Plenty of indoor seating, table seating, and counter seating. Open 7 days a week. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self kiosk service when you enter. Two kiosks available. Self service drinks. Self service everything/counter service, if that means anything. Plenty of employees everywhere. The manager was visible. Price - $7; expensive, but that is the cost for quality. The fries came out like frozen fried in old oil, and were just warm. I asked for fresh fries, which took 10-15 minutes to get and still were terrible. The pickle jar had a few pieces of pickles in it and they tasted old. They weren't replenishing them. The burgers were not that great. Nothing we had was worth the price you pay. I think the management of this particular SDB isn't as good at the one in Emeryville. I won't be going here again. I'd rather give my business to Gott's in Napa. Gott's seems to be far more consistent between their restaurants SDP has been hit and miss. There's no consistency between their restaurants. In-n- out is far more consistent than these guys!

On to the food - the crispy taco, ahi tuna tacos were delightful, with generous portions of ahi, avocado, and a wonderful amount of flavor, in a crispy shell. The flavorful cream complements the hash browns, eggs, and ham very well. My nephew said his corned beef hash was very tasty. The Boon Fly donuts were soft, warm, and sweet. When our friend said yes, our server asked if he wouldn't mind asking my husband if he had another shirt he could change into or if he had something to wear over the tank top. My husband was a little embarrassed that our friend had to be the one to relay that message. We just wished there was another way the business could have expressed that to him. The restaurant dining area was nice and elegant and the food was delicious. For the most part, the rest of the experience was good.
