We miss our quick dinners and snacks. Great for bringing dinner home, eating there, or grabbing a snack on the road. We like to drive from GA to NY and this is the best place to grab food to go. We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches that should take no more than 10 minutes at 9:30, and we walked out after 10. The little old man behind the counter who rings people up doesn't call out orders when they come up, he puts them in the warmer. That's where we watched our order go 15 minutes before we realized, and when we said something, he tried to say "it just came out". Oh and not to mention the lazy bald guy in the purple shirt who isn't helping anyone do anything because he's too busy drinking his coffee. We loved Jay's prior to the new owners, but we will absolutely never be back to give whoever bought it business. Our food looks like shit too, by the way.

Not his fault because it appeared this woman was too busy yapping it up with some older man who was at the bar and the younger woman was just there. Harrison was doing the doordash orders, and everything else. I asked if someone was going to come up soon and this woman with reddish hair with attitude said "umm, yeah". 2nd mistake she made. I went back upstairs and our waiter came back up about 10 minutes later. He took our orders and was left to manage us alone. Overall I think he did the best he could, but there is absolutely NO REASON AT ALL it should have taken 2-1/2 hours for us to order/eat. We didn't order anything complicated, but it seems like everyone downstairs was being tended to while we were just left upstairs in the heat. Having to have my son go downstairs and ask for the check and food containers, is also ridiculous -3rd mistake!! Again, Harrison was great and we do not blame him at all, but this young gentleman should have been given help from the beginning instead of having him do every damn thing.
