LOVED this little hole in the wall on our recent trip to beaver creek. We actually had to stop here twice! Parking is easy but restaurant is small and the staff are SO NICE and friendly. Despite restaurant being small I did not have difficulty finding two open seats for brunch. The menu is extensive! It can be pretty hard to pick just one sandwich. Their house potato chips were absolutely delicious, I tried the Maui onion flavor and had to look this up to see about buying for my own home. I loved that they had delicious gluten free bread however I have been told the regular bread is also very good! Would definitely stop here on any trip to eagle vail

Stopped here on the way to a Breck from the airport. Small location with a few seats, indoor and plenty outside and lots of options for breakfast lunch including sandwiches and salads. I ordered a Grilled chicken salad with cranberries, pecans, onions, tomatoes, and a balsamic vinaigrette. Pretty good!

    Storefront and another lucky customer!

Food: amazing. Service: friendly. Ambiance: Pleasant. Checked in and can't recommend this place enough. Menu is massive but highlights for us were the La Jefa Burrito and the Pink Panther Iced Latte. HIGHLY recommend!

My favorite cafe in Eagle! I loved the snickers latte with oat milk - extra sweet for that extra snickery taste is the way to go if you like your coffee on the sweeter side. I got a breakfast sandwich with all the meats and it was incredible... my only regret was not getting extra butter on it but that's the TX in me showing. A great place to try if you're nearby. Oh and all sandwiches can be made hot to help warm you up in the chilly winter months. Swing in and try this local gem. PS: they have the sweetest and most helpful staff, don't be scared to ask for help ahead of ordering. Trust me - you'll be WELL taken care of.

Stumbled on this place while visiting helicopters at HAATS. Can't go wrong. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Reading the bad reviews, I can't help, but wonder if the majority of them are actually from Eagle?…read more This is a new restaurant and it has been well received as a great addition to our little community. I don't know the owners personally, but I've watched their staff work through the kinks of opening a brand new restaurant in a tough small Mountain town environment (limited work force and resources) and have done a great job (even when it's crowded, I've had excellent service). ....AND our family absolutely loves the food. We've been here at least a dozen times and never had a bad dish... Our favorites are the southwest skillet, the Chilaquiles, and my kids love the pancakes. As for lunch, I've had both the chicken sandwiches and they were awesome. If you're visiting, please know that it is very hard for our local businesses to survive here due to circumstances well beyond their control. Bad reviews leave an out-sized impact on these small businesses in small mountain towns. If you bring a little patience and understanding, I think this place will leave you glad you came.

Few minutes we had our drink and food orders taken. The coffee came out very quickly. Our food took a little bit longer but again the place was pretty packed so we didn't mind. I ordered the salmon eggs benedict and it was good. Pretty standard fare. A friend of mine got the Turkish eggs (eggs over Greek yogurt with Turkish sauce). He said that description was accurate and that he probably wouldn't get it again. I didn't try it, but it looked decent. The interior is bright, upbeat and happy. I think that's one of the best ways I can describe it. Maybe it's because I was heading to go fishing? I'd definitely go there again. It's a good fun locals spot and has a pretty extensive menu for everyone. People we getting pancakes and fresh juice. It's a nice addition to the area.

Growing up working and enjoying restaurants, I know the importance of a positive first impression that carries throughout the entire dining experience. Every time I come in, I am met with a personable, friendly, and knowledgeable employee, willing and able to suggest anything to tickle my fancy for an elevated dining experience. I can tell there is a lot of fun to be had amidst the people working because everyone is smiling and seemingly having a great time. These are some of the themes I was excited to embrace as I took on planning one of my friend's birthdays. Being a planner, I started talking with the manager, Morgan to ensure everything went smoothly. Morgan went above and beyond to assure I was aware of all of the logistics that went into coordinating the best birthday party at Capitol Public House. I definitely did not make things easy for her. Despite the back and forths that came from an indecisive group of people, Morgan was able to get us an estimate of what the minimum would be to host the party, she was able to ensure we would have the back room for a party of 30, on a Saturday, at 17:00 (crazy busy time for the restaurant); all the while delegating herself with gracious kindness and clear communication. This was so nice to be met with, especially considering how any other person (including myself) would have lost patience considering the circumstances of the situation. Having seen and been a part of parties at this restaurant, I know that the night would have been a spectacular experience. Unfortunately, the other members of the party decided to take charge and make new plans. I was so sad that our work wasn't rewarded that I felt I needed to share my experience of planning the party so others would have a feel for the ease and excitement I experienced while doing so. To Morgan and everyone at CPH, thank you for your outstanding and considerate service, always, especially in planning this party. Y'all rock socks!
