They have done nothing to help in anyway, I've tried to negotiate my way out with them and they haven't worked with me in anyway. With medical bills piling up and not being able to work, heritage suites still had no problem auto deducting money from my account. I've reached out on so many occasions to try and get some help but nothing, not one thing. Consistently told me they wouldn't help and there's nothing they would do, that the "company wasn't in a situation to be able to help". If you run into any issues with being at this location, be prepared to have similar results.

Watch out for the oppressive terms of service on the contract.  They are all about that money, and…read morethat's it.  Customer service?  Flexibility?  Nope.  They will NOT work with you when it is time to renegotiate terms ("We'll get back to you."  "The person you need to speak to isn't here.") so they trap you into automatically rolling over to another lease since they "ran the clock out on you" and you are on the hook for another full term.  Try to back out, and they will threaten to accelerate payments and terminate your service while still keeping you on the hook.  Shady to the extreme.  Proceed only with caution.

While the facility is clean, we had issues from the beginning. We made an appointment to move in on…read morea Sunday that was confirmed, then no one was there and we had to leave with our trucks still full. We reached out and eventually were told they were having management issues and no one was onsite. Days later, we had to go buy our own lock, then pick an empty unit, and email them which one we chose for our paperwork. We were never reimbursed for the lock or this issue. Then every 3 months, the rate increases. We have a small unit and in a matter of 10 months, the cost went from around $40/mo to the most recent being $70/mo. We are terminating our contract after this month. Cannot afford the continuous rate hikes.
