    Chicken Salad Sandwhich

Best damn chicken salad sandwhich ever. I am a sales guy that is on the road greater than 50% and when I see chicken salad on a lunch menu I always get that! This is 100% best ever. Will return

Fun neighborhood restaurant with excellent food and friendly staff. Loved the lox bagel, and latkes were warm, crispy, and tasty.

Homemade Latkes with apple butter and horseradish cream. Yes, better than mom's (sorry mom!)

When I decided that I was going to be moving to Carbondale and the Central Rockies from the culinary Mecca of Northern California, I definitely wasn't expecting a Jewish deli in my new city, and certainly not one steps away from my home. So you can imagine my pleasant surprise when I saw one through the window of my U-Haul two days ago upon my arrival. Why it took me two days to get here is a question I'll continue to ask myself because Plosky's delivers and more! From the friendly staff to the comfy atmosphere to the AMAZING culinary treats, I can safely say I've never had a deli quite like this anywhere I've lived, let alone in the middle of the mountains. While I haven't tried their bagels yet, they look awesome in the display case and I'm sure I'll be taking a half dozen home with me next time. Whether you're a local like me or dropping by on your way to Aspen/Snowmass, you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't stop by Plosky's for a bite to eat. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

We originally had Christmas dinner plans at Hotel Colorado, but after dining there on Christmas Eve…read moreand being very disappointed with the food especially for a $250 bill .. We decided we didn't want to risk having the same experience again for Christmas dinner. As we were leaving, I happened to come across Brass & Anvil and decided to call on a whim to see if they had any availability for Christmas Day. To my surprise, they were fairly open and able to accommodate us, which ended up being such a blessing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Luke (I believe that was his name), a 16-year-old host with the warmest smile and such genuine kindness. He seated us with care and made us feel immediately welcome. Our server, whose name I unfortunately can't remember along with Luke, provided excellent service throughout the entire meal. The food was absolutely amazing! Every dish was delicious, and there was not a single complaint at the table. The drinks were fabulous as well, perfectly crafted and enjoyable. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations!! We had an amazing experience at Brass & Anvil and would absolutely return. Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for great food, great drinks, and even better service!! Oh and the ambiance was so so classy and cozy. Thank y'all so much!!

502 Diner - Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast and Chili relleno with chili and a fried jalepeno

Ot has a 50s dinerv8be but clean and comfortable. Lots of booths and seats at the counter. The…read moreservice was attentive. The margarita was good, they used a fizzy drink in it, which I liked. It wasn't syrupy and had a nice limey flavor. Matt got the biscuits and gravy breakfast. It was typical. His eggs however, were cooked to perfection (OM) crispy edges and runny middle. The show stoper however, was my relleno and the green chili. I ordered another side of chili and then we ordered a large container to go. It was that good. It isn't a thick chili, it's of a soupier nature. The pork falls apart in it and it has a nice spice and tang. OMG so excited to eat this again later. The relleno also was perfection. I ordered it soft and it's always a crap shoot unless you've had them before. This one was so good. The batter was light and not too eggy, the cheese was melted enough to be warm and gooey without competly oozing out of the pepper. DELICIOUS We can't wait to go back for lunch or dinnet!!

We were really excited to try this place after seeing good reviews and finding it on DoorDash, but…read moreunfortunately this was one of the most disappointing food experiences we've had. Our entire order arrived freezing cold, like it had just come out of the refrigerator. We understand delivery can affect temperature, but this was within less than 20 minutes and everything was ice cold. The food itself was just as disappointing. The chicken quesadilla was overstuffed with dry chicken and, oddly, made with Swiss cheese, which completely threw off the flavor. The guacamole had no flavor at all, and the lettuce was visibly browning. The rice was hard, the refried beans were not good, and everything tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. My husband ordered the shrimp enchiladas, which he rated a 2 out of 10. He said they were barely edible. The shrimp ceviche was slightly better at maybe a 5 out of 10, but still nothing we would order again. The fish taco did not taste fresh at all. We also ordered milkshakes, which were very bland and lacked flavor. The only thing that was actually good were the canned sodas, which were cold. To make things more confusing, the DoorDash menu descriptions seemed AI-generated and were hard to understand, which made ordering more difficult. We spent over $100 and ended up throwing most of the food away. It was really disappointing because the menu presents itself as fresh and high quality, but that was not our experience at all.
