What an amazing donut(s)!! Always wanted to try it whenever I'm in the area, but the lines are outrageous! I've actually waited in line (the one in Glendwood Springs) for 20 mins and left. That's when I came to this location! It's no bebopping, but I got to try heavenly donuts without the line. Cute little place, I believe there's one table for sit down. It was raining when I went, so wasn't sure if there were any outdoor seating. The service was phenomenal. I told them I left GS and came to this location, the guy added extra donut holes to my cinnamon sugar croughnut!!! I didn't even know until I got back into the car and reached for the croughnut. It definitely made "snacking" a little easier while driving. And these donut holes didn't taste like any ordinary powder donut holes. I believe they're croughnut holes. Nice little spot for a breakfast bite and some coffee. The burritos were surprisingly good -- dense and flavorful -- though be prepared to wait 5-6 minutes for them. Worth the wait, but I get the sense some came in for a grab and go. Understandable being attached to a gas station but this ain't that. The donuts were a hit with our family. I had high expectations for Sweet Coloradough in Eagle after visiting the Glenwood Springs location earlier this year. My breakfast burrito arrived cold in the middle even though the outside was hot, strange.The green chili inside the burrito was amazing though, will probably try again at the other location. My gf got the cronut and really enjoyed that, stated it was fresh. Will not be back to this location. Service was excellent they asked many times if we needed anything additional and explained everything thoroughly. Building is attached to a gas station which was a bit odd, but once you're inside it doesn't feel like part of the gas station. read more

I had very high hopes for this location as I have tried their Glenwood location and LOVED IT. I loved it so much that I dream about coming back and getting more of their donuts. Be warned that this location does not live up to its other locations. I came in on a Sunday morning thinking that the donuts were going to be fresh. I got a cronut - also known as a croissant donut which was good! I also ordered a dozen of donut holes - those however tasted like it was a day old which was disappointing. I also was hoping this location had different breakfast sandwiches but they only served breakfast burritos which was fine. I ordered a sausage burrito which was good... (at first). The burrito has green chili in it which was a good additive! The only bad thing about it was halfway into eating the burrito, it got really really cold as if they didn't cook the sausage and potatoes enough - almost to the point it was still frozen. I was disappointed that the burrito was not cooked throughly and had to toss the rest of my burrito. I don't think I will be coming back to this location but am willing to try out the other locations. read more

Excellent doughnuts here - the size of these are huge so splitting one doughnut between 2 people may be enough. I tried their classic glaze and it was certainly better than any donut chain places I've been to. The workers here were extremely friendly and very accommodating- they even had a donut they were letting everyone sample. Perfect for a stop between Denver and Grand Junction - right off the highway and easy to get to. Not a lot of room to sit inside but there are picnic tables in the shade on the far side of the building that were perfect to eat at. read more

Love Sweet Coloradough! This location is smaller than the Glenwood one. It has a little less character and the vibes are more of a Dunkin' Donuts (vs like good vibes, higher energy, and often being offered a shot of tequila with your order). This is just a walk in walk out and get on the highway or go home type of stop. The cronuts are still out of this world and worth every cent. I'm obsessed. Service was friendly but basic. Just more of order takers whereas the other location is more of vibe makers. read more

I am going to be an outlier and give a hard pass on these donuts. The location is located at the Sinclair gas station - we drove past it and then when we parked, we had to dodge cars. The guy behind the counter was amazing! There were different types of donuts, but since it was my maiden voyage, I went with a chocolate iced yeast donut which is my fave along with a cup of coffee. The donuts are BIG and the price reflects that, but I am fine with that as long as the product is amazing. Unfortunately this donut was not. It had an off taste and the texture was more dense and doughy than I expected. It had a rancid oil taste and the chocolate glaze was thin and not tasty. The coffee was tasty. There are fans for sure because the guy in front of me spent $97 for donuts. Hard pass for me - I took two bites and threw away. read more
