The burger with bacon, cilantro crema, avocado, grilled onions & sweet potato fries. YUM!

Pretty sure we can say this is still the BEST BURGER IN TOWN! We all got different ones and they were amazing! Perfectly cooked & juicy with all the toppings! Service was great too, at lunch time on a Tuesday, there may have been one server/bartender but she nailed it! I shall return.

Janice Joplin - The image shows a painted wooden sign with a portrait of a woman smiling, wearing round glasses and a necklace. The painting is in black and white, with detailed shading and brushwork. The sign is placed indoors, near a window with natural light, and is part of a display or decor in a rustic setting.

We arrived in Eagle after a bumpy flight and no food so we were hungry and this is a bit of a food desert. Brush Creek came up as a good place for a burger so off we went. Make no mistake. This is a dive bar. Nothing wrong with a dive bar but you need to be aware before you visit. This is not some G Wagon haven like many restaurants in CO. I can fit in nearly anywhere and even I felt a little out of place. The locals only vibe was strong but we felt no animosity from said locals. In fact, the service was pretty friendly albeit a little slow. The burger was solid. I love a good burger and theirs would qualify. The fries were decent but nothing special. Hand cut fries would've been an improvement. But the burger seemed hand formed and was cooked and seasoned perfectly. If you land at Eagle and want a burger, make sure to add Brush Creek to your list.

Oulsids - The photo depicts the exterior of Brush Creek Saloon, a rustic-style bar and restaurant. The building has brick and stone facade with a large window revealing patrons inside. The signage includes a hanging sign with the saloon's name and an illuminated 'OPEN' sign. Potted plants are placed outside, and the sidewalk is visible in the foreground.

Great local bar and restaurant. Stellar hamburger menu. The chef did right on cook to order and he got the medium rare right. Nice selection of tap beers. Great local atmosphere.

Large menu of burgers - The menu from Brush Creek Burgers displays a list of burger options including BC Avocado, Fire Truck, Patty Melt, Green Chili, and others, each with detailed descriptions and prices ranging from $14.95 to $16.95. It emphasizes that all burgers come with a choice of side, such as French fries, sweet potato fries, or coleslaw. The menu features a rustic design with a scenic background image at the top and a large burger photo on the right side, providing a clear view of the food offerings and pricing.

Stopped in on our way to Moab. Such a great place! There are several tables to sit at ... high tops all have dividers between tables .... makes for easier conversation :-) The bar is great and the place has a cowboy/country feel and look. It's warm and comfortable. We ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with fries and the Rueben sandwich. The wrap was just the right spice was and had a salad mix with dressing that was a perfect compliment to the buffalo flavor. Tortilla was soft and warm. The Rueben was also very good. Served with fries . There are a couple other sides to choose from as well. They had several good sounding appetizers, burgers, salads and a large selection of Poutine. Typical sodas, tea, full bar and tasty beers. Stop in if you're in town.... Or driving by

Hot fiery poutine - A basket of loaded French fries topped with melted cheese, sautéed mushrooms, sliced pickles, and fried onion strings is placed on a newspaper-style liner on a wooden bar counter. Two glasses of beer with ice are positioned nearby, and the background shows bar equipment and bartenders. The setting appears to be a casual bar or pub.

My husband and I were just in town for the day before an early morning flight from Eagle home to Florida. I found this place on Yelp and it was an easy 15 minute walk from our hotel on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The small downtown we walked through was very quiet, but when we opened the door to Brush Creek Saloon, we felt like we found the whole town! The place was packed on a Saturday around noon, but we managed to snag two seats at the bar. We saw that many people had ordered the Bloody Mary so we got the same thing and were NOT disappointed! The bartender even brought me a whiskey glass filled with all their pickled garnishes- yum. To eat, my husband and I split the fiery poutine and chorizo breakfast burrito, which was MORE than enough for us to share. The pork green chili that smothered the burrito was so flavorful, and the perfect sauce to swish the home fries around in. I want to make sure I shout out the service there. There were 3 employees taking care of 60+ customers, bar and tables combined. Not an easy feat! Our main bartender (Kimberly?) was friendly and prompt. She made us feel so welcome and relaxed as tourists, in a place that was filled with locals.

    Fire Truck Burger. Perfect.

