The food is excellent. The prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly. The ambiance is warm and inviting. I ordered the farm house burger which has cheddar cheese, fried egg, bacon and mayo. We visited Brew in Rock Hill when our vehicle hit a deer and was totaled on a dark Sunday night. The man from Rock Hill Service Center (kind and helpful!) brought us there to wait until a relative could pick us up. The staff at Brew were extremely welcoming and accommodating and gave our children ice cream, as they were shaken up from the accident. We sat on the cozy couch and played pub games as the staff checked in on us. What a fun, cool atmosphere. This past weekend my husband returned to Rock Hill to finish up business with the service center and he went right to Brew for lunch, where he had an excellent burger. Everything was really good. What I never knew existed was pairing your food with beer, as I'm a wine drinker & know that. We both aren't IPA fans, so the beers they had, which was a decent list, we decided to do a flight, altho he was already drinking the Pilsner & I was drinking the milk stout. Let me tell u, the stouts description was peanut butter&chocolate, and it really was! I've never had a "sweet" stout, it was interesting & I would say try it, but I can't drink 2 or 3 of those. Back to pairing: they had a Belgium 8.5%about golden ale, which was ok, but I think all the flavors on our palate was throwing it off. Except, when we ate another wing. The Buffalo sauce made this beer POP. WHAT! I've never had that happen before with beer However my favorite&next pint was a winter ale called Flying Dog Freezing Season, 7.4%abv, fantastic. Came here for brunch, they have great brunch specials! I ordered the breakfast sandwich with home fries, but had reservations, I really wanted pancakes. The sandwich was very good with great ingredients and a very light and tasty bun. I was not disappointed. Halfway through the sandwich though, my pancake craving became overwhelming. I ordered just 1 and WOW, this was probably one of the best pancakes I've ever had. It was unbelievably light and fluffy, perfectly cooked and crispy in all the right places. It's chewy and tasty, not too dense, not too light. Just right. The syrup was also great, perfectly balanced flavor that wasn't too strong but a great addition to an already outstanding pancake. Im absolutely coming back. I live in Long Island but will drive here on Sunday just to have their breakfast again. Thank you, Brew! read more

I was walking around Goshen with my camera, taking pictures and enjoying the beautiful weather when I started to get hungry. I went into Brew and sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly, as were the people at the bar. I ordered the 4 oz burger called, "Garlic Parm" and it was delicious. It was only 4 oz, so it was kind of small ... (okay, small to me!). I also ordered the "Bacon Cheese Fries". Good Lord, it was enough fries for 4 people! Delicious, even if I could only finish about 1/4 of it! Great place. A group of us went to Brew for lunch while my daughter was home from Chicago. They all choose Brew. It was comfortable and the food was delicious. We ordered boneless Buffalo wings, a portobello sandwhich, a sliced ribeye sandwich, a salmon BLT and one of the best roast pork on garlic bread that I've had in a long time. Wow! We have enjoyed ourselves here in the past but tonight was bad. We ordered wings that were honey saracha and we got something that was teriyaki like. We then ordered burgers one with onion rings and we received it with fries and to our surprise the paper that separated the patties was cooked and put in with our burger. When we gave it to the waitress with the melted cheese and burger fixings smeared on it clearly haven pulled it out of the burger after bitting into it, she took it and then never apologized for this occurrence or acknowledged it further. We also addressed the fries not being onion rings and she returned shortly saying it wasn't my fault but the kitchen messed up on it here are you onion rings and now you have both fries and onion rings. Little did she realize that we were half way through our meal and at that point didn't even want them. I really would have hoped that she would have acknowledged the error in anyway other it not being her fault so that we felt good about spending nearly $60 on a paper lined burger meal and wings flavors that we didn't order. read more

We've been coming to Brew since 2020, both with the previous owners and current. It pains me to write a negative review but we ate there last night and this morning we are still talking about how not good it was. Positives: good beer list, no wait for a table, tasty lime mojito, very good cauliflower "wings." But we each ordered a 4 oz burger and the best way to describe it is "carnival quality." We each ordered them medium. Mine was a dry brick, and my husband said his was unevenly cooked. Mine had a few canned (?) sliced mushrooms, a few strands of onions, and Swiss. His had just a hint of the coleslaw it was supposed to come with. Fries were meh. And we also had fruit flies for company at our table (which I think has happened on a previous visit now that I think about it). Wait staff was friendly and we will probably give it another shot esp if they have live music in the future. But pretty disappointing for our night out. read more

My mom and I love Brew. We have a house in Rock Hill and it took us a while to try brew bc we thought it was just a brewery. It's so much more! We love all the sandwich options, so many burgers, and of course they have wine. Some nights there is live music. We love the couch area and there are even games. We used to frequent Brew before the new owners. Sorry to say that it was nothing like before. Waitress was friendly but the burgers very dissapointing. No question how we wanted them cooked. They came well done on soggy buns that came apart after the first bite. No decent fork to pick it up, just small cheap plastic dinnerware. Prices did not match for this. The sweet potato waffle fries are nothing like they used to be, dirty frying oil it seemed. That said, perhaps their extensive craft beer menu might be good but we just had wine and a Budweiser. Best wings I have ever had! They were called maple chipotle on their daily specials menu, but I think it should be a menu staple! The wings were tender and meaty, and the sauce was divine! Sweet with just the right amount of spicy. The burgers were also heavenly! I had the steakhouse burger, which had Swiss cheese and horseradish mayo on it, and the hubs had the Say cheese burger with Swiss, Brie, and cheddar cheeses. The buns were perfect! The waffle fries were crispy and tasty as well. We were there during off hours on a Tuesday, so the service was super fast. Didn't care for the soda, it wasn't carbonated enough, but sips of hubby's chocolate milkshake made up for that! If you're ever in the Catskills or a local, I would highly recommend this place, and will definitely go back to sample their other offers. So my wife and I decide to sneak away and found this place along our rout. Looked at an interesting burger menu on line so we decided to stop in for a bite. I ordered a burger and I must say they cooked my burger to the perfect temperature medium rare. The bun was the perfect texture to compliment the delicious burger I had. The waffle fries were great. They had a limited selection of alcohol but they were very accommodating to the point that they went to the liquor store to find the whiskey I like. My wife also really enjoy her burger. The only thing I could say is that I wished the onion rings were made in-house. I mean like everything else we ate was spot on and there is nothing like handmade onion rings! Besides the food the service was absolutely great and the decor makes you feel relaxed and at home. I've been to a lot of burger places and I pride myself on my backyard burger. Believe it or not 80% of the places I've had burgers at got it wrong. Wrong meat, wrong temp and wrong price. Don't just drive by stop in and try it out! We chose this place when we were in from out of town visiting family. It was a Tuesday at lunchtime. We were seated promptly and our very pleasant server took our orders, which were all salads. We then waited 90 minutes for our food to arrive. Salads. We saw the server again once during that time and she apologized, saying the kitchen was busy. An hour and a half later our salads arrived and they were so disappointing. Our $17 salads were small, boring and not even the dressings were what we ordered. Never again. read more
