster feed, always a crab feed and we always have to bring your own butter and other condiments , they supplied everything ! I was extremely pleased the artichokes, the garlic, the sausage, the potatoes, the corn, and of course, the shrimp and lobster were magnificent couldn't have gotten any better. They even gave the lessons on how to crack the lobster!! You have to try this place highly recommend this restaurant!

Artichokes. Yum.

Looking for a fun, interactive dinner idea that will wow your guests and be amazingly delicious? Napa Valley Lobster Co is definitely your best choice. For a very reasonable per person cost, they come to your home (or park, winery, venue etc) and cook a fabulous meal that includes a whole lobster, shrimp, sausage, artichoke, corn, potatoes and bread. But it doesn't stop there. The friendly staff covers your tables with paper and sets out bibs, napkins, butter, hot sauce, salt & pepper. When the food is ready, it's poured onto the table and your guests are ready to dig in. Staff then cleared away all of the debris, boxed up leftovers for us and were gone. No fuss, no muss, just a magical evening. You HAVE to try them. You'll love it!

NV Lobster Co. CRUSHED our event! We had such a wonderful, fun, educational experience with Ines and her crew! From start to finish, we had no complaints. The display of the 'pour' onto the table was beautiful and so fun! Once the pour happened, we all took our seats and got our bibs on, and started going in! Ines came by each table to give a demonstration on how to properly crack the lobster and we had a blast eating like caveman! The food was PHENOMENAL! As I write this my mouth is watering thinking of the corn, which is typically something one wouldn't normally right home about, but this, along with the lobster (of course!) the shrimp, artichoke, garlic, potatoes and the bread were all cooked to perfection. You will not regret having such a fun yummy experience with the NV Lobster Co for your next family reunion, work event, birthday, or a night in!

Opened the package. Not pictured is all the condiments that accompanied this dinner for 2.

Fantastic! Loved everything about this experience from the easy ordering and smooth pick up to the complete lobster feed dinner with every condiment included, even the newspaper for the table. Lobsters were large, food was cooked perfectly and the shrimp was outstanding. An ideal way to entertain- invite your friends over, place your order and, viola, instant lobster boil in your own home. Clean up is a breeze and everyone is focused on each other versus cooking and cleaning. Thoroughly enjoyed this evening and am thrilled to have this offering in Napa.

The NV Lobster Co is a top notch company to work with. Very responsive and reliable. I put together events for corporate clients at wineries and hired them for an event and the winery and client both raved about them. Will definitely work with them in the future.

Top. Notch. These words best describe working with Ben and team at Napa Valley Lobster Co. We were able to take our hybrid fundraiser to a whole new level offering to-go style lobster boil meals. It was fun and different and oh so delicious! Lets definitely do it again! Thank you!!

Napa Valley Lobster Company hosted my husband's 50th birthday party. The entire process was simple and low stress. Adriana, the events manager, was pleasure to work with. She was prompt to answer my questions and made the process easy by providing a list of need to know information along with what the client will provide and what the company will provide for the event. I told Adriana my husband is a huge crawfish fan and it would be great if we could include some in the boil. She made it happen. The event was fantastic! Her crew did an excellent job from setup to clean up. They were friendly, professional, and the food was delicious! It was such a fun and memorable way to celebrate. My husband and guests thoroughly enjoyed the feast!

Upon entry and seeing people dressed very relaxed, my assumption was curved. The inside was relatively small, we sat at small table in the back near the "kitchen" food pick-up area is the best way to describe it. Our waiter was okay, provided us the nightly specials and acknowledged our Anniversary. Nothing beyond the standard greeting. Drinks: very basic in my opinion; subjective I get it. Me and my guests were not wow'd. We had to ask for additional supplements for the Lavender Lemon Drop and Georgia Peach or something Peach with bourbon, peach puree, etc. Appetizers: PrimeRib Sliders, Fried Coconut Prawns and Lobster Bisque. Again taste is subjective, being from the south, flavors and richness is a MUST. I can't say we got that. Our guest throughly enjoyed the prawns and said the sauce was GREAT. I'm use to a VERY rich, cozy Lobster bisque and this missed the mark, and there was barely any lobster. Entrees: 8 oz Filet Mignon, Prime Rib, Crab enchiladas and Scallops. Filet was requested as medium, came out almost done, no pink in sight. While my guest was disappointed, they didn't feel like the battle of waiting for it to be corrected, disappointing. Prime Rib, was okay. The guest barely finished it. Pan Roasted Maine Scallops, were okay, cooked fine. Meal ended once a gnat landed on the crisp crackers. Crab Enchiladas: A very unique dish. Plentiful for sure; taste basic. Essentially a taco with all the fixings with crab sprinkled in minus a shell. No dessert for us; however, we were offered a cupcake with a candle for our anniversary. While this review is my/our experience, the restaurant missed the mark with this basic, dry store bought cupcake. I refuse to believe this was made in house. Perhaps one of the menu dessert options would have been better. We'll never know. My expectations were not met. Hope yours is.

She was attentive, friendly, and funny. And she knew exactly when to step in and offer great suggestions. The server assistants were also top-notch, stepping in frequently to refill our waters and offering to get us to-go bags when we finished our meal. The stellar service made the evening unforgettable and super-special. The food was also outstanding. I had the pork cutlet with capers and butter -- absolutely delicious! The cutlet was thin with a wonderfully crispy exterior and soft, buttery interior. The sauce on top didn't overwhelm the meat. The portion was so huge I enjoyed leftovers for lunch the next day. Other members of our party got the seafood and meat pastas (universally praised for freshness and perfectly cooked pasta). The appetizers were standouts as well, including the lightly fried olives with anchovies (a real surprise since the anchovies were mellowed by the cooking process but kept their savory deliciousness). The chop salad was also a revelation. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience. We will gladly return to Scala when we are back in Napa!

