I had the burger with cheese and thought it was ok, decent but not fantastic. We shared some truffle fries and they were ok. The server was friendly but there were several service glitches. He didn't seem to listen or remember some ordering details. I said we wanted the wings to share as a starter but he delivered it to me, with one small plate along with my main. I said we wanted a larger basket of fries to share, Not the smaller side of fries one of us suggested, but he brought both. He did several check-ins after serving, which was appreciated.

We literally had a terrible time and couldn't stop talking about it the entire time we were there. We tried to order the burger and replace the pimento fondue with a slice of cheese. Waiter had no problem with it, and I bet that's ridiculously easy for the kitchen to do, especially because they have other menu items that have cheese slices in it (e.g. grilled cheese on the kids menu). But I guess some manager dude woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning and decided that he needed to go on a power trip. He personally came over to our table to say that they will not replace the cheese. And then he had the nerve to ask us why we don't want the pimento cheese. Does everyone have to like the flavor of pimento cheese? If I owned a business and one of my staff did that, I would have fired that person on the spot and given them advice to change their line of work because you can't fix or train out that sort of lacking judgement.

Instead I got wilted, old lettuce, mushy tomatoes that had clearly seen better days, and mushrooms that tasted like they came straight out of a can. The fries were cold and dried out, like they'd been sitting under a heat lamp since lunch. The bun was so soggy it completely fell apart before I even finished the burger -- ended up eating it in pieces with my hands over the plate. To top it off, the food arrived with zero utensils and zero napkins. Our waiter was nowhere to be found, so we had to flag down a busboy and wait another 10 minutes just to get a fork and something to wipe our hands with. $26 for a soggy, sloppy, subpar burger and non-existent service. I will never eat here again -- not even if they paid me. Avoid
