I don't know what's goin on with Yeti's grind in eagle but the last three times I've been there for my favorite cold brew cup of coffee it's tasted like an old cup of muddy iced water Yuck! First time it happened I complained to the counter girl as I poured out my full cup of cold brew and she apologized and said that it was old?!?! Well Why was it served to me then?!?! My next visit not much better Instead of a repeat of my last visit I asked how old was the cold brew coffee and was told that it was 4 days old cloudy and bitter Very disappointing I'm surprised with Yeti's performance with the practice of keeping the cold brew on the shelf for so long and serving it in that condition I will no longer be ordering the cold brew from Yeti's The counter person wasn't to concerned with my dissatisfaction of the quality of the beverage either I hope that they get things together soon and work on customers satisfaction read more

I will start with I love this place. When the good crew is working, everything runs super smooth. However, on those days when the idiots are present, that making sure they look cool and hip is a whole lot more important than what the customer orders, is when nothing is right with this place. I know it's tough time, and finding a good workforce is difficult, but some screening, more than a pulse and breathing should be required to work. Cool hat, cool hair, and hipster look, keep the crap at home show up for work and do your best. Not sure owner, or manager, or anyone who gives a rats ass will read this. This coffee shop makes excellent espresso drinks, and are located in a really cute little downtown area. You should visit and hang out at some other shops and restaurants while you're here. They have a blackboard with their current special custom drinks. The last time I visited I tried the Italian Stallion. It's a latte with mix of caramel and white mocha sauces. It was creamy and delicious. They also have a location in the Vail Village. You can't go wrong with either, but the Eagle location is easier to access if you're driving through the area. read more

Big fan of this local coffee shop. Depending on the weather I'll go with either an Iced or Hot Oat Seasonal Latte of choice. The mini sign always has the best recommendations so I never think twice when ordering. I have contemplated writing this review for some time. I absolutely love the old Yeti's but the new Yeti's not so much. The old Yeti's used to have kind locals working the counter and a low key small town vibe. My family has come here frequently for many years. Unfortunately the new Yeti's now resembles the Vail location and has taken a turn for the worse. The trendy decor makes the place lack comfort and completely misses the mark on the homey feel it once had. The new staff (a few which I feel I may have seen at the Vail location) are completely rude, impatient, and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them just for being there. Old Yeti's would be 5/5 stars but unfortunately this is now a knock off of the Vail location. It's no longer a place that is "Committed to Eagle" as their sign claims. If you didn't know the old location with the friendly staff, you will probably love this place. Coffee is still good like it always was. If you have been a customer for years you may understand what I'm saying and wish this change had never happened. What a shame. read more

I had the brekkie sandwich yesterday and thought it was the best sandwich I have had in a long time, so I was so excited to have it again. So I ordered it again today and was quite disappointed. Different bread was used on today's sandwich which was a thinner slice of bread vs. the bread used the 1st day, so the sandwich was soggy and greasy. So, I first tried Yeti's in Vail and I really disliked the coffee there. Friends say I should try again. So today I tried it again and I really disliked the coffee in Eagle. I am from Seattle and guess the style coffee is much different there. It's also quite different than the style in San Fransisco and Los Angeles. But, it foes remind me of the coffee in New Jersey. My friends in New Jersey love the coffee there and I would rather not drink it. Tome the coffee tastes green and bitter. I prefer a more full bodied roast with less better overtook. They were troubled to make any of their sandwiches and seemed more annoyed customers were there so we had to settle on only a fraction of items from their already small menu. I heard the girls working tell the next 3 people who came in that "we are closing soon!" When it was 2:38. I guess some people just don't like to make money. I didn't expect there to be any decent coffee anywhere near here. I live in the foothills near Denver, and the best coffee around----is all the way in Lakewood. So, I was skeptical when we rolled into Eagle. Plus, the name "Yeti's Grind" reminds me of "Bigfoot Java" back home in Seattle--and those places are ones to be avoided if you like coffee. With reluctance, we entered Yeti's. The space itself features high ceilings, an incredible wooden floor, and simple, clean wooden accents around the bar. The baristas were beyond friendly. I took a chance and got a 12 oz latte with honey. The milk was steamed perfectly. Amazing, velvety consistency, and even though it was poured in a to-go cup, it still featured beautiful latte art. The barista only added a little bit of honey, and told me that if I needed more, they had it available on the condiment counter. I really appreciate not overdoing it on flavors, and the amount she added was perfect. The espresso, now. The ESPRESSO. I was floored. I did. Not. Expect. Such great espresso from this little town. Yeti's is where it's at. Yep, we'll be back for sure. I'm so glad we found this place. Can't speak for the food, cuz who needs that when you have coffee, coffee, coffee? read more

Great drink selection I highly recommend the Lonestar which has cinnamon, chocolate, cayenne. The atmosphere is very friendly with lots of comfortable places to hang out and enjoy your food and company. The only knock is they take forever brewing their drinks. On one hand each drink is expertly hand crafted. On the other hand they do them one at a time on a manual machine. So, slow... All the food I had there was fresh, tasty and we'll done. read more

Sorry Denver, this might be my new favorite coffee spot in the state of Colorado. I had the pleasure of spending a couple days writing and brainstorming at Yeti's Grind while visiting Eagle. And when you spend all day in a coffee shop, you tend to eat and drink more than normal (I do at least). I had their bacon breakfast burrito, Italian stallion latte, caprese panini, raspberry lemonade, honey lavender latte, and savory bacon scone. My favorite coffee item was the Italian stallion latte, and my favorite food option was the breakfast burrito - I love it when they grill the burrito so it's nice and crunchy rather than a big mushy mess. When you order a coffee, they even put a design in it for you, which basically turns me into a giddy child. It's a small artistic touch that will always make me grin when I see it, can't ever get old. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, while also being professional. Sometimes small coffee shops can feel stuck up, but I didn't get that impression at all here. And I felt perfectly comfortable sitting outside and writing for hours. It wasn't too busy where you feel rushed to leave, and there is plenty of seating space inside, and some outdoor seating options as well. Most people just pick up a coffee and leave, so not too many lingering folks. If I lived in Eagle, I would most certainly visit every single week. read more

Great, strong, flavorful coffee. My husband is a true coffee snob (I only consider myself a semi coffee snob) and he thought the coffee was out of this world. Great decor, arrangement, and friendly staff. We had the Breggo's (a breakfast-type dough-ey, egg-ey, salsa-ey thing) and, while they tasted FABULOUS, they were quite expensive for a breakfast item. For two coffees and two breggos, we shelled out a whopping $17. We have also been to the Yeti's in Vail Village and the caramel apple cider is to. die. for. On our way to Palisade, we needed a caffeine pick-me-up and found Yeti on Yelp. On a warm day, we were both in the mood for hot coffee drinks - that never happens. Friendly staff, neat atmosphere with lots of seating, unique and interesting drinks. I ordered something super "fall"...pumpkin and cinnamon with almond milk, something like that. I like my drinks a bit sweeter, and this was on the less sweet side - but in truth I'd rather have it less sweet than TOO sweet. My guy got the spicy mocha of some sort and was expecting it to have more of a "spicy kick" but enjoyed it all the same. It's a nice touch to get a fun foam design on both.