The ambience was genuine French countryside (with a mix of a sports bar inside that didn't really match??), but given everything else was off the charts we didn't mind. The service was 5-star level with their manners, panache, and the knowledge and experience you would only expect at a Michelin-grade chophouse. The food. Spectacular. No words. Presentation was surprisingly impressive even with their side dishes. Their New Zealand Lamb Chops were criminal. Lamb will never be the same after having theirs. It. Was. Perfect. I did not care for any of their side sauces, which were on point, but I just prefer a simpler wine sauce. The wife ordered the Filet Mignon, which was prepared perfectly and was that melt in your mouth tenderness you hope for. Their included sides were asparagus, glazed carrots, AND mashed potatoes which were all fantastic. Appetizer was a jumbo white prawn cocktail which was good (wife birthday choice ;), even though I was eying their Wood Oven Oyster Rockefeller with spinach, bacon, and bearnaise sauce. Next time...sigh. The dessert was so good it was like torture after being so full. Thought I just had the best cheesecake ever that weekend at the Fairmont which was a Pistachio cheesecake with Boscotti crumbles. This blew it away. DARK CHCOLATE OREO CRUSTED WITH A DARK CHEERY COMPOTE. O.M.G. Wife had a banana crème brûlée which was equally amazing. Oh and they forced us to have as many dessert drinks as we liked (her bday came in handy) on a drink cart. (A full bar lol from scotches, sherries, brandies, ports, any style of chocolate liqueur). The dish had good flavor with the highlight being how fresh the shrimp tasted. Next level freshness that would resonate through the meal. The one thing I would adjust with this dish is the level of crispiness. I normally order fries extra crispy and I should have done the same with this. Next was the french onion soup and the Caesar salad. The soup was classic style with the onions being on the sweeter side. Good rendition. The salad was something that my friends had raved about and it was quite good. Nothing wrong with it but I have had better. The presentation was cool too. For my entree I had the ribeye steak. It comes with potatoes and vegetables. The steak was good but I would have preferred a higher char level. I ordered medium rare and it was closer to medium. Cooked at a higher temp for a shorter time would have been better, still the steak had good flavor. The potatoes and veggies were uninspired but there was nothing wrong with them. I order fries on the side which like the calamari could have been crispier. The peppercorn sauce was delicious. My wife had one of the specials for her entree, the ahi poke salad. This dish was delicious. Again the freshness of the seafood stood out. A terrific balance of flavors with some wasabi heat. 10 for 10. It was my birthday so the restaurant gave me a free chocolate mousse dessert which was delightful. All in all a good meal. We will likely return but next time focus on the seafood as I believe this is where Cordeiro's excels.

It's small, but decor is lovely, the space is intimate. This particular location is a hop and a skip away from the Bel Aire Plaza. If you are parked by the Trader Joe's end of the plaza, you can walk to Oke Poke. I've actually had poke in Hawaii. But that was several decades ago. Yes that's decades with an S. My rather aged experience was more of a pure poke with a few sides. For example, you might get tuna poke with some white rice and seaweed salad. The recent culinary fashion to create bowls hit hard with the poke bowls at Oke Poke. You build your bowl in six steps with extensive selections to make at every step. There were so many choices that my brain boggled and it was with great relief that I was able to pick a standard bowl. If you really want to build your own bowl, you may want to bring a spreadsheet. By the time you're done picking the bowl looks like the wildest mix that a six-year-old might toss together. For the first bowl, I chose not to have my ingredients smooshed together. However chaotic it might look, the flavors remained distinct. From bite to bite you got a different texture and flavor. The tuna was fantastic a true poke direct from Hawaii. I never saw or heard of shrimp or squid poke in Hawaii. Overall, my first bowl was so inspiring that even though I was so full, I decided I had to do takeout. For take out from Oke poke. I chose the spicy Yaki, a sweet and spicy mix. in the interest of diversity, I decided to try a smooshed Poké bowl. The smooshing compacted my selection of tuna, salmon and albacore into kind of a solid fish lump. Like tuna salad. It would've been smarter to pick ingredients that would remain distinct like shrimp and tuna. But the smooshed version was still delicious.( About 22-ish bucks including tax and tip) Both times I ordered the medium bowl and honestly, they were ginormous. I was convinced that there were actually two servings in the bowl. But both times it was so delicious that I gobbled up the entire bowl. [for ladies who have arrived at my certain age, abandoned thine corsets, thine frocks and opt for modern corset-less attire. May I recommend this thing called elastic and that further miracle, spandex? 'Tis a most comfortable attire for this establishment with their most generous and irresistible portions. Nay, such attire is most respectable as the term "casual" encompasses everything from every era including Saint Patrick's green. I do not presume to offer advice for gentlemen's wear since the mysteries of this apparel are beyond me. However I cannot perceive any difference between ladies and gentlemen's attire and my advice mayhap be gender neutral] I had a quick glance at the prices of the bowls, and if you want leftovers, I would recommend the large bowl. The increase in price is relatively small for what you get. All in all, the Poké bowl is a great idea and does not detract from the traditional poke experience. And from my squid loving background, you know I'm traditional. Since poke is served cold, it actually makes great takeout as long as you eat it up within a day maybe two if you're pushing it and have a really cold fridge. All in all, both bowls were delicious and I'm interested in trying some of the other combos. Why I might rise to the challenge and build my own bowl. Just what the heck is a poke nacho? Inquiring minds want to know.
