Most likely has 19 "unrecommended" 5 star reviews that yelp is being paid by other establishments ti surpress because Milk wont bend the knee to them and pay for their corrupt "marketing" scam. The Food: had the over easy eggs and hashbrowns, im a very critical breakfast person and i thought it was just perfect. Quality breakfast in eagle. Reading the bad reviews, I can't help, but wonder if the majority of them are actually from Eagle? This is a new restaurant and it has been well received as a great addition to our little community. I don't know the owners personally, but I've watched their staff work through the kinks of opening a brand new restaurant in a tough small Mountain town environment (limited work force and resources) and have done a great job (even when it's crowded, I've had excellent service). ....AND our family absolutely loves the food. We've been here at least a dozen times and never had a bad dish... Our favorites are the southwest skillet, the Chilaquiles, and my kids love the pancakes. As for lunch, I've had both the chicken sandwiches and they were awesome. If you're visiting, please know that it is very hard for our local businesses to survive here due to circumstances well beyond their control. Bad reviews leave an out-sized impact on these small businesses in small mountain towns. If you bring a little patience and understanding, I think this place will leave you glad you came. read more

It was packed on Saturday for breakfast. The parking lot was pretty full so that's a good sign. We were seated pretty quickly and I think water was served immediately. After. Few minutes we had our drink and food orders taken. The coffee came out very quickly. Our food took a little bit longer but again the place was pretty packed so we didn't mind. I ordered the salmon eggs benedict and it was good. Pretty standard fare. A friend of mine got the Turkish eggs (eggs over Greek yogurt with Turkish sauce). He said that description was accurate and that he probably wouldn't get it again. I didn't try it, but it looked decent. The interior is bright, upbeat and happy. I think that's one of the best ways I can describe it. Maybe it's because I was heading to go fishing? I'd definitely go there again. It's a good fun locals spot and has a pretty extensive menu for everyone. People we getting pancakes and fresh juice. It's a nice addition to the area. read more

Stopped in last week for breakfast. Food is decent, but service is where this restaurant lacks. Do not get a feeling they truly care about their customers based on how the service was. Ordered a matcha, didn't get the drink until we'd already finished our meals. When asked to remove the drink and take it back (since it was too late to even enjoy it) we were met with an frowning face and sigh like it was our fault it took 20 minutes to make the drink. I went to the bathroom, and when I returned a couple minutes later my chair had been moved to another table... I hadn't even paid the bill yet. Your establishment does not display signage outside or on your website indicating whether it is pet-friendly. However, regardless of posted policies, employees should be trained and knowledgeable when encountering customers accompanied by service animals. During my visit, I was approached by two of your employees who questioned whether my dog and I could provide documentation proving that my dog is a service animal. I would like to clarify that this request is not permitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Businesses are not allowed to ask for documentation, proof, or certification for a service dog. Employees may only ask the two legally permitted questions outlined by the ADA. This interaction made me uncomfortable and should not have occurred. I strongly encourage your management team to provide proper ADA training to staff to ensure compliance with federal law and to prevent similar situations in the future. The service was not good. We were eventually told they needed to clear a table for us, but that it would be a long wait as the kitchen was swamped. There was very clearly an open clean table just to my right, but the waitress mentioned that it was right in the sun. We were then told she was going to clear a table in the back, but she did no such thing.. We ended up leaving before being seated and went to the Eagle Diner. We each ended up saving approximately five dollars on biscuits and gravy, and had our food in 10 minutes. Eagle Diner biscuits and gravy = 12.00$. Milk biscuits and gravy 17.00$. I've been here twice. First time for a work function lunch, and second for breakfast with the parents. Both times were very good. The service is very attentive. Ambiance is fine, and the food is great. Especially the breakfast. I had the biscuits and gravy which were some of the best I've ever had. Biscuits were full-flavored, the gravy was thick but not too overpowering. Dad ordered the burrito, which was huge and had a good kick of spice in it. No sauce needed! We also had the toast appetizer, and those were larger than expected. Very filling! Great job. Oh and I also ordered milk to drink, which was as you'd expect. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this new Milk Restaurant in Eagle is just awful. My husband and I went for lunch and his beef dish was so tasteless that he couldn't finish it. My Caesar salad was small and mediocre for over $14. I wanted to try the roasted beet salad, but they were out of it. Even the water was lukewarm warm, not chilled. We will never patronize this place again. read more

The service is not great here for how expensive the food is on the menu. Tried to order a few different items on the menu but they were "out of" anything we wanted. Our server must have been having a bad day as she was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be sat any tables. Sadly we will not be back and can not recommend this place. read more

Also would not give me a refund for my order being wrong and me not wanting to come back for them to fix it because I live 20 minutes away. He also refused to let me talk to anyone else but him when he was rude and disrespectful to me.