Unfortunately, the hamburger meat was burnt so badly on both sides that it tasted burnt, was completely dry and the meat was crunchy. I don't know about you, but I do not want to eat dried out, burnt black crispy hamburger meat. (See pictures.) Horrible horrible service. I walked in, walked up to the counter, and told the employee that I had ordered online and I was here to pick up my burger. I was 15 minutes early, and I explained that to the man and told him if the burger wasn't ready yet, I understood. He just looked at me. He did not say a word. He just looked at me. We stood that way for what seemed like a long time and finally, I said "did you hear me?" He just kept looking at me without a word. Whaaaaa? It seemed unreal and confusing. Finally he slowly walked over and picked up a bag that contained my burger. I asked him if napkins and ketchup was in the bag. He pointed at the wall under the kitchen window. I helped myself. The reviews for this place were so good, but I never expected such a terrible experience. I do have to say that I ordered coleslaw as my side and the coleslaw was absolutely excellent. But it still didn't make up for everything else being so bad. I think it would've been a good burger if the meat hadn't been so burnt I can't believe they even sold something like that. The kitchen should've made a better patty. If they burnt it that badly they should've made a new one. Also, my burger was cold. I was there 15 minutes early, so what did they do, make my hamburger at the time I ordered it rather than honoring the time I said I would pick it up, which was an hour later? By the way, scroll down in the Yelp listing and you will see that this restaurant has nine health violations. That's not me saying that. Those are documented and validated health violations.

I prefer my burger on the well side, so I liked how it was cooked. But if you prefer more medium, you might have to ask, because I don't think you would have liked it. We got the fried mushrooms, which were good. Potato wedges and French fries (lol) -- I don't remember which one I liked better, I just remember that they needed salt. And my favorite side were the onion rings! The staff was nice-- we upped the size on our fries from small to large, and they had no problem with it (we did this at the window). We took it to go, so I can't comment on the dining experience if you eat on site. But there is an outdoor covered patio. My only other comment was that they stuffed too much food into one bag. There were three of us, and they fit all three burgers and sides into one bag, so by the time we got back to the hotel, the burger all the way on the bottom was completely squished. We obviously still ate it, and it tasted fine, but was just a little sad looking. Next time I'm in Glenwood, I'll definitely be back!

I don't typically review fast food places as I only visit them on the road for a quick bite to go,…read moreso normally, to me, as long as the food is tolerable and serves it's purpose.. all is good in the world. Upon walking in, we ordered from the kiosk and it didn't spit out a receipt nor did it give us an option to... it only said they'll call our name when the order is ready. We were here with some friends and placed two separate orders to dine in. I walked up with the friend who's on another order, to say that I'd like to get a water cup if possible. I was handed a water cup, my friend said he had a drink on his order, so she handed him a cup. I then went to use the restroom when my brother picked up our order and the lady didn't give us our cup for the beverage on our order. I went up to let her know that we had a drink on our order, she was reluctant to hand us a cup but she did. Didn't ask any question... About 5 mins later after we started eating, she made a point to print out a receipt and walked to our table, slammed the receipt in the middle of our table in the middle of our conversation, to say that I only ordered one drink. I nod and said yes. I have a water cup and my brother had the drink cup from just now. She then said I gave you 2 drink cups and you only paid for one. I seriously had to look at her and say, you gave my friend, pointing to him across the table, a cup. You gave me a water cup, could you please check his order too to ensure you're not speaking out of term? Can we go back to have you print out his receipt too? She then realized that they had more food in front of them not on the same ticket as my order. Then said her manager had asked... I question that because she was the only one in the front counter the whole time since we walked in and when we left, there was not another manager "asking her to verify" if I had paid for two drinks. She walked away from our table without saying anything regarding her rude behavior, not looking for an apology, but just a simple - Oops. There is definitely a better way to do this, she could have reviewed the orders when she called our names to pick up at the counter, she could have asked questions if she had a concern at the point of giving us the 2nd beverage cup. She could come over and simple said, "Excuse me, I believe I gave you 2 beverage cups but I only saw one on your order..." Anything could hopefully be a better experience than deliberately printing the receipt, walked over, interrupt our conversation while slapping the receipt on our table. From reading the reviews, maybe Wendy's needs to provide more customer service training... but frankly, they're probably just happy someone is willing to work and maybe training is minimal. Food was ok, smaller portion due to shrinkflation. If you do go to this location, please order at the counter and have them print you out a receipt so you won't be called a thief. Regretfully the last few times to any Wendy's have been a disappointment, might have to stick with the golden arches if I must visit a fast food location.
