The flavor was fantastic and it was very lightly breaded, which was perfect. The biscuits were massive and paired with the honey butter and jelly, they were delicious. For our sides, we got the Super Slaw and Crispy Brussels. Both were fantastic and each came with their own dipping sauces. We also got our chicken order half dipped (4 pieces dipped in the sweet and spicy sauce). The fried chicken was great. Both the dipped and plain were delicious in their own right. The chef (didn't catch his name) came out to ensure our meal was good, and we chatted for a bit about fried chicken. Our waitress was also super nice and gave good recommendations for our sides. She told us she had been there since shortly after the diner first opened. Unfortunately, she also explained that the building is scheduled to be demolished so condos can be built above the property, and they are unsure whether the diner will be able to return afterward. It's honestly sad to hear about a place this good possibly being pushed out because of rising development and rental costs.
