We chose to have Jalisco's cater our daughter's wedding in September. The did a taco bar with a variety of options that included beef, pork, chicken & vegetarian options. For appetizers the served Bacon wrapped shrimp, Chicken taquitos, Chips with queso and salsa. Also, the provided a bartender. Their service was absolutely outstanding. the staff was kind, efficient and very professional! We absolutely recommend them 100%. All the guests loved the food and were very complimentary about the Jalisco's team. Armando and Maria the owners were on site as part of the team. The are the best! Ordered the fajitas as I normally do. Price has increased and meat portions have decreased substantially. If I wanted fajitas with peppers and onions and a tiny side of chicken, I'd order that. The staff is really friendly and there is complimentary chips and salsa. There's A LOT of seafood options here, way more than you would expect for a Hispanic restaurant but I'm not complaining! I have it noted for when I feel like trying something more adventurous. I went with chicken flautas and the topping was good but since I didn't finish, I wish it came on the side so my leftovers weren't so soggy. Service was fast! read more

Well we went to this place in Basalt to give it a try. When I'm and it was very clean and very nice. Being in colorado and with all the mask mandates sucks ass!!! The lady that was hosting was annoying telling everyone I'm vaccinated. Who cares we there to eat. We ended up ordering an appetizer of nachos with chicken, and steak. Was very good. I had the fajitas with all the fixings and it was very good. My only complaint about the place was we got full really quick the portions where amazing. read more

I like that the food is not greasy, it comes out hot hot that's big for me, I like having my enchiladas hot w all the melted cheese. Fiasco. The fire alarm went on during dinner, and no one came to explain if there was a) a life-threatening situation, b) just a nuisance, or c) apologize for the disturbance. Since one of our party has intense hearing sensitivity due to chemo, we moved outside while the staff watched without offering to assist us. While outside, no one came out to ask about our order, check on our water, refresh our drinks, or apologize. It was frigid out, so our food went cold, and we were freezing. The waitress finally did come out but just wordlessly plunked down the check. The alarm finally went off, but the restaurant had emptied out. I asked for a discount from the waitress, and she angrily marched off without a word. The manager eventually reappeared and offered us a 10% discount. Never again. read more
