The other was fresh. Neither had any flavor. Signature usually means a dish you are proud of. Something people seek out. If these were signature items, they have almost hit bottom. Tasteless bread. She was apologetic and removed the dish from the bill, and she did offer to bring something else, but at that point I declined. The manager also came over to apologize. With the open-kitchen concept, I realized she was the one who prepared the dish, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, between the extremely long wait times and the improperly cooked food, this experience missed the mark. The original server tried to take my plate before I was done. I was trying to eat my fries...not sure why.. werid. It's clear we were not welcome. Maybe it's my t-shirt or the Sam Adams hat who the hell knows. It's a mall .. and this is not fine dining however I doubt it's that.. I think they're just lazy and bad at service. What I do know is it's the last time I will be coming here. How do you forget about customers when you're charging these prices?
