Everything about this space feels thoughtfully designed and curated. It's such a fun little gem right here in Pine Bush. The owners are incredibly welcoming, as are the bar staff, and there's a warmth to the place that makes you want to come back. We've really enjoyed the pop-up food vendors they've brought in, and when there isn't a vendor on site, the bites they offer are a great addition. And the cocktails! I honestly haven't had one I didn't like. They're creative, beautifully made, and showcase the spirits so well. I'm also loving the eclectic mix of live music they're bringing into the venue. It gives each visit a little different personality and makes The Baldwin feel like more than just a place to grab a drink. It's becoming a true local experience. Such a great addition to Pine Bush.
