I was wondering if I had somehow misread it, and that they charge $1 for each extra topping, but the receipt said the avocado was $2 and cheese + mushrooms was $1. I do not like a misleading menu and price discrepancies. It ended up being around $28 after tip, which was pricey for just a burger and fries at a casual bar.
