The burgers were $15.95 each and didn't even come with fries. The fries were an additional $5, and sauces cost extra as well. The ordering process was strange from the moment we walked in, and the staff was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The food came out fairly quickly, which was one of the few positives. The chicken sandwich was actually pretty good--I'd give it about a 7/10--and it was easily the best thing we ordered. Unfortunately, the turkey burgers were not good at all and lacked flavor. The chicken tenders were clearly frozen and did not seem homemade. The milkshakes were also disappointing and didn't taste like much. What really bothered me was the service. After realizing the burgers did not come with fries, I went to the front of the restaurant to ask if I could order some. The employee told me yes, but explained that orders had to be placed at the counter in the back. I immediately went to the back counter and waited. Both employees saw me standing there, but neither acknowledged me or offered to help. One employee was delivering an order while the other was simply standing there. After waiting about five minutes without anyone taking my order or even speaking to me, I finally left without ordering the fries or sauces. It was frustrating and made me feel completely unwelcome. Overall, I did not feel welcome, did not enjoy the experience, and would not return.
